I am so glad I took a chance and booked with Valaria--honestly, my face has been glowing like it…read morejust got promoted. The facial was next-level amazing. I could feel every single product she applied (in the best way), and she took the time to explain what each one did--so not only did my skin feel pampered, but I felt like I was earning a mini skincare degree at the same time. By the end, I looked like I had a built-in ring light following me around. The ambiance? Total spa goals. The music was perfectly chill--like the playlist your skin would make if it had a Spotify account. Valaria doesn't just stop at facials, either. She's got the whole beauty menu going: natural lashes (cashmere and silk, because your lashes deserve luxury), waxing, brow tinting and shaping, and a whole buffet of skin therapy options. And if you're a lash lover, she even offers monthly packages with touch-ups--basically a lash subscription service. Yes, please. This place is a total gem, and I'm already plotting my return. 10/10 would let Valaria touch my face again.

I had such an amazing experience from beginning to end! This was my first time ever getting Botox…read moreor any type of cosmetic injections, and I was honestly SO nervous. It took me months to finally work up the courage to do it, and I am so glad I chose Chinonso and her team for my first experience. From the moment my appointment was confirmed, everything was organized and welcoming. They sent clear instructions on how to find the suite, and when I arrived, the space was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. They offered snacks, coffee, and drinks, and Uche at the front desk was amazing. He was friendly, thorough, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Chinonso, the owner and my injector, made me feel SO comfortable. She explained everything she was doing, what I would feel, what to expect afterward, and all of my aftercare. She has the most soothing voice and calming presence, which was perfect for someone as nervous as I was. She made sure I was thoroughly numbed beforehand, and I was shocked by how painless everything was. I really only felt a few little pinches. While I waited for the numbing to fully take effect, she brought me a blanket, dimmed the lights, and let me relax. Those little details made such a difference. I never felt rushed, and I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire appointment. I received Botox for my face and Skinvive for my lips for hydration. I specifically wanted something very natural and wasn't ready to take the step into traditional lip filler yet. Skinvive gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for: my lips still look like my lips, just more hydrated, moisturized, and refreshed. I absolutely love how natural they look. I'm still waiting to see my full Botox results, but I am already loving everything so far. I also want to shout out Nomi (Body Contour), Hamida (Injector), and Uche (Front Desk). The entire team was so kind, encouraging, and informative. Having everyone there being supportive and reassuring made an already great experience even better. If you're nervous about injections or it's your first time, I genuinely cannot recommend Chinonso and her team enough. I went in scared and left wondering why I waited so long. I never felt pressured to do more than I was comfortable with, and I got the subtle, natural result I wanted. 10/10 experience. I absolutely love my results so far and will definitely be back!
