I've been a loyal client for almost a decade now and the level of consistency here is rare. Betty gives the most beautiful pedicures, always relaxing and perfectly done, and Cindy has always been my go to for flawless full sets. I am quite particular with my nails and I always leave completely satisfied, which is not easy to find. Today I had my nails done with Molly while Cindy was out and she did such a lovely job. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and the result was exactly what I expect every time I come here. I truly love this place. It is not easy to find a salon you trust for years, but this is one of them. I highly recommend booking with Betty for a pedicure and Cindy for a full set.

My sister invited us to her main nail shop in Dallas . My sister is a regular by the way anyway, I enjoyed the hospitality in the nail shop . It was a southern vibe (living on the east coast), something I miss that southern vibe . In addition, Nail court has complementary non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. I had one glass of champagne and two glasses of margarita . My nail technician was great . He was vocal and had jokes . I actually prefer male technicians so this was a plus . Nail court is an intimate setting to enjoy self care with a small friend circle . Because my sister recommended this place, I know it's a good look . I'll return when I'm visiting Dallas . I have small nails and my nail technician was shocked to know that I do not want to add tips. She asked me 3 times and I kept reassuring her that I just want my natural nails shaped and painted gel. I said I want it as close to almond as possible knowing they're too small to look exactly so, and she continued to say it's not possible. I told her they've done so at other salons and it's been fine but again, she continued to tell me what she can't do and how come I don't want tips. When I showed a picture of the color I wanted, she led me to the color tray and was not helpful at all in picking out a color that would match with chrome on top. They then proceeded to tell me the price and I asked why it's different than Nail Court in Lewisville. Manicure with chrome is an amazing $47 in Lewisville vs $60 here and she said they are not the same business and have different owners. D'oh! Super confusing with the name. I ended up leaving given the service and probably wouldn't be back. I will say Kim was really nice though but unfortunately don't remember the name of the nail technician! The lady did not have any training on Brazilians. She used the wax for your face with muslin strips. I even asked her if she was using body wax and she said yes. This was not true. She used scissors!!! To trim My hair and tweezers. Twice I had to tell her to stop because my skin was so irrirated from Her going over and over it again. Not using the right kind of wax is what got us here. When I got home and could see in a mirror the results I was horrified. It is a crazy patch job and my skin is on fire! I called and spoke with Van who runs the place. She could have cared less. Did not apologize or offer to make it right. All she said was she will tell the lady. Lost a customer I won't go back and have my nails done there either. Don't offer services that your employees aren't trained on and have the correct products to perform the service!!

Charging me an extra $25 for designs when I brought my own nail stickers that just needed applying on 6 of my fingers? $45 for a color powder fill instead of $35 for the regular fill when I provided my own powder???
