When it came to my turn, I had noticed the worker did not clean or sanitize the headrest or chair as the last client left. I never saw her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer either! I then simply asked if she could, and she did. As she proceeded, she only spent a minute on my brow and then asked if I wanted the cooling gel on them after. No trimming, no brushing, nothing. I took a look at my brows and there was still a good amount of hair on both sides of my brows! She then went back in and threaded them. After the second time, I looked and there was still some hair she had missed. At that point, I was already running behind on schedule and had to leave. I'm ever-impressed with the insanely talented, beautiful women who run this stellar queendom of spas (4 locations across Arlington and Bedford) and the reliable, quality, satisfaction-guaranteed-service they provide. I've never left Glam India unhappy.. I always leave looking and feeling and even smelling better because their products smell so good. I've done a few things here: brow tinting, brow threading, henna, eyelash extensions, an eyelash lift. At this very moment in time I'm au naturel so I'm jealous of my perfectly browed and extra-long-lashed past-self. I need to make an appointment! And I also want to try some new things. Besides what I already listed, Glam India offers a variety of facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, microblading, hair treatments, eyebrow extensions, waxing, and likely more things I'm forgetting.. Okay no problem. At 1:30 pm I told them to cancel my appointment and I left. If you know you have a 1:15 pm appointment, why are you not back in time? There have been MANY times that my appointment was delayed, this is not a doctors office this is a beauty salon. And my time is more valuable than that so unfortunately I'm done here.
