Found this place and Sally did a fantastic job on my pedicure took her time and knows how to do a pedicure and message!

This place is a joke! They charge me $77 for a powder set and take off and two kids polish with a small design. The male nail tech argued with me even when I told him I didnt like my nails. He embarrassed me in front of other customers basically raising his voice because I questioned about my bill! Will never go back read more

Have been coming to Red Nails for 7+ years now. They always do an awesome job and are reasonably priced. On several occasions over the years I've broken a nail or decided to go shorter or change a color within a day or two of getting my nails done and they're always happy to fix/change and most times at no charge. They truly understand the business and do a great job. They remember their frequent customers, which really makes a difference. When I come in, they ask how my job is going and always ask if I still work from home. The owner always talks to me about the new iPhones and his new cases. They always remember that I like my nails short and pretty plain. Overall awesome environment! read more

Friendly service, but when she was filing down the nail she kept trying to remove my cuticle with the electric nail drill. Nails were not painted all the way to the cuticle, uneven lines, and they've begun chipping only 4 hours after I paid the $40 to have them done "professionally." They take payment before actually painting your nails, so they won't be smudged by you digging for your wallet. But as soon as you give them your payment, they rush through the actual painting of your mani/pedi. The staff continuously pushes you to upgrade your package for something more expensive. It makes the experience awkward and uncomfortable. read more

Today was the first time I went to red nails and they were all so friendly. My nails turned out absolutley perfect! Will be returning!

I have gone to Red Nails several times. I always get one of the ladies, until today. I asked for a deluxe pedi. The lady next to me asked for a regular pedi. One of the ladies did her pedi while one of the guys did mine. When I left the lady next to me still had not finished- her pedi was that in-depth. During the pedi I asked my technician if he could get a callous off on my foot pad. But he said I would have to upgrade to get that. He couldn't use "that tool" on the deluxe pedi- although the tech doing the lady next to me for her regular pedi- used the grater and other tools It seems there is a great difference in what you get depending on who your technician is-- get one of the women techs- they are definitely the best. read more

This is the first review I've ever written on Yelp (I've had the app for over a year) because I normally don't care enough to write a review even if the place I have been to was bad. Although, I really felt the need to write a review on this place. The service was great. The woman who did my nails was very nice. However, she did a terrible job on my nails. I asked for oval shape and she gave she square and they look awful. It was the worst nail Job I've ever had. On top of my nails looking terrible, I got an infection in my finger the next day. The reason I am writhing this review is because Red Nails have a 4.5 star rating and they are not worth that at all. All the pictures they have of nails they've done is not what you get at all. read more

I'll have to thank Yelp reviews for this one so I decided to write one myself. I was searching for a new nail salon and this is by far the best place I've been to in a very long time. i will for sure be going back. This place was very relaxing and the people there were very nice. They didn't try to up sell me!! Bonus!!! It is very clean and did I mention relaxing? Oh ok just wanted to make sure! My co workers and I have gone in here and each time they quote a higher price. I got a basic pedi $25. And just to add dots to my toes they charged another $20 and to top it off the basic pedi was rushed and I could have done that myself in the tub lol... My friend got just a fill on her nails and just because they were long they charged her $55. This is insane I've been to better salons that give a good experience. I won't be back and I work in a hair salon so I will be informing my clients. read more

I live out of state and every time I come home I always make it a point to get my nails done here since they were always priced well and do a great job. But this last experience was something sad. I go in to get a dip set on my NATURAL nail and I'm charged $45 out the door not including a tip... if anyone knows how dipping your nails, it's not complex whatsoever. The woman who did my nails didn't even give me a basic manicure, trim my cuticles, or let my nails soak to scrap off dead skin etc. (when you're paying this much, these types of things should be included for a natural nail) Instead she lazily tried getting all of the unwanted dry/dead skin off with the tool used to buff your nail which she then proceeded to cut me multiple times with. After dipping my nails ( and receiving an uneven coating at that) she then put a gel top coat on the finished product and put me under the light. SNS has a top coat of their own which you dip your nail into so I'm not sure why she chose to but gel on top because by day 2 that coat was chipping off my nails. When everything was over, she didn't apply any lotion or cuticle oil. After paying, I felt robbed. I always had high praises for this nail shop but no more. Sad to say I will most certainly not be returning. They're over priced and seem to lack basic skill. read more
