    Inside the nail salon.

I love this nail bar salon so much. I called the day I needed my nails done and they were able to squeeze me in. I will definitely be back for my next manicure and pedicure. I needed dazzle dry as my employer no longer allows employees to wear gel or dip nails. They came out perfect! I'm hoping they last a week but if they don't it's definitely the product not due to the services I received. (It's my first time using dazzle dry.) It has chandeliers and has a very upscale vibe. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Bonus is that it's literally across the street from where I live.

I love everything about this place. Receptionists are helpful and kind. Nail artists are knowledgeable. I like the standard of products they use and there are no drills. Just got my Halloween nail art and it's my favorite manicure I've ever had.

This place is beautiful inside. The customer service is great and matches the vibe this place seems to be going for. It feels super fancy and different from your run of the mill nail salons. The pedicure chairs are these crushed velvet chairs (no massagers) and a little uncomfortable to me. I am short so I was rather sprawled-out in an unflattering position. The pedicure tubs are shallow (no massagers). The woman that did my pedicure was awesome. She was nice and thorough, and another tech was able to fix my big toenail that gets janky from time to time. I paid the extra $5 for quick drying polish and that was well worth it. Overall this place is bright, airy, cute, clean (COVID protocols in place) and there is plenty of parking in the back lot. A little on the pricier side but prices are on par with the services received.

This was after basic mani. Buff and shine?

Very disappointed. They didn't mention when we booked a mani pedi that they don't do them at the same time. Took over 1 1/2 hours just to do a basic mani (no polish) and a regular polish pedicure. Person with me also had scheduled a gel x mani and gel pedicure but the mani took over 1 hour and 30 minutes so canceled the gel pedicure. My fault for not checking prices beforehand but for those 3 services (2 of which were basic) it was $175 plus tip. Also they didn't have basic white polish (said they were out) but had it in Dazzle Dry which is an extra $5. Overall not a great experience and manicures don't look good. Won't be returning.

I was in a scramble last minute looking for a manicure as I had a wedding to go that evening. I called this place and was blessed that they had a 1 PM opening. I was scheduled to see Mariela and let me tell you she was phenomenal! I honestly don't hold conversation much, but I definitely held a conversation majority of the time with Mariela. I really liked her and her work with my gel manicure. Will definitely be back!! Thanks Chris for getting me in on a busy Saturday! PS: Mariela, thanks for being so patient especially because my nails were all sorts of lengths due to breaking and me having to file some down. My nails still look good and it is going two weeks in from 9/25/21.

When I first moved to Dallas from Nashville, I was in search of a good nail salon. I had heard of Paint Nail Bar as there is one in Nashville. I fell in love with this nail salon in Dallas due to the quality of the nail art and the kindness of the staff!

Manicure & girl time is just what I needed ‍ // We had the pleasure of visiting the latest nail bar in Dallas - @paintdallas PAINT is a non-toxic, fume-free, luxury environment truly feels like one of a kind! Alexander was amazing! I usually hate getting a manicure because I have a nervous tick of picking at my cuticles and nail technicians always give me a hard time about it. He was so kind about it and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely come back and see him!

A few months ago I drove past PAINT Nail Bar and knew I had to check it out. I'm new to Dallas, and I've been meaning to find a new nail salon for when I just can't maintain my feet on my own anymore...and today was that day! I don't splurge on getting my nails done that often, so when I do, I want it to be a wonderful luxury experience. PAINT delivered on that so effortlessly! I checked in with Chris (I may be spelling his name wrong!) at the front desk, and he guided me to wash my hands and select my gel color. I didn't put two and two together so I didn't wash my hands (figured I was just getting a pedi, so who cares!) and selected my gel color, but when Chris circled back with me, he said the hand washing prior to selecting your color is because so many people are handling the samples and they want to maintain cleanliness, especially with covid. LOVE THIS. There's nothing worse than sticking your hands into a gnarly pile of old gel samples to pick a color - and I must say, theirs are very clean, and I love that foresight. I'm impressed...and embarrassed, and will definitely wash my hands next time! Glad I at least sanitized my hands before I had walked in. They had so many amazing gel colors to choose from, so it was almost hard to pick one! I've bookmarked a few for future services for sure. Especially loved the chrome and cat eye options - super eye catching! Their website states they have ceramic tubs for their pedicures instead of the traditional jet tubs since they're cleaner, and for me this also added to the luxury experience. Alejandra was my tech, and she dropped some fizzy tablets in so it still has that bubbly effect (though subtle), which was a nice touch. The water was just deep enough for my feet to soak in, but warm and comfortable! As I got situated Alejandra offered me a drink - they have many options, from flat and sparkling water, to tea, to champagne and red, white and rosé wine (which is what I decided on - sweet, and went down easy). Alejandra was gentle, friendly, and thorough. Definitely one of the more relaxing pedicures I've had in a long time! I've never gotten gel on my toes before, so that was a new, cool experience. I decided on a deep pink chrome color, and it turns out the chrome is a powder that's applied on top of black gel polish. Awesome to watch it materialize into a color I'm so happy with! I flipped through a magazine and Alejandra and Chris made some friendly small talk throughout my pedicure, and I enjoyed getting to know them a bit :) Definitely enjoyed my experience today, and already can't wait to come back for another pedicure (and a cat eye manicure) soon!

I paid for a design on my nails and asked for stripes. I left with crooked lines on my nails and they weren't willing to redo. It was gel.... so it wasn't like I could go home and just use fingernail polish to remove. Their credit card/computers were down and they couldn't charge me while I was there. So they took down my information and charged me after I left, they also signed me up for a membership. I have been emailing them for 5 months asking for it to be cancelled with no response. The few times I tried to call, their phone would ring and ring.... no answer

Fantastic job!!! Loving this place. The staff is super friendly, the space is clean and location is convenient!

    Gel simple art manicure

Very clean and cute location. I love that they have people wash their hands before picking colors and such. My gel mani looks great and has lasted through dishes and cooking all week. The parking spots are tight so don't bring your giant vehicle

The man who did my pedicure seemed like he didn't know what he was doing at all. He nipped two of my toes while cutting my cuticles, and one of them is now in significant pain because of how badly he cut me. When I asked him to scrape a callus on my right foot, he laughed, clearly not understanding me. I tried to explain again without even pointing, and he said "okay." He came back and use the scraper to scrub the bottom of my feet, and I kept telling him no the top of my foot, but then also scrubbed the top of my right foot, which I did NOT ask for and did not want. The whole experience made me uncomfortable and frustrated. I will say the manicure and facial were fine--I purchased a package that included a mani, pedi, and facial--but that does not make up for the pain and poor treatment during the pedicure. After everything, I spoke to who I believe was the manager. He was apologetic and said he would take $25 off my total. However, the pricing made no sense at all. The package was listed as $130, plus a $20 gel add-on, which should have totaled $150. Somehow, my total came out to $139.46, which is very confusing. If $25 was taken off, the total should have been $125. When I called back for clarification, I was told that a 20% discount was already applied to the package--but that makes no sense because the package price was clearly listed as $130 on both the menu and the website. It felt misleading and honestly like I was being played. Between the pain, poor pedicure service, lack of clear communication, and confusing pricing, this was an overall horrible experience. I give Zen Nails 1 out of 5 stars and will absolutely never return

The staff was very welcoming, and we appreciated that they told us the pricing upfront--no surprises there. The drinks were a nice touch, and the salon had a friendly and clean atmosphere. My nail tech was very kind and clearly a perfectionist. She did get a little frustrated when I moved my hand, but I could tell it came from wanting everything to be just right, which I appreciated. At one point, I told her I felt a burning sensation on one of my nails, and she immediately applied a calming spray, which helped. Unfortunately, my best friend didn't receive the same level of care. During her appointment, she mentioned that her nails felt hot while the acrylic was being applied. Her tech said that happens sometimes, which we understand, as it's not unusual. But several hours later, my friend's nails are still hurting her, and she was not offered anything to soothe the discomfort, unlike I was. It feels like her concerns weren't really addressed in the moment. Additionally, she asked for a tapered square shape, but the tech told her she should ask for coffin nails next time. We know what a tapered square looks like, so that exchange felt unnecessarily dismissive. Another reason for the rating drop is that we were charged for "length"--but we both got fairly short nails. We even posted photos because it's unclear where that extra charge came from. I'm not expecting a refund, and I understand that a salon in downtown Dallas will likely cost more, but with higher pricing should come a more consistent quality of service. While parts of the experience were positive, the discomfort my friend is still dealing with, along with the shape miscommunication and unclear pricing, made this visit fall short of expectations.
