Top 10 Nails has been My go to nail salon for the past 4 years now. I swear I be so sad and depressed when they close for vacation/ personal reasons and I'm forced to go somewhere else. When I tell y'all Tiffany (the owner) understands any assignment given , there's no exaggerating there. She always brings to life any idea i bring her way and than exceeds my expectations. That's not to take away from anyone else In there, because I sat in the chair of all of them in there and they all do great/ quality work. Tiffany is really down to earth and I love how personable she is with her clients. It's a great feeling having services done while having meaningful conversations at the same time. I watch and observe as she and almost all of them working there greets customers by name. I'm horrible with names but these ladies know all the many people that walks into their shop and that's amazing and says more than plenty about their establishment. Inflation is real guys lol , and although just like around the rest of the world they had to slightly increase their prices as well. I enjoy getting my nails and toes done and try my hardest to maintain them , and for me keeping my nails done is a necessity. I usually get a custom full set or fill , and an exfoliating pedicure with gel polish. I like a little length and curve to my nails so that is extra. I usually spend between $100 to $180 a visit. Oh and they have a slushy bar too , offering both nonalcoholic and alcoholic slushy's. read more

I have been going to Top 10 for more than 7 years now. I am always overly satisfied. Every worker and nail tech has great customer service, and tends to your every needs. Their work is very nice and always neat. I love going here, and I won't go anywhere else. Tiffany has also been doing my eyebrows since I was 11. She is very talented!! read more

I'm sure the reviews prior to me have some vitality. However I was not impressed at all!! I came here on the persistence of my mom who said she gets great pedicures here. The shop just has a dirty feel to it, it doesn't look clean and they definitely scrimp and cut curves in the shop. They have a large coffee creamer tub as a trash can and random open containers of food variously through the shop. The nail polish is all very old and well over used, no up to date colors what so ever. My pedicure was VERY mediocre at best. There was little to no interaction between the staff and customers and one of the nail ladies was face timing her son while doing someone's nails. As most other reviews are 4+ stars, this could just be a one off situation, but I don't believe I will be returning. read more

I am disappointed in the quality of work done here I paid 35 dollars and in only 10 days I have a nail pop off the woman stated my nail grew really nails are lifting and I get here and it pops off as I close door yes that's the last straw. If they don't honor they're work I'm never coming again. read more

I walked in as I'm not from town, found it was the closest to where I'm staying. It was dirty, looks like the floors haven't been mopped from the day it opened. Tools did NOT come from the sanitizer oven. Nail polish looks as though it came from the goodwill sale bucket, crusted over the bottles. The footpaths didn't have any coverings and the pedicure was subpar. I guess twenty dollars is twenty dollars but I would never be a return patron. read more

In dire, dire need of a pedicure, I found this place right near the neighborhood gym. The lady did a GREAT job with my pedicure (after doing kickboxing barefoot outdoors, my feet weren't the most soft and supple, but she worked miracles on them) and I was also very pleased with my manicure as well. The coolest thing about the place is that you walk in, and you'll see one or two ladies who are already working on customers, but then the owner makes a phone call, and in 1 minute, another lady walks through the door, ready to literally wait on you hand and foot. Everytime I come here to get my eyebrows arched they always mess them up taking way to much hair off. Then they get mad when you tell them they made a mistake. read more

Went here to get a last-minute manicure! I had Michelle and she did a great job. Very sweet, and took time and did a great job on my nails! Can't give it 5 stars because it was a little dirty in some areas and you can tell some of the polish is really old. read more

I have been going here for years and have been relatively happy. It is convenient and cheap, the staff is friendly and service has been pretty good. I went yesterday (1-27-18) and I will not be going back! The lady who did my nails did a pretty good job but she couldn't speak English and she was working on my feet and someone else's at the same time!?! And there were 2 or 3 other staff members in the back room - looking at their phones, or whatever they were doing. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! They recently bought new pedicure chairs but the rest of the place is pretty shabby... read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for about 10 years. This will be the last time I ever go back to this place. I have been sitting there for two and half hours and everybody that came in after me. Was taking care of before I was . They have been rude to me the last couple of times ,where I have to wait they have taken care of others before me and I was there way before the others came .
