I arrived less than 3 minutes late due to confusing directions and difficult parking (which I fully own, it's 100% my fault), and was told I'd need to rebook. That's completely fair. The issue wasn't the policy, it was how it was delivered. The employee at the front desk was dismissive, impatient, and openly irritated by basic questions about rebooking. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that I had to pause and call out the tone, which is something I've never EVER had to do at a facial service (?). This ultimately drove me to cancel the facial and any rebooking altogether... Separately, the location itself is difficult to access (confusing routing, inconvenient parking, hard to find), which makes a welcoming in-store experience even more importantn I was so excited to try this service, but due to the lady in red who worked Saturday 4/25/26 at 5:48pm, I would stronglyyy recommend alternatives like SkinSpirit or It's A Secret Med Spa for a more professional experience.

My face looks and feels so good after visiting. One thing that changed is each month; you get a member gift. This month it was reuseable eye masks. Last month it was a little bottle of sunscreen. Very cool! This is a great way to take care of your face in a relaxing environment that's not too posh and affordable.

I scheduled an appointment at my last visit with Grace, but had to reschedule it a few times but every time I rescheduled it, I rescheduled it through her app but always with Grace (the owner). It is my face, I am and was nervous! Well when I went for my visit on 3/31, upon arrival, she said her employee was going to take care of me because she had to run errands. I was so surprised by this! I ASKED IN THAT MOMENT, ARE YOU SURE? I even showed her some of the maskne I had, and if she thought I should continue. And she said yes, it will be fine and may even help. The esthetician was nice but quiet. It was clear that she was new to this in her technique, and I even asked when she got out of school and she said February. I had this exact service done by Grace multiple times with really no issues. 1-2 scratches but nothing like this and an understood risk that it could happen. But I unfortunately have an excessive amount of marks/scratches on both sides of my face. This was very clearly due to lack of training. Grace only went over my face twice, the technician who did this service, went over some areas 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After treatment was done, technician did not apply spf and lip balm like Grace typically does. When I contacted Grace, it was clear there was no action plan which is disappointing and unsafe. After we got off the phone, she contacted me with a few, very basic instructions -- avoid exfoliants, and use spf. She said if it scars, she would give me something for it. I have had to rearrange a meeting and a date because my face looks and feels awful. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I hadn't gotten a facial in awhile because I was trying to give products from my dermatologist a chance to work properly. I saw good reviews and the place looked cute so I booked here. I do wish I knew beforehand that the service tables were all in one area, it made the service less relaxing. Suzana did explain what she was doing to me, but I would have preferred her tell me which products she thought I should incorporate into my routine after the facial because I felt a little like I was being sold products. Instead of asking what I was missing from my routine when the facial was over so she could give me proper recommendations, she recommended products I didn't feel I needed. When I asked for recommendations for exfoliators she gave me good recs and I look forward to trying the product I did purchase. I was partially looked at this spot to see if I might want to get Botox here, but after searching the website I saw nothing about the training the facialists OR injectors go through, and personally I will not be going to an injector that isn't properly educated.
