I was hesitant because once a hair is plucked from my eyebrow it likely won't grow back for a VERY long time. I put my faith in Chi and her work. And wow was I so pleasantly surprised. Her studio she rents is so cute, clean. Chi herself seems to have versatility / lots of experience in all things like brow and lashes. She is soft spoken, and wonderful to chat with during your appointment. She is nice enough to listen to you in the beginning of your appointment so you're both on the same page about wants, needs/ expectations of how your brows can be realistically transformed. At Perfect Brow today, I received no at home kit or any after care instructions, the dos and don'ts are fairly important so you don't ruin your brows so instructions should be given at least on a hand out to clients. I guess all in all it's a shop that that provides a fairly inexpensive service or services and the end results are fairly mid so maybe this is one of those things you get what you pay for, so my recommendation would be just that; if your looking for "ok" for the price give them a shot, if you're looking for a personalized experience and some pampering, Perfect Brow doesn't offer that on the menu.

I love supporting women-owned businesses and believe in referring business; however, I will not be treated poorly by anyone. I'm quite sure her business will go on just fine without me or the 4 people I referred, but she'll never get another nickel of my money.
