We then discussed scheduling and because of my work schedule, I had limited availability during there business hours; she agreed to provide the service that same day. Every step of the process was explained during the procedure and Sarita showed true concern for my comfort during the process. My results were amazing. I can't belive I hesitated to have this done. I won't pretend that it wasn't painful- even with multiple applications of numbing cream. I have a high tolerance for pain and I would say I'd rate the pain at 5-6/10. Would I do it again? Extremely knowledgeable, communicates well - which is hard to find in people these days, and is committed to ensuring that your skin can be the best that it can be. I have a hectic schedule but she very flexible with her schedule for me. I don't know why I hadn't left a Yelp Review for her yet, but better late than never. She has become my staple esthetician. I don't even use or get any other facials from anyone else because I'm loyal to Kim, trust her with my skin and would feel like I betrayed her. This was my first time getting services like a brow lamination, wax and tint done all in one. I was hesitant because once a hair is plucked from my eyebrow it likely won't grow back for a VERY long time. I put my faith in Chi and her work. And wow was I so pleasantly surprised.
