Date of service 3/15/24. I have been here before dips were the trend. I had a tight schedule and had tried to get my nails done here for a long time. Always too busy and only one tech was able to do the dip set it in the past. Called today and was told I could come now to get a dip set and pedicure. I had a hectic schedule and thought it was a great opportunity to see if the same level of service was the norm. It wasn't. Same phenomenal environment I recalled from before. The customer before me said her nails were too thick. Should have been a red flag for me. I told the tech my nails were too thick. Looked like press on nails on my nail beds. I will not post a pic. I will not be back. My nails beds are swollen. Waiting a week to go see my favorite place to let the swelling go down to get it fixed. $98 for basic pedicure (0 stars) and dip set. Not including the tip. Much love to the owner. I'm not posting pictures. Have had my nails fixed a week later. See my reviews. read more

Don't waste your time, do not come here. I came to get the dip powder removed and redone. Worse experience ever. The lady name Lily was so rough with my nails. I had to keep asking her to be gentle and she became upset each time. I finally stayed the nail filer she was using was too rough and it hurt could she use a softer nail filer. She said no and after that I said ok then this is not going to work and I left. It's so disappointing when nail techs become upset when you as a customer ask for something. I loved my experience here!! 1. They are all very sweet and the customer service is amazing. 2. The facility was very comfortable, clean, and had a relaxing vibe 3. I had zero wait time. As soon as I walked in, i was greeted & seated 4. Sooo many colors to choose from! (This is important lol) 5. My nails are absolutely perfect, the man who did my nails did not rush. He made sure every nail was the same length and he paid so much attention to detail, I've never had that happen before at a nail shop, they usually just try to get you in and out He made sure the entire nail was coated even at the ridge. He was very attentive constantly asking if I liked my nails and was just making sure he was doing what I wanted/asked for.. My mom also likes this nail shop and she is the one who told me about it. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I went in and yes they were friendly but the person doing my nails didn't understand anything thing I was saying , which yeah whatever I'll understand . But THEN as all of my nails were already put on she literally started ripping the tips of them off . She wanted to redo some of my nails but with a whole different tip (not curved like the rest) so I asked her politely like no you need to do them all the same tip , she barely understood and got an attitude about it . Exceptional service every time I come! My mom has been going to Holly for her nails for the last 15+ years and I've recently been going. Holly or Andy will do my fills and Andy does my pedicures. They both do really good service, but Andy is AMAZING at feet. Him and Karen are the pedicure go-to's because they both take their time and give THEE best massages! My cuticles always look nice and the nails last well for 2-3 weeks! I would definitely recommend this shop because the prices aren't that high, but they're around a good price for the service. read more

Horrible gel manicure. Leena left bubbles, lumps, and uneven places on my nails, and had the nerve to say the clear sealing coat will smooth it out. REALLY!! It didn't smooth out. The polish is so watered down they used four coats of polish on me and my daughters nails, making it also look like lumpy thick and clumpy. We will never, ever go back there!!! read more

If there were a 1/2 star rating I would have given it! I had been here once before and had an ok pedicure done, pretty mediocre paint job, kind of sloppy, but decided to give them a second chance, thinking maybe I just had a person that wasn't to skilled with french manicure toes. Im a very patient person, It takes a lot to upset me. This pedicure was even worse than the time before, actually it was awful! She was very rough, and used the pumice stone and cheese grater so hard and rough that it actually broke open my skin near my big toe, in an area that I did NOT have any calluses, it felt like road rash. I started bleeding of course so she put some of this blue liquid in my open sore, which felt like acid! the burning continued while she tried to finish the rest of the pedicure, not enjoyable whatsoever. When she got up to go use the restroom, another lady sat down in front of me and started working on my massage with lotion, after she was done, she sprayed my toes with the disinfectant tub cleaner (which she thought was rubbing alcohol) as the original lady was walking back to the station, she saw what her helper had sprayed my feet with, and quickly turned on the water sprayer and rinsed my feet because that chemical was burning my toes and open sore which started more bleeding! (obviously that lady was NOT qualified to be working on clients!) once again the french pedicure paint job was sloppy and not even. I truly don't feel like I should have had to pay for such poor service... The scab that has now formed is very painful to walk on and looks gross. I will never go there again. read more

I would go back if I had to but this is not my go-to place. Why isn't this my go-to place, you ask? Let me break it down for you... My acrylic nails lifted within 5 days of them being installed. Yep, you read that right, the base of the nails lifted up so high that anytime I'd run my fingers through my hair, hair would get stuck between the artificial nail and my own nail bed. On top of that, my nail polish puckered and began to fade the very next day after being serviced. To be fair, I am in no way hard on my nails considering the fact that I have a regular old bougie office job but somehow, filing papers and stapling took a lot out of the life of my nails after this particular visit. Last but not least, I'm a sucker for atmosphere and this place gave me nothing to look at besides the nail tech and other patrons which is REALLY awkward. Also, a few of my nails were misshapen. If you're looking for trendy nails, atmosphere, and a nice acrylic set, I'd encourage you to search elsewhere. Everyone was generally friendly and prices were more than affordable so on that note, it's worth a shot if you're in the area and not looking for anything fancy. read more

Recently had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I am pregnant and really needed my feet to feel pampered. I had an appointment at 5 pm but I didn't get to start soaking my feet until 540. The man who worked on my feet got angry when I told him he was hurting me. He was working so fast, he didn't notice or care he made a cut on every single one of my toes while roughly removing the cuticles. He then went on to burn me with the hot stones and kept rubbing the stone over my ankle. It was so painful I began to tear up. I told him he was hurting me and he got angry again. I should've just gotten up and walked out, but I didn't think he could hurt me by polishing my toes. I was wrong. He sloppily applied the color I chose and got some on the skin. He used his long nail to scrape off the wet nail polish and dug into the side of my toe nail with his nail where he had cut me before. Luckily it was over fast. The lady who started her pedi 15 minutes before me was still getting her toes done by the time I was finished. So awful. I complained and they said others also complain about the man who worked on my pedi. Then why does he still work there?!?! Service has been inconsistent at this salon in the past, but this was unacceptable. I live close to this salon, but I will travel farther next time to get good service. read more
