THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Nobody deserves to be treated this way. I drove an hour to this place because it was recommended to me, came in spent $215, and tipped 3 people $12 a piece to be treated horribly. My nails were lifting 3 days after I left, after the 4th day one of my nails popped off so I let one of the ladies know. She assured me that someone at the shop would take care of me so I went in to get the one that popped off repaired at least (I should've just got a refund and take off bc they were horrible). I was told nobody could help me and I'd have to come back Thursday dispite this not being my fault and me staying an hour away. I called again today to see when I could get them fixed, due to me being in a wedding and again I tipped everyone so well. The guy Alex was extremely rude, cut me off, hung up in my face and blocked me from the store phone. I wAs pretty confused as I had an ok experience thus far. Never did he ask if I could Zelle or CASHAPP the balance. police showed up and treated me as a criminal ( dread headed black woman). They threatened to take me to jail. I explained it was the machine. officer attempted to buy a coke but had same problem. They treated me awful. Police asked me if I could use Zelle or CASHAPP and I sent no problem. They left. This was a painful experience for me. Let me begin my saying that this nail shop is absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside. It is clean, and the decor is nothing less than stunning. I was able to get in and be seen immediately because the shop was empty mid day but I feel that it is best to make an appointment if you come on nights or weekends because the shop is small. Everyone who came in for service while I was there had previously called and confirmed an appointment. The nail technician did an great job on the nail shape that I requested. The only complaint I have is with the polish application. I got a gel polish and there are imperfections in the polish that cannot be ignored. Five of my nails have what look like "water spots". I'm not sure how to describe it but you can see the photo. I think it is because of the gel polish used, but I'm not sure. I think that if I picked a different polish then this would not have been an issue. Overall though, this seems like a nice spot for all your mani, pedi, lashes, etc. needs. read more

Update: my nails didn't even make it a week. They broke, just like I said they would. I went in to have them fixed and was told that they'd be happy to fix them...HOWEVER I would have to pay to have them fixed. This place is an absolute scam with HORRIBLE customer service and poorly trained nail techs. I went back and forth on whether or not to leave a review, but I picked this place based on the many great reviews. I called to schedule an appointment and the tech I tried to schedule with wasn't available for the day/time that worked best for me, but the woman I talked to assured me that there were 2 other qualified techs. I walked in and was greeted promptly. It's a beautiful and clean salon. I washed my hands and was told Trish would be taking care of me. About 30 minutes into my nails, several walk ins came in and this is when things started going poorly. Trish started to rush through. I guess she wanted to get to the walk ins. I asked her to please make my nails thicker because they were very thin and I was afraid I would break one. She argued with me. She got so rough that she ended up cutting 3 of my fingers. At one point I even said "OUCH!" and she kept going without saying a word. The over all finished product is sloppy and so overpriced. For $55 for a basic dipping powder, I shouldn't have hardened powder all over my hands the next day and I definitely shouldn't have been cut multiple times. I'm so disappointed. This place got amazing reviews and is so close to my work. I was really hoping this would be my new go to nail place, but I personally had a horrible experience. read more

Walking in this establishment I felt so Happy because it was cute and aesthetically pleasing! I was instantly greeted and asked what I wanted, which was great! However I have never sat in a chair and been instantly told what they COULD NOT DO! It was almost like the tech did not want to service me from the look I received as soon as I sat down. I asked for a overlay with the acrylic being formed slightly longer then my nail bed and he instantly said "no we don't form nails"! IN THE RUDEST WAY! I asked again and sort of explained to him what I meant and it was still a firm NO! I politely said thank you and proceeded to leave. I went in for a fill and the girl was nice who worked on my hands but the attention to detail was not there. I left the shop not fully realizing the work that was done. It looks like I still need a fill and the polish was put on clunky and not every nail is smooth. Also no cuticle care was done which was very disappointing. I gave it a 2 start because I love how beautiful it looks inside, but, DO NOT get your eyebrows wax in this location. Holy moly! One of my eyebrows is thinner! I have my eyebrows tattooed and I just went in so they could clean it all around, instead I got a good chunk of hair missing from one of my eyebrows and now all you see is the ink and no hair. Aghhhhh.. this has never happened to me before. The only think I noticed different from most places it was that they didn't have a bed to lay you down and do the wax, they just sit you in chair and tell you to look up. I was sitting down when she did my eyebrow waxing, and it took 2 seconds. Most girls get the tweezers pull the smaller stubborn hair out. She didn't, she just wax, wax, wax, "you are done" .. Was really excited to try this place due to the reviews. 1st there is only one person that is currently doing nails (Alex) so there was a bit of a wait. Upon sitting down, there was no greeting from Alex. I asked about ombré on my ring finger, he's said no they don't do that on dip. No big deal, I've had it done before but I understood maybe he just didn't do it. I thin asked for 3 coats on my dip. He then told me No, they only do 2 coats. This was my last straw, I've never been to a nail shop that I've been told no in this request, and I've been to many shops in the area. Due to the lack of customer service and communication skills of Alex I will not be back. There is too much competition in the area where I can get good service, product and a better price. Very welcoming staff, but I read a review before going that said, the staff pay more attention to other customers, which is very true. I spent 112 dollars on in-fills and nail art and yet the lady doing my nails was stopping and answering the phone and booking people in and a walk in came through that was in a rush so she essentially rushed my nail art. She didn't even ask if I was happy before sitting down with the next customer. I got her to add the shoulder outline to my gingerbread man detail after she had packed away, before paying, but honestly, one hand is better than the other, by far.
