This nail spa looks small from the outside, but is actually pretty spacious once you're in the building. It's very modern and has lots of great amenities , including a full bar?! What's not to love about that? My nail tech was friendly and a great conversationalist. He made me feel comfortable and was attentive throughout the manicure process. One thing I definitely appreciated was how transparent they were about cost-they broke down the price for me by telling me what the basic charge for dip powder nails was, and extra charges for a specific shape/length, and adding things like holographic glitter and ombré. Nails were around $80 before tip, which some might say is pricy, but I've had so many nails experiences, from basic $35 nails that broke and had shoddy craftsmanship, to overpriced $90 nails that were not worth the charge. I'm fortunate to have good nail beds and a nice shape to my nails, so pedis are usually a breeze. I actually made an appointment at this place by accident, mistaking it for another place - just my luck - and got the basic pedi for $35 plus gel for an extra $20. My pedicure lasted maybe fifteen minutes. It was so incredibly rushed that I was certain it would turn out terribly. He asked if I wanted my nails cut, to which I said yes, but I was not prepared for just how short he cut them. There was no shape left, and they are extremely jagged and uneven looking. He didn't even bother to file them, just butchered them with clippers and called it a day, and by then it was too late to fix them. They actually look worse than they did when I went in, and I hadn't gotten a pedicure in months. I chose a sparkly purple and it was applied so unevenly, thin, and didn't even completely cover my toenails. The end result was shockingly bad. Before getting a closer look, I quickly paid the $55 plus a low tip (which I never do) of $6. When I got to my car I was devastated by how horrible they looked. I went back in and explained my grievances to the manager who was nice and apologetic but sat me back down with the same dude to fix them. I told him please just take the polish off, I just want to get out of here. I was only offered a $20 refund. I paid $40 for this (see photo). I'm so sad. He got to keep the $6 tip I initially left too.

She did a custom tiny tattoo for me and it is EXACTLY what I wanted. What really impressed me was that she didn't just wait until I showed up for my appointment to figure everything out. A couple of days after I booked, she texted me to check in, asked me for my ideas, asked questions about what I wanted, and really made sure I felt comfortable with her doing my tattoo. When I got there, she already had different sizes ready for me to look at and choose from. Kim spent about 10 minutes helping me figure out placement and was sweet with my OCD self. That little bit of preparation made such a difference! During the tattoo, Kim was so sweet and walked me through everything. She kept checking on me the entire time to make sure I was okay . I was completely fine, but I appreciated her checking anyway! The tattoo came out PERFECT and exactly how I pictured it in my head. Then there's TEENA! My first appointment with her was a whole mess on MY end. I accidentally went into the wrong location because Rose Couture also has the nail salon that is right next door, and then the power went out, so I ended up having to go home. Teena was so understanding about everything and had no problem helping me reschedule. I finally got to see her Tuesday, August 25th, and it was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. As soon as I walked in, Teena took me right back, talked with me, asked a ton of questions about what I was looking for, and we decided the Myers Cocktail was the best choice for me. I'm SO glad we did. The entire experience was probably one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. I literally booked my next appointment for September before I left. And I have to mention this because it matters to me: BOTH times I have gone to Rose Couture Wellness, I signed in and was taken back almost immediately. I usually come after work, so not having to sit around waiting forever is a HUGE plus for me and honestly one of the reasons I'll keep coming back. Everyone I've interacted with has been genuinely nice, the atmosphere is relaxing, and I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. Between Kim, Teena, and the rest of the staff, they have definitely made a regular out of me. At this point, as long as Rose Couture Wellness is open, y'all are probably going to see me.

Disappointing Quality, Sloppy Workmanship, and Hidden Fees…read more I have been a regular customer here since 2019, but the sharp decline in quality over the last year has made it impossible to keep coming back. My most recent visit was the final straw. I booked a 10:00 AM appointment--right when they opened--yet my technician didn't show up until 10:10 AM. Things only went downhill from there. I gave the tech my chosen dip powder color and asked for a matching shade for my toes. She assured me she had one, but as you can see in the attached photos, the colors are completely different--my hands are a muted coral-pink and my toes are bright red. I even asked two other staff members to help find the correct match afterward, but neither could.  The actual application and shaping were just as bad. The initial shape was crooked and uneven across different nails, forcing me to step in and redirect her throughout the process. When she was finished, my cuticles still looked unkempt, and there was excess product stuck under my nails, along my nail beds, and smudged on my skin. I literally had to sit in my car after the appointment picking residual product off my fingers before I could drive away.  To top it all off, I came in with coffin-shaped nails and simply requested to keep the same coffin shape. Despite not changing my shape, I was hit with an extra charge for "shaping and filing," with the explanation that anything other than basic square now incurs an additional fee.  Between the lack of punctuality, poor attention to detail, inaccurate color pairing, messy application, and nickel-and-diming for basic maintenance, this salon has completely lost its standards. After years of loyalty, I will not be returning.

I got a gel pedicure and press the end of the service I told her that the nail was crooked. She kept filing it in the opposite direction and didn't understand what I was saying.. she had someone else come and she tried to fix it, but it was filed so incredibly low that now it hurts too walk. They did not discount it they did. They charge us for highly disappointed in the service and lack of service recovery.
