I began going to this place consistently, every 2 weeks for a period of a month. The younger woman that works there does an amazing job! If you do go make sure you go to her. She always slays my nails whether I ask for coffin shaped, matte, you know what the younger folks like. Then one day I got stuck with the older lady, she did a gorgeous Nex Gen set with baby blue powder. As she was putting on the nails I explained I love Nex Gen but hate the glossy finish, can we do a matte finish? We get to the end and after she puts on the final gloss she gets a buff and starts buffing away leaving it very scratched which I didn't notice (or I guess didn't want to notice, Im not one for confrontation) until I got in the car with my boyfriend. After I saw how horrible they looked and went back in and asked if she could fix it. Have no idea why she didn't just slap on matte polish like the other woman. She takes the drill and files it down to the point where you can now see the nail underneath and puts on a coat of clear polish with an attitude. I loved this place and always tipped, even with the amazing talent of the other worker I just can't even bring myself to spend money here. This happened the day before vday and I have yet to go back. Betty gives the most beautiful pedicures, always relaxing and perfectly done, and Cindy has always been my go to for flawless full sets. I am quite particular with my nails and I always leave completely satisfied, which is not easy to find. Today I had my nails done with Molly while Cindy was out and she did such a lovely job. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and the result was exactly what I expect every time I come here. I truly love this place. I get a bunch of complements for my nails everywhere I go. She finds ways to combine shellac with standard nail polish colors/sparkles to create a unique look that - well - doesn't chip. Ever. Even when I use harsh cleaning supplies at home and I forget to use gloves. (No wonder I forget - they never chip or anything!) She knows how to keep nails in great shape as well - from the cuticles to the nails themselves. And she's great with feet. Everything was amazing until 5 days later when I noticed a very thin indention on one of my nails (it's not supposed to scratch, chip, etc for 14 days). Thinking back, I did notice that the UV lamp she used was not the CND brand or Brisa lamp that is made for use specifically with the CND Shellac polish. This could have been the reason for the indentations, slight discoloration and cracking that I noticed after about 7 days. It is very convenient that you can book and pre pay online. It is one of the least expensive Shellac places in Dallas- and she is certified on their website! Based on this, I will not return to Zenzalon for a Shellac polish change... I would consider other services though. I've actually purchased everything needed to do Shellac at home and will continue that way!

I had one glass of champagne and two glasses of margarita . My nail technician was great . He was vocal and had jokes . I actually prefer male technicians so this was a plus . I asked for my credit to be refunded, because class pass charges a late cancellation fee. If I were to cancel on my end, the owner did nothing to try to help me accommodate for her late cancellation on me. I am very confused why this business wouldn't remove their account from class pass if they don't accept credits... but I have reported the business to class pass and I'm hoping that other people avoid the mistake I made by booking on there.
