I've lived here for a while and never went to the website to see more about Neemas and I highly regret it. I had a wonderful first time sugaring experience. The owner is such a wonderful and kind hearted person her beautiful energy fills the room! She makes you feel really comfortable and is very thorough I highly recommend. read more

I started with Grace not too long ago. And loved my experience with her up until now. Grace was quite professional and skilled. It was clear she loved what she is doing and quite good at it. I scheduled an appointment at my last visit with Grace, but had to reschedule it a few times but every time I rescheduled it, I rescheduled it through her app but always with Grace (the owner). It is my face, I am and was nervous! Well when I went for my visit on 3/31, upon arrival, she said her employee was going to take care of me because she had to run errands. I was so surprised by this! I ASKED IN THAT MOMENT, ARE YOU SURE? I even showed her some of the maskne I had, and if she thought I should continue. And she said yes, it will be fine and may even help. The esthetician was nice but quiet. It was clear that she was new to this in her technique, and I even asked when she got out of school and she said February. I had this exact service done by Grace multiple times with really no issues. 1-2 scratches but nothing like this and an understood risk that it could happen. But I unfortunately have an excessive amount of marks/scratches on both sides of my face. This was very clearly due to lack of training. Grace only went over my face twice, the technician who did this service, went over some areas 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After treatment was done, technician did not apply spf and lip balm like Grace typically does. When I contacted Grace, it was clear there was no action plan which is disappointing and unsafe. After we got off the phone, she contacted me with a few, very basic instructions -- avoid exfoliants, and use spf. She said if it scars, she would give me something for it. I have had to rearrange a meeting and a date because my face looks and feels awful. SO DISAPPOINTED. read more

Always had a great experience with Grace since 2017 or 2018 I been going to this establishment.

It was a very good customer service experience, and everything was super clean and well maintained. Grace is very sweet!!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to find the front door locked. I had to call to find that no one was at the salon. After waiting outside for a few minutes, a young lady let me in ( Did not introduce herself). She took me back immediately to the treatment room. The overall experience was not great. The room was cold, no music was playing, and no bolster was offered for my feet. I'm glad no extractions were done. The equipment did not look properly sanitized, and the room was disarray. read more

I went to Neema's for the first time today. Great experience. I had dermaplaning and a facial. Love the way my skin looks now. Grace is fantastic. It was a very professional atmosphere. I've already booked another service! read more

Neema was great to work with. Very thorough and attentive to my needs and questions. I hade the Max inch loss dream mineral wrap and it tightened up my body nicely and I did lose an inch or two. I also had the neck décolletage treatment and that was so nice for tightening up my skin in that area. The whole process was relaxing and beneficial. I will definitely be back! read more

Neema was very nice and accommodating!! I accidentally broke a side-shelf upon arising from my seat after the bath, and she was STILL nice about it! (I'm clumsy-prone! Heheh!) I visited here last month to finally experience an ionic foot bath. I'd heard about it years ago, and did some research, but ultimately decided I wanted to compare to my recent Reflexology experience. It seemed like the end result felt the same. The facility is on the 2nd floor, and I hate stairs, so that is the only downside (in my books). Clean place, and my appointment started\finished on time. I would visit again! #takecareofyourfeet read more

I am visiting from Nashville and based off the reviews I saw, I just knew I had to try this place. Grace is one of the most sweetest, funniest, kind hearted person I have ever met while being in Dallas. She so attentive and caring when it comes to her craft & I couldn't thank her enough. I left this morning feeling like a new and improved woman, and will forever come back when I'm in town. If you're not going to Neema's body wraps, then you're definitely missing out. Fantastic experience! I wanted to start my year off right with a detox and the Ionic Foot Bath was PERFECT! I struggle with hives if I eat the wrong foods. 30 min after my ionic foot bath, my hives disappeared. I can't wait to go back and try the body wrap! Highly recommend! read more

Grace is a godsend! I found her spa while searching for wraps before my upcoming wedding! I've heard mixed reviews on wraps themselves (only good things about her spa) so I thought i would give it a try! My first session I lost about 11 inches total! I was shocked! I now have been coming for 4 weeks with about 2 wraps per week and have kept the inches off!! I was even able to fit into my wedding dress with no alterations thanks to Grace!! I started incorporating foot detoxes with my wraps and feel like a new person when I leave her spa. She is so wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable when you're with her! She answers all of your questions and is flexible with your schedule, if you communicate with her of course! Grace has made a lifelong customer out of me and I 10/10 recommend her spa!! read more

This place is amazing! I was looking for a place to try the foot detox and after researching other businesses, I chose Neema's and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted from the start with a warm welcome from Grace (I definitely recommend her) and even though I was early, she started my treatment. Before we started, she made sure to explain the benefits of the treatment and give other information about it. She made sure to respect social distancing and provided lots of hand sanitizer. Throughout the entire session, she made sure I was comfortable, offering water and making sure the water temperature was comfortable. After the treatment was complete, she took the time to explain what the water colors meant. I defiantly recommend coming here for great service and to support a local black owned business! This was such a great experience and I will be coming back and recommending friends and family here. read more

I took the advice of a friend last week and purchased a Groupon for a body wrap at Neema's. I learned today that they will match the price of the Groupon, so it's not necessary to purchase through Groupon. The location is inside an office building, top floor, you can't miss it. Upon entry, I was greeted by Grace. She is an absolute gem and made the entire experience so relaxing. I will definitely go back. read more

Grace was awesome! This has to be one of my top facials that I've had! I drove from Frisco to Dallas for her exceptional service. Neema's is a must! read more

I would give more stars if I could, this place is awesome!!! I suffer from horrible chronic & complex ptsd & it's always such a struggle for me to go anywhere especially somewhere new. So you can imagine it was hard having to not just go in but to have to meet someone new but then to have to totally push away all of the anxiety that comes with having to be in such a vulnerable state where I have someone else seeing my body unclothed. So to say my anxiety was high is not even close of a description to what I felt. However, I was immediately greeted by such an amazing and wonderful woman named Grace. She completely made me feel comfortable and safe. I have never been treated with such kindness and to say that she is amazing doesn't even come close to describe how awesome she is. She is compassionate, and understanding. She makes you feel as if you've known her forever and she truly cares about her clients! Hands down this business is ran with the highest caliber of professionalism & cleanliness, then it's topped off with (whom I assume is the owner) Grace whom is probably one of the sweetest women I've met. She will make sure you feel like family as well as provide you with the very best service. Long story short; 5 outta 5 & I'd honestly rate it even higher if I could. read more

What an experience! Grace is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. I like to do the body wraps once a week for 6-8 weeks prior to going on a trip. It really helps drop the inches when you are wanting to get into that cute black dress or that super cute swimsuit :) I have been a customer of Grace's for 4 years. Her new location very convenient. read more

This review has been a long time coming, I first went to Neema's in probably... 2015? I'm just guessing here, but I went a few times at the Irving location. I live in an east Dallas suburb, so Irving was a trek, but now they've moved to their new North Dallas location, I expect I'll go much more often! It was at least a year between my last two visits, and somehow Gracie managed to remember me, which means a lot these days. I don't have them measure for inch loss because I don't particularly care. I enjoy the wrap feeling during and after -- it's like being in a very, very warm, sleepy cocoon and then afterward I feel like I had a nice massage (nothing deep tissue, of course). They've expanded what they offer, so I'm really interested in trying other things out! read more

Grace was absolutely the sweetest!!! This was my first visit and first Brazilian. She made me feel so comfortable and painless. She was so sweet! I will definitely be back!! read more

Let me start by saying I absolutely love this place! This was my first time Brazilian Sugaring and my first Vagacial and I'm obsessed! Grace is such a sweetheart she makes you feel so comfortable and she's extremely professional! Not to mention my vajayjay has never been so smooth! If you are in the DFW area in need of sugaring / waxing/ facials/ body wraps this place is a must, you will be glad you went! Oh.... her prices are the best around too! read more

Very clean, relaxing and the staff was so, so sweet. I lost inches (yay!) This was my first body wrap experience. Body wraps may not be my thing; I think I'd rather pay for a massage. But, if you love body wraps or are wanting to experience them for the first time, then I would recommend this place! Bring extra panties and a bra as yours will be dripping wet once you're finished. For those of you new to the body wrap scene, expect to strip down to your undies and be mummified in cold, wet bandages from the neck down (I opted out of wrapping my chest because I really can't afford to lose any inches there without looking concave). Then you will put on plastic pants and a jacket before walking into a dark room, laying on the bed and being covered with a plastic, insulated blanket that will continue to heat up during your session. At first, you may feel like it's not getting warmer -- trust me, by the end of things you'll be pouring sweat! I'm glad I tried body wrapping and I'm definitely glad I tried it at Neema's read more

Friends, if you need a pick me up after your Covid-19 quarantine- Neema's is your place!! Gracie is amazing! She will put together the best pamper package or service based on your needs . Dermaplaning and facial was an amazing experience!! My skin looks incredible thanks to Grace! The facial felt incredible and my skin has never looked better! Grace, the owner is wonderful. Went for first time a few weeks ago to get an ionic footbath to detox my body, specially for me the kidney area, and discovered the body wraps and other beauty options. Also ended up with a leg wax. Went back a few days later to do the body wrap and I must say, I lost 1-2 inches in all areas of my body. The wraps detox the body. I followed up with a relaxing customized facial then finished with another ionic foot bath. I felt sore and drained after but drank lots of water and after a good nights rest, felt like a new person. I highly recommend if you are looking to naturally tone and tighten, or detox, waxing or facial, Neema's has it all with personalized service. I'm a new raving fan read more

Got my first body wrap done here and it exceeded my expectations. Grace is super nice and really makes you feel comfortable. She explains exactly what she's doing and checks on you often to make sure you're comfortable. Afterwards I felt energized and relaxed. Lost a few inches but I would say I saw the most benefit in muscle relaxation. I felt better leaving here than I have with some of my recent massage experiences. read more

I haven't completed all my sessions yet, but I really love the experience/place. I used a groupon and so far have used two body wrap sessions. I did the body wraps, because my boyfriend was coming back to see me and I wanted to look my best. The place is very small and in an office building. You have to have a code to get in. Gracie texted me the code beforehand and told me exactly where they were. This place is not a spa. It was okay...just different from what I was expecting. The room you are placed in is cozy and has a peaceful quiet mood. I was relaxed. Gracie, the wrap tech, is chatty and has so much personality. She is the sweetest girl you will ever meet and helps you through the entire process. One pro and one con: She takes care of you and will stretch the hours to fit you in an appointment slot and I was so grateful for it, since I had to reschedule and come in a late hour! The con is she has many clients coming in and out the same time and she has to juggle..that can leave you waiting for the next step in the body wrap (for me I didn't mind, because you get your full session...just a note for others). After the body wrap, my skin was softer and all around my body tighter. Unfortunately, since I already eat healthy and am a size 2/4...there isn't a drastic difference...but all around I felt like this helped my skin feel firm and tight. The body wraps do not help you to lose weight, but expel toxins and soak up minerals and help skin, etc. You sign a waiver for this before you start the session. Read the website about extra notes like bringing in a extra change of clothes and going to the restroom before you enter. I can't wait for my last session where Gracie will check my last measurements. This experience is excellent. I was nervous about it, since it was my first time. read more

Gracie is a peach to deal with, you can't find anyone with a better sense of customer service. I lost a total of 11 inches on my first visit, and I have two left. My target areas are the areas I saw the greatest difference. As for the environment, I'm a guy so I don't get caught up in the fluffy stuff that a spa should or shouldn't have, Gracie's service is what makes the environment stand out. The process was easy and comfortable, I did get a bit warm during the session, but again Gracie was there to the rescue. If you are trying to lose a some inches, not weight, then I would suggest you try this place out. Thanks Gracie for the great service you gave and I look forward to the next session.. read more
