This man accused me of stealing, had me parade back in the store and he didn't have the decency to apologize at the least. During my visit, I had an issue with the technician who did a pedicure on me and we added a few…read morenail extensions to fix my broken nails and make them even. Well she made the extensions on my toes excessively thick, causing discomfort whenever I walk. When I politely asked her to fix her work, she responded in a loud and confrontational manner, questioning why I didn't inform her of my dissatisfaction earlier. Then being rough with me. So I just told her it was okay. To be honest, I wasn't too picky initially, but the pain was bothersome when I started to walk. I also want to mentions that the girl sitting next to me was getting a pedicure despite having extremely crusted feet with deep open wounds. The salon initially informed her that they couldn't provide the service due to the risk of spreading infections, which is in line with licensing and regulations. However, against their own advice, they ended up proceeding with the pedicure anyways. This negligence not only puts the girl at risk but also creates a potential health hazard for others. I would stay away from an establishment like this.

I'm really distraught about this past visit. I've been going here on the regular for a few years…read morenow for pedicures. Always great service. Now to my birthday. I decided to treat myself to builder gel. I went in specifically asking for builder gel. I said I wanted my nails short. Just past my finger tips. I wanted builder gel. I wanted natural pink. I had a photo of what I hoped to get. Realistic. Nothing crazy at all. I started with my pedicure. No issue there. It was great. Then they come to do my hands. I've not had my nails done in years. Many years. So they put the tips on and cut them down. Then start dipping. I'm not sure if this is the process. Well it isn't. I ended up with dip nails. I didn't want to switch up and make them remove it after they'd already started so I just let them finish. That's on me because I'm very non confrontational and just do what's easiest even if it's at my expense. Well they also did no clean up or cuticle work. And I asked several times to fix crooked nails and it never was right. So I left with crooked thick nails, ragged cuticles and dip on the cuticle and surrounding skin. Now I know. Some of it is on me. I couldve made them start over. But I shouldn't have to. I showed a photo of what I wanted. Color and very short natural look. I asked for builder gel at the beginning. Dip should've never been anywhere near me. My ignorance of the process was a factor but it shouldn't have been. I came home and had to clean up my own nails. File to shape properly and fix all the crookedness. Pedicures are fine. Nails? I'll probably go somewhere else from now on.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a little over five years and during that time I have…read morenoticed a significant shift in the level of service. Familiarity and convenience kept me returning, but after my most recent visit, I believe it may be time for a change. My son and I came in for pedicures and I also planned to get my usual dip manicure. In the past, they would begin my nails while I was getting my pedicure, but that did not happen this time. Because of the long wait, I decided to skip the dip and just have it removed. I was charged $10 for the dip removal and $20 for the file down/no color or anything. And during the process, the technician actually broke one of my nails. Then comes the pedicure quality, which is why I had to return today. There were visual streaks in the polish and nail polish on my nail bed. When they attempted to correct it, a technician selected a polish color without asking what shade I wanted. When I asked to see the color book so I could choose the correct one, she left the polish she selected and walked away without correcting it. I sat for about six minutes before someone else finally came over to assist me. Thankfully, another technician brought the color book and I was able to select the right shade. She corrected it without hesitation, but this was not the first time I had to return to have something corrected the next day. After being a loyal customer for several years, the last year of experiences have been met with frustration and disappointment.

LITERALLY THE WORST WORST WORST NAIL SALON!!…read more I came in the middle of the week during the afternoon - I was the only customer for at least 25 minutes. The two ladies that were working were playing on their phones, moving things around, talking to each other, and not concerned at all about me. That was bad but once my nail tech, Anna started dipping my nails - IT WAS AWFUL. She was so rushed and incredibly sloppy that she kept messing up each dip layer. Her way of fixing it was to continue adding more dip to my nails. As you can see from the pictures, my nails look like literal globs, the dip is so thick and unnatural. I couldn't even believe I had just got my nails done at a salon. I've been getting dip on my nails for a very long time, and I have never ever ever ever experienced such an awful nail service before!!! And on top of all that, this nail salon should be shut down for not following proper sanitation guidelines. I'm pretty sure the nail file, nail buffer, brush, nail rotary & everything else has been used on hundred of other people & never cleaned. My only bit of defense here is when I refused to pay for the dip, they didn't argue. They knew it was a HORRIBLE dip set & they let me leave. This nail salon is disgusting & their services are absolutely awful. This place should be shut down!!
