He hollered to the back a few words and "polish on toes" and said just a moment. The lady he was speaking to looked out from where she was, and then proceeded to do anything and everything else for almost 10 mins. I got up to leave after about 8 minutes and the man said "oh just one minute maam she's coming." He then shouted something else out to her. She came out of the room, stood and drank water, walked around the desk at the front another couple of minutes, then rudely shouted at me "so what do you need?" I'm not sure why she asked because he had already told her. I said "regular polish on my toes." I brought my own polish, but she then shouted to me "it's $22 for regular and $25 for gel." Now, just yesterday, my friend who I'm going to dinner with today, went to Bella and paid $15 for polish only on her toes. It seems the lady was trying to price gouge because there were no customers. I guess she didn't feel like working. I left and just painted my own toes since I was now crunched for time after being in the salon close to 15 minutes- probably the same amount of time it would have taken to polish my toes in a place that had 2 workers and 1 customer.

The establishment was super clean and cozy, and I'm glad I finally found somewhere I can call my go-to spot whenever I'm visiting. 5/5 -- highly recommend!

I was really disappointed and felt scammed after my experience at Hidden Beauty Salon. I started…read moregoing to Brittny after my sister-in-law told me about her offering laser hair removal. I thought, sure why not. I was asked to pay the full amount up front. RED FLAG NUMBER ONE. After my first visit, I left feeling ok, but not 100% about my visit. Brittny did not use any sort of protection gel, gloves, eye wear, etc. RED FLAG NUMBER TWO. When I went for my third visit, everything was the same as my previous two sessions. The sheets, pillows, everything. It didn't appear to have been washed, and who knows how many people had laid on and put their feet on those pillows just moments before me and after me. Brittny stepped out of the room to answer a phone call and I jotted down the machine she was using. I looked it up later and found it for $500 on Amazon. It was an at home kit. RED FLAG NUMBER THREE. (Side note: She bad mouthed a former customer for demanding her money back after seeing no change during her sessions.) I called my sister-in-law and told her about my discovery. We were both really disappointed because we were both in our fourth session, and both of us saw absolutely zero change. I messaged Brittny and told her I no longer wished to continue my sessions. She said that she refused to refund me because it was my choice the cancel the sessions, and proceeded to give me a copied and pasted response that she has sent to other clients. I know this because she sent my sister-in-law the same exact response. I finally called Lindsey, the owner of the salon, who informed me that Brittny has quit the day before, but the two were close and she would talk to her. Learning this, I called my sister-in-law, who was still continuing to see her, and told her that she quit. I messaged Brittny again and told her that she now owed BOTH of us a refund bc she failed to complete her sessions with my sister-in-law. Within minutes, she messaged her and tried to set up an appointment with her at Hidden Beauty Salon, which she supposedly didn't work at anymore. Despite Lindsey telling me Brittny quit, to my knowledge she is still working there and continues to see clients.
