I hate to do this, but I just got home from the worst pedicure of my entire life, my toes are…read moreruined, and I'm out $40 for literally nothing, so this is all I can do at this point. I'm fortunate to have good nail beds and a nice shape to my nails, so pedis are usually a breeze. I actually made an appointment at this place by accident, mistaking it for another place - just my luck - and got the basic pedi for $35 plus gel for an extra $20. My pedicure lasted maybe fifteen minutes. It was so incredibly rushed that I was certain it would turn out terribly. He asked if I wanted my nails cut, to which I said yes, but I was not prepared for just how short he cut them. There was no shape left, and they are extremely jagged and uneven looking. He didn't even bother to file them, just butchered them with clippers and called it a day, and by then it was too late to fix them. They actually look worse than they did when I went in, and I hadn't gotten a pedicure in months. I chose a sparkly purple and it was applied so unevenly, thin, and didn't even completely cover my toenails. The end result was shockingly bad. Before getting a closer look, I quickly paid the $55 plus a low tip (which I never do) of $6. When I got to my car I was devastated by how horrible they looked. I went back in and explained my grievances to the manager who was nice and apologetic but sat me back down with the same dude to fix them. I told him please just take the polish off, I just want to get out of here. I was only offered a $20 refund. I paid $40 for this (see photo). I'm so sad. He got to keep the $6 tip I initially left too.

Only to come home and my large toe is missing the top layer like it flaked off. The polish on my toes is soft like it didn't cure all the way in the light. Very disappointed.

Everything was great, right down to the passion fruit martini bomb! I'm so glad I decided to try this place. Anna worked on my daughter's nails, which were pretty complicated, and she was just as patient and kind. I love how relaxed Anna is and how much she clearly enjoys her craft--she has a true eye for detail. If you're into bold, creative designs, Anna is definitely the one to see! To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Vogue Nail Bar. I do not typically submit complaints, however this experience left me extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied as a long-time customer. My daughter and I have frequented your salon many times and have consistently supported your business through repeat visits and generous gratuities. Because of that loyalty, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of organization, professionalism, patience, and customer care demonstrated during my recent appointment. I arrived approximately 5-10 minutes late for my scheduled 5:00 PM pedicure appointment with Kelly, a technician I normally request. Upon arrival, I informed Kelly that one of my toenails had come off and simply wanted to discuss a few cosmetic options to make it appear presentable while it healed. The issue was minor, and after she explained several options, I chose an overlay service -- which is something I routinely receive anyway. Unfortunately, throughout the interaction it became increasingly apparent that Kelly was frustrated. She eventually asked whether I wanted someone else to perform my pedicure. I found this extremely unprofessional and unnecessary, particularly considering my appointment was at 5:00 PM and she stated she had another appointment at 6:15 PM. Even with the minor additional concern regarding my toe, the service would not reasonably have exceeded 45 minutes. As loyal customers, my daughter and I have previously been understanding and patient regarding scheduling delays. In fact, my daughter has waited over 20 minutes in the past for scheduled nail appointments without complaint because we understand salons can become busy. However, it is disappointing when that same patience and courtesy is not extended back to paying customers. Additionally, every time my daughter and I visit this location, there seems to be confusion regarding who our appointments are with and what services were scheduled. This ongoing lack of organization creates an uncomfortable and frustrating customer experience. To make matters worse, while technicians appeared to debate who would perform my service, several began speaking in their native language and laughing amongst themselves. While I may not have understood what was being said, the behavior itself felt inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful in front of a customer. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was also insulted when another employee offered me a drink "for my inconvenience," despite the fact that I was sitting in the salon without service. While complimentary beverages are appreciated, a drink does not resolve poor customer service or professionalism. Lastly, your young receptionist would greatly benefit from additional customer service and etiquette training, as her demeanor was also not professional. Losing two customers may not significantly impact your business, however I hope this feedback encourages management to focus on improving organization, communication, professionalism, and overall customer treatment. Customers who consistently support a business deserve patience, courtesy, and respect in return. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable returning and will seek another salon that values its customers and appreciates their hard-earned money. Sincerely, A Disappointed Customer
