I was looking for a new nail salon and I saw this was close by. When I read the reviews I was scared but I decided to go nonetheless. When I tell you the service was so good, even tho I walked in 30 min before closing they took there time cleaning my nails, doing my French just right and they lady who was doing my nails was so sweet. I always go to this place because it's close to my house and I usually love it but sadly today was different, I went early so i could be one of the first people and I was. I got this one guy who has a pony tail and is slim when I got there he was smoking outside which I don't blame he was taking his morning brake but he was the one who was gonna do my pedicure. I was telling him how to do my nails and he kept saying "I know" "I know" and then I eventually just let him do his thing I wanted French tips but he didn't do it as how I wanted them too,". I didn't say anything I still tipped him $5 because I felt bad which I shouldn't have but whatever. Came home and seen my one of my toe nails and it was stuck with dust and it was still sticky. Can't believe I'm saying this but I'm never coming back here again after coming here roughly for about 2 years. read more

I went in for the first time last Wednesday and I got a dip set overlay..over my own nails like I've been doing for years. First the nail tech Loan was sweet etc but after one week my pointer nail chipped bad. I've actually never had that happen before so I went back yesterday for one nail and I didn't realize they have to redo them all especially if there was not anything wrong with the other ones..she used a tool to file out the color. Apparently she didn't remember what color it was originally so she got a color as close as she could.. okay fine..but today as I am working I noticed my thumb nail chipped. I will never go back to this salon . Loan told me for dip nails you don't have to put them under a heat lamp ..My nail tech (who is on vacay) always puts me under the lamp and I've never had a problem. Loan needs to learn how to do dip nails..also when I went back yesterday she said to me "next time you don't do dip nails". I'm the customer I should get what I like and what I PAY for. which was..$45 and an $8 tip. read more

Tried it for the first time, and was not impressed. I didn't realize until she cleaned the nails with alcohol for a top coat the woman left little paper cut type cuts all over my nails and cuticles from filing too aggressively. This in itself is unacceptable, but during a pandemic is just ridiculous. I should have known I was in trouble when one of her previous clients came in to get her nails repaired in the station DIRECTLY next to mine. My dip nails are chipped and cracked within 2 days. I took my mom and decided I would get nails too, they have nice staff but the lay that did my nails looked irritated and called me over to sit. She began doing them and I noticed that one of the nails was crooked and I told her. She completely ignored what I said and told me to was my hands. She then looked more irritated when I told her I wanted nail polish not gel. I have gone there many times and the last two times she did them and she ignores when I say that it's not like the rest of the nails. My mom showed me hers and they are so nice and cute. The young lady that did them is still learning how to do them but they look almost flawless. I definitely won't come here again because I am paying 40+ on something that I feel embarrassed showing my friends when they want to see my nails up close. I went expecting it to be good because I read the reviews, but that was not the case. I waited there for almost 2 hours (there was about 5 nail artists and 2 people ahead of me) so I was already getting inpatient. Once it was my turn she left space from my nail empty. My cuticles are still there and she never took them off. She made me pay before she painted my nails and that worried me mainly because she did not do that to her last client. Also, she left some of my nails going to one side and loose. And while she was painting my nails she began to mess up the paint job and right before I was able to even see them, she told me to "stay there" and walk away. I saw what she did but I thought she was getting something to fix it. I waited there for almost an hour and I got so mad that I told one of the other nail artist but all I got was a "you're done" and I just left. This is the worse place to go to. It is also over price, I paid $30 for these nails and it is plain nail polish too. read more
