Tried to give them another chance and when I went in for a pedi asked for gel French tip, I had builder gel on already, the lady insisted and went back and forth with me it would be cheaper to do a fill even though I asked multiple times to just remove and do gel, finally I gave in, got to the front and it was $115 total for a French tip builder gel, I repeated what the lady said and she said they filed it down so it's a full set... never once did they communicate that to me I would've said NO and just gotten the regular gel like I had requested multiple times before they brought someone else over to pressure me! Kelly did her thing with the dip! No other nail salon compares to the effort and time she put in to get me the best results. I asked for her to be gentle with the drill and did without any problems. They gave me 4 books of colors to choose from which I appreciate the range of options. Beverages were offered here as well. Inside was very calm and looked clean. I came here 5 days ago and I'm actually really disappointed with my nails. I got a basic pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was okay. Truthfully i was in a rush to leave and didn't have time for the polish to dry on my feet, but I'm more disappointed with my manicure. Despite having finished that first and having plenty of time to dry, the nail polish (regular, not gel) didn't dry fully for almost two days. And on top of that, the nails are all lopsided and uneven. Some are more square than others and some are more round. Also, i don't know what kind of chemicals they used on my hands before the nail polish, but the polish is literally peeling off my nails. read more

I came in without an apt and they were able to see me in about 5 minutes. I got the deluxe pedicure without fragrance perk. 40 minutes for $45 dollars. They offer you a choice of drink, including some alcoholic ones. I only got water this time, but I have had a few of their drinks and they're very tasty. My technicians name was Maria. I asked if I could take her picture but she declined . with this package. You don't get some of the extra perks like the shoulder heating pad. It was a pleasant experience. read more

10/10 do not recommend . They charge for every little thing you get done and they don't ever tell you about the extra charges until it's time to pay. $7 to remove shellac on your toes if you don't get gel again.... $5 extra for French tip . And i definitely disliked how the tech was being super pushy for me to get gel again when i specially told her no once i don't need to repeat myself . You're better off going to world spa nails. read more

My first time with REAL orange slices & REAL aloe slices used on my legs during my pedicure. Her massage was BUSSIN'!! Lol Lisa did my shellac mani & she was extremely pleasant to work with. Absolutely horrible at scheduling! Every time you call and ask if someone is available at a certain time they say yes, then you break your neck to get there on time and you sit and wait for at least 30 minutes before their available. They need to at least check with the person to see if their running on time or running behind so they can provide a more accurate time for their clients. Also they insist on seating people close together instead of spreading people out when their not busy. I don't like people sitting by me, I don't like people talking, I go to relax. This is not a quiet or a relaxing place, it's very loud and noisy. I would pay more to have a quiet peaceful pedicure in the back but they never use those chairs, why? Let us that want peace go back there! read more

Every time that I have made an appointment here, they are never on time after 1/2pm. I would suggest to just walk in because walk in's come first even tho they say "they don't". Treat customers terribly! Don't value longtime customers and Rip them off because they believe customers don't know better. I will NEVER go back there again. I have been a loyal customer to Skyline Nails long before the current owners took over (more than 15 years). I have enjoyed services many times and I always leave good tips for each of my service providers. However, the new owners do not value my business and they think I'm stupid. Today, I went in for my usual nails and pedicure, but I also, requested and had an appointment for individual lashes. The owner, Vanessa, asked me several times if I wanted individual lashes; each time I said yes. I got the feeling she was trying to talk me out of them and to give me the cluster lashes. She was done in one hour. (I have had individual lashes before, and I know it takes much longer than an hour). I thought well maybe there is a new technique. They charged me $175. For a full set of individual lashes. When I got to I brushed them an a cluster came out. So they think I don't know the difference between what I asked for and what they gave me and didn't charge me the price for the cluster lashes. I will NEVER have services there again! I spent $275 including tips today! For someone to treat me this way. Spend it well, because you won't get another penny out of me! I'm sure you won't go out of business because I will not be back. But I will not be supporting your business. It's a nail salon on every corner! read more

Went there on Saturday to get my nails redone. Previously my nails were dipped and this time I wanted gel french manicure. Unfortunately the woman doing my nails did not remove all the dip from my nails so I asked her to do it over again. Her mannerisms were abrupt and I asked her if she was okay. She pulled herself together and became professional once more and did the nails again--this time removing all of the dip. This nail salon is very nice, it is pricey compared to other nail salons, I would not recommend you get a pedicure because you somehow end up paying more for your toes than your nails lol but I always get my nails done here and I always get Tee! First of all, my expectations are very low when I go to the nail shop because I have natural nails and I'm very particular. I also gave them a 4 star because I do think the prices are ridiculous for using gel polish. However, this was my first time here and I was impressed. The drinks were great. I didn't feel rushed. I had a mother daughter duo who took fabulous care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted! Helen did my pedicure and she eased a lot of my heel pain (plantar fasciitis). First time there and immediately had to give email and phone number... not the biggest fan of that but whatever. Went in on a Saturday around 1 and it wasn't that busy, I had to sit there for maybe 10 minutes but the whole time sitting there I didn't get shown the books for the color selections for dip. Thankfully I only wanted white so I wasn't too bothered by not being shown the options. I had TINA as my technician and at the beginning she was more worried about how dirty her shirt was getting from the removal of my previous set and she walked away like 3 times to go clean herself off. While removing my previous set she cut my cuticle and just looked at me like it was my fault??? Not sure how that happened but okay.... Anyways it took about 2 hours to get a simple white dip set on super short nails and a heart on the ring fingers. On top of all of that she didn't clean around the cuticle areas all that well after realizing she kept using the clear dip instead of white on my left hand... I had to go home and file them down to make them smooth around the edges and then apply a gel top coat on 3 of my fingers because she didn't get them all the way. It was $55 after tip... I wanted to be kinda rude and not tip but she was standing right next to me while paying so I felt obligated even after this awful experience. read more
