On top of that, my feet started itching immediately after leaving the chair, which has never happened to me at a salon before. Unprofessional, rude, and careless. I told her what is the difference between me telling you now, you can't use this set he ruined the shape. She responded I don't have that many people working. I told her don't do them then, and she responded, I'll just give you your money back. Note 3 people came in asking for nails and they are getting their nails done. Good luck. The lady who did my nails seemed bothered when I was asked if I wanted to continue with my nail art (I showed a reference pic first at the front to ensure they can do this) they then proceeded to try and talk me out of it which at this point I was so uncomfortable with everything else that I said no to finishing the set I actually wanted. After this the lady immediately left and I proceeded to pay, still don't know what exactly I paid for since they prefill your sheet and don't review anything again, even after I made changes. Once I paid and wrote the tip (which I still did since I know what it's like working for tips) the lady immediately grabs the receipts and says she can fill the rest and basically rushes me out. I used to love this place years ago and this was my go to spot but after this visit, I probably won't ever be back, save yourself the headache, pain and the overcharging for a much better experience elsewhere.

He told me no because of the design i requested, it would look better long. I told him more than three times i wanted short because i need to be able to lift weights. After they got started on my service, they then let me know that the color i requested was no longer available. And what really made for an even more unpleasant experience is getting burnt by a hot stone and the owner gentleman telling me i get what i pay for. I ended my service once my nails were done, before my pedicure was complete. I could no longer tolerate being talked about, receiving poor service, or a service i did not want to pay for. The tech never asked me what i wanted, if the color i settled with worked. She was a young, entitled person with an attitude as if I MUST do what she wants. Although i did not receive color on my toes, and the service was incomplete, they still required me to pay. I do NOT recommend this location AT ALL. The owner multitasks too much and does not focus on his clients. If you are a returning client, great that you found value to continue to patronage. However i will not return. They made me feel judged. I literally collected my belongings, said i did not want to cause a scene, and that it was fine. The tech who did my services originally, apologized, and mentioned that she's working with Veronica to make sure whatever happened before, doesn't happen again. My previous review stated I wouldn't give this business any more money, a statement which I now HEAVILY retract.
