I paid for both of our services and exited the building. As I'm entering my car, this man runs up accusing me of not paying for my daughter. I told him I did and had the receipt. He insisted I return to the store. After reviewing the receipt and having the tech confirm, he told me the tech failed to properly enter the sale in their system. This man accused me of stealing, had me parade back in the store and he didn't have the decency to apologize at the least. Everything was going well until my nail tech started talking about my big toes (ingrown) and complaining about having to do the work and having to do designs on top of that. This was all said in Vietnamese which I am fluent in although I'm commonly not recognized as Vietnamese.
