I showed them my Inspo pic with glitter around the edges, several staff said they could do it, as it's a simple design. I asked the lady to trim down my toes some but that I like them longer, she cut them very short and didn't even paint the full nail, leaving lots of the nails without polish. The color on my fingers does not match my toes like I asked, and the lady was unable to do the design, a simple glitter outline around the nail. My nails are thick, clumpy and lumpy. I have done my own dip and gel X at home with better results. The nails are uneven and spotty. My little one asked for hearts and bows on her nails, they looked awful! I could have done a better job myself. They did not look professionally done, even the lady behind the counter during checkout asked what the design was supposed to be because they looked that bad. She even asked me why the nail tech was unable to outline my nails with glitter, saying that it's simple to do and she wasn't sure why it wasn't done. I told them I was dissatisfied and even with the discount for terrible service and birthday discount, it was almost $200. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is not professional work.

I told my technician I wanted blue with pink accents, but then she starts pushing me to do white flowers and only white flowers on the big toes over the blue base. Then I had to be firm several times that I wanted pink accents. She finally did add them. The white flowers are a bit sloppy, but I was just ready to leave. I guess they're fine? But for $100 before tip, I expect more.

I actually made an appointment at this place by accident, mistaking it for another place - just my luck - and got the basic pedi for $35 plus gel for an extra $20. My pedicure lasted maybe fifteen minutes. It was so incredibly rushed that I was certain it would turn out terribly. He asked if I wanted my nails cut, to which I said yes, but I was not prepared for just how short he cut them. There was no shape left, and they are extremely jagged and uneven looking. He didn't even bother to file them, just butchered them with clippers and called it a day, and by then it was too late to fix them. They actually look worse than they did when I went in, and I hadn't gotten a pedicure in months. I chose a sparkly purple and it was applied so unevenly, thin, and didn't even completely cover my toenails. The end result was shockingly bad. Before getting a closer look, I quickly paid the $55 plus a low tip (which I never do) of $6. When I got to my car I was devastated by how horrible they looked. I went back in and explained my grievances to the manager who was nice and apologetic but sat me back down with the same dude to fix them. I told him please just take the polish off, I just want to get out of here. I was only offered a $20 refund. I paid $40 for this (see photo). I'm so sad.
