I like to use the same people but work hard hours and come last minute so I often get whomever is available and yet still I get good service and quality work for Nextgen nails and more. I love this business! I want to see them around and do well for a very long time. Here are the photos over the YEARS of good work they have done for me. I actually decided on a full set of acrylics with white tips. He did a very good job & they were thin, like I love them & he did so, without me asking. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my nails. The pedicure was good as well. He really worked my in-grown nails. It was simple & I didn't want anything special. I just needed my feet to feel good afterwards & look good with clear, regular polish. There were only 2 things that I didn't care for: 1. The fact that I have to pay extra if I wanted to have my cuticles pushed back & 2. That he used a kitchen utensil in order to buff my feet (that thing REALLY hurt ). The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and I love how the shop is always playing some sports and music which keeps the place a fun vibe for men and women alike. Pro tip: If they offer you a complimentary drink, one of my favorites here is their Vietnamese coffee. I got the new builder gel on a Sunday and by the next Saturday it had already started chipping. I called and asked what guarantee they had and they said they could fix it if I came in within the hour. I told them that wasn't enough notice and asked to come in the next day and they said the builder gel girls weren't there so I suggested the next day. They said at that point it would be day 8 and they couldn't guarantee it. Below are pictures of my nails 10 days after. This was a $90 gel manicure and the polish chipped within 6 days and literally just came off within 10.

One of the front desk staff members, along with the manager Lauren Pace, are among the most unwelcoming and rude individuals I've encountered in any salon. From the moment you walk in, you're met with glares and a tone that feels dismissive and condescending, for no apparent reason. It genuinely feels like you're inconveniencing them just by being there or asking a simple question. It's disappointing because there are a couple other staff members here who are fantastic.
