He hollered to the back a few words and "polish on toes" and said just a moment. The lady he was speaking to looked out from where she was, and then proceeded to do anything and everything else for almost 10 mins. I got up to leave after about 8 minutes and the man said "oh just one minute maam she's coming." He then shouted something else out to her. She came out of the room, stood and drank water, walked around the desk at the front another couple of minutes, then rudely shouted at me "so what do you need?" I'm not sure why she asked because he had already told her. I said "regular polish on my toes." I brought my own polish, but she then shouted to me "it's $22 for regular and $25 for gel." Now, just yesterday, my friend who I'm going to dinner with today, went to Bella and paid $15 for polish only on her toes. It seems the lady was trying to price gouge because there were no customers. I guess she didn't feel like working. I left and just painted my own toes since I was now crunched for time after being in the salon close to 15 minutes- probably the same amount of time it would have taken to polish my toes in a place that had 2 workers and 1 customer.

Rachel is so sweet and even offered to apply aloe afterward to help with any irritation, which I really appreciated. The establishment was super clean and cozy, and I'm glad I finally found somewhere I can call my go-to spot whenever I'm visiting. 5/5 -- highly recommend!

She also did the Pearl facial on me, which was great the first time; the best part is the massaging. Second time around, the Gold facial was also nice - lots of massage which I love; the worst part for me is always gonna be the black head tool extraction which is painful for me that's expected. My skin & muscle tone are firmer than prior for sure! I would recommend going to their website to make an appointment to avoid a wait because they take walk-ins. Most of the time, I see only 1 young lady working when I come but at any rate,I love this place!

The vibe is welcoming and has multiple services. From Hennas, threading, waxing, eyelashes, eye brow tinting, massages and even facials services. Every time we come we request Anu, and that cause I like how she threads our eyebrows and her patience with my High functioning autistic younger sis. She is patient with her sensory overload and her pain intolerance. She also makes conversation with me and my sibling. I do recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place with so much to offer and if you only ask it's a great location. We came right at the 6 minutes before closing and they still had their door open to us. So sweet.

One of my nails has lost the gel completely. This has never happened before at other salons. I then called the salon and told them what was going on, as it was 10 days ago that I had it done. I told them my issues, and they first said it should last 2-3 weeks. They got another employee on the phone, and I explained again. She said it was my fault for washing my hands too much or doing too much with my hands and sometimes only last 7 days. Problem is it didn't make it to day four. No I can fix, no I'm sorry this happened to you. Nothing. I will never go back and I do not recommend this salon. Would give zero stars if I could.
