When I called to follow up on the cancellation (as the email from StyleSeat requested I do), I was told that she "does not need to give a reason for cancelling the appointment". When inquiring of the proper channels to book an alternate date/time, she responded "I'm very booked, try back next week or so". There's no excuse for unprofessionalism and appalling customer service. I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere.

It was small studio single-service chairs and very clean and neat and yes mask is required which I prefer to wear at nail shops anyway because of the strong toxic smells. BUT GUESS WHAT!! at Nail Flush Jay doesn't use any toxic products... HOW AMAZING. Her attentiveness to details was superb! as well as keeping conversation while I was working on my phone following up text and booking appointments. etc... She is also a perfect photographer I saved the photo as her Caller Id Pic and posted it here and on my Social Media @shesamples and Facebook connection. The complimentary little cocktail was a nice touch, but since many nail salons offer an adult beverage, it wasn't a standout feature. The ambiance was relaxing, the decor was adorable, and the chairs were incredibly comfortable, which I really enjoyed. However, the pedicure itself felt quite short compared to other places I've been, especially considering the steep price--$125 out the door. It didn't include callus removal or any major extras, which made the cost feel even less justified. While the experience was worth trying, I've had more thorough pedicures elsewhere for much less. I read in another review they didn't receive the full massage time in the package they paid for, I also did not receive the massage time noted in the package but it is what it is. That said, the salon was exceptionally clean, which isn't always the case at other places. Make sure the review the menu and what is an additional charge so you know ahead of time what's not included or extra.
