She had only two conditions (and I wasn't sure I could keep to them, but I did): no kicking and no screaming. She kept me laughing (and, breathing deep when it was appropriate) all through my appointment. I *now* appreciate how thorough she was during the waxing session, but I will not lie; I was trying to negotiate with her about maybe not being such a perfectionist.

Soooo... I literally just left my appointment with Dr. Way... The guy has NO people skills... I…read moredon't know how he stayed in business this long... During my appointment I had questions and his response came off as if I was bothering him... I was still asking him a question and he just walked out the door... I asked his assistant that was in the room with us if he was always like this, and she said yes. I asked if she could go get him because I have questions about the medication he prescribed me. She got up, walked out and closed the door behind her... When she told him I heard him say, "I don't have time for that LADY, She doesn't listen!" And might I add... The door was closed and I heard him clearly. Other patients heard him as well... So instead of flipping out, I made a complaint with the office manager, called the complaint # for the dermatology board and requested a complaint form and I wrote this review. I never felt so dismissed by a doctor and I'm 41 yo... If you do decide to go to this place see Dr. Linda... But this place I will not give my business to again...
