They frequently switch nail techs mid-appointment, which happened to me recently--one person started my nails and did half, then another took over and clearly did not want to be there. I originally asked for chrome over white, but by the time we got to that step, I was so uncomfortable with the experience that when she asked if I still wanted it, I said no just so I could leave. One of the worst experiences I've had here was when a male tech stopped doing my nails halfway through because he was upset I came in about an hour and a half before closing. He complained to me the entire time. I was very apologetic because I understand that can be frustrating, but I work full-time and that was the only time I had. For how expensive their services are, I expected to feel like a valued customer--not an inconvenience. While I have built good relationships with a few people here (and there are about three I've liked, including one who has never actually done my nails), that doesn't make up for the overall experience. The manicure staff is noticeably less friendly, while the people who do pedicures are nicer. My toes are usually fine, but even then, they rush through services and spend part of the "massage time" cleaning instead of actually providing the service. I recently paid $70 for a "Long" set of dipped nails that were just basic white with zero design or detail. These nails are only about half a centimeter to a centimeter past my natural nail, so calling them "long" feels misleading. I will be attaching photos of this set in the review. What makes this most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability or care. I wouldn't be this upset if anyone had shown concern about how unhappy I was, but there was zero effort to fix the situation or make it right. At this point, it feels like a waste of money. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself. I truly wanted to love this place, but after multiple bad experiences, I can't recommend it, and honestly, I'd avoid it at all costs.

1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at this salon…read more I came in with a very specific inspiration photo/video for fall-colored cat-eye nails. I showed the nail technician the pictures before we started, and he said he understood what I wanted. Before he started, I asked about the pricing because I knew each nail would have a different color. I was told it would be $15 for the entire set, so I agreed. I also explained the shape I wanted and specifically asked him to make sure the nails were not crooked. While I was explaining what I wanted, his attitude seemed visibly annoyed, and he told me to have patience because he knew what he was doing. At one point, I pointed out one of the nails and asked if it looked okay. He laughed and asked if it was good enough for me, and I said yes. When he started applying the colors, I noticed they weren't really matching the inspiration pictures I had shown him. I showed him the picture again, and instead of correcting the colors, he told me that he knew what he was doing. I was then told that adding more colors would cost an additional $25 I let him know that in the beginning he let me know it would be 15 he's reply was well now it's 25 more I Said no thank you it's fine . Once he finished, I honestly hated the result. The nail technician laughed at my nails and asked if I liked them. I said they were fine because, at that moment, I thought I could just live with them for the next couple of weeks. I paid $110 and left. After sitting in my car and thinking about it, I realized I really wasn't okay with the nails because they looked nothing like the inspiration I had shown. I went back inside and politely explained to the woman at the front that I was sorry, but I really didn't like the set and asked if they could remove it and put one solid color on instead. I was told that would be $50. I asked if that meant $50 for removing the existing color AND applying one solid color, and she said yes. She then mentioned that she was already giving me a $20 discount. At that point, I was confused because I had literally just paid $110 for a set that did not turn out anything like what I requested. I would potentially be spending another $50-$70 on top of that just to fix the service. I explained that I didn't think that was reasonable and that I didn't feel I should have to pay that much more to correct a set that didn't resemble what I had originally shown the technician. Her response was essentially to let her know whenever I was ready. There was no offer to redo the nails, no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue, and no refund!!!. I ultimately left because I felt completely dissatisfied with both the service and the way the situation was handled. The biggest issue for me wasn't even just the nails--it was the customer service. I clearly communicated what I wanted, showed multiple reference pictures, asked questions about the pricing, and still left feeling like my concerns were an inconvenience. I paid $110 for a service I wasn't happy with and was then expected to pay even more to have it changed ($70-$50). Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this salon or recommend it to others they take advantage of you and your money.
