I was hesitant because once a hair is plucked from my eyebrow it likely won't grow back for a VERY long time. I put my faith in Chi and her work. And wow was I so pleasantly surprised. Her studio she rents is so cute, clean. Chi herself seems to have versatility / lots of experience in all things like brow and lashes. She is soft spoken, and wonderful to chat with during your appointment. She is nice enough to listen to you in the beginning of your appointment so you're both on the same page about wants, needs/ expectations of how your brows can be realistically transformed. She was fantastic and I recommend trusting in her for brow services.
