Without any warning, my membership was cancelled, and with it I lost over 20 credits I had accumulated -- many of which were built up during the pandemic when services were limited or unavailable. At no point was I notified that my membership was about to be terminated, nor was I given the opportunity to use my credits, pause my account, or make any kind of arrangement. For seven years, my membership had never once been cancelled. To suddenly terminate it and wipe out credits that were already paid for feels unfair, unethical, and frankly unacceptable. Those credits represent real money -- not a courtesy, not a gift -- and losing them without notice is a slap in the face to long-term, loyal customers. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership to read the fine print carefully and not assume your unused credits are safe -- because mine weren't.
