I went to get my nails done a day before my trip and I asked for a simple all white powder dip set and a pedi. I saw great reviews about this place and saw a few pictures that I absolutely loved the way those nails came out but unfortunately that was not my experience. First of all they were so thick that if you held my hand up the white part of the nail was higher than my own skin on my fingers. I wanted to cry bc I hated it and Tina said that I should've told her I didn't want them thick bc a lot of people like them thick. I will give her that, I just assumed it wasn't gonna look THAT horrible lol I told her and she tried to fix it but i didn't leave loving my nails. I am a week out of my experience and I see them and im like gosh I hate that I paid $125 for these. I understand that it could've just been my luck but im the customer and paying for a service instead of assuming also ask! And if you see that your customer isn't happy instead of "blaming" the customer by saying that I should've told you try to make it right. read more

I started coming here in 2009. LOVED this place. They were amazing. it has gone down hill recently and quickly!!! Today was the last time I will ever go back. I asked to have my nails completely soaked off after filing to a thin layer. My natural nails are VERY thin. She said she understood but then did the opposite and when I pulled my hand away and said "no I want them soaked off" she said she knew but went to file them again with the harshest metal drill bit she had. I pulled away and again said no to where she then went to CUT THEM!!!! I pulled away again and said no I did not want them cut but kept just saying a little. I told her to file them then. she decided to soak a little more and proceeded to use the file she was going to use on me on herself!! I walked out and she had the audacity to charge me $15 for soak off. everywhere charges $10 for that. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Way TOO many nail salons to behave like this. read more

I have had 3 pedicures here and with different people. Each was great so I decided to try a gel manicure. I called Saturday afternoon and they were able to get my in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Total was $105 before tip. It's Thursday and my gel manicure began peeling and lifting off Tuesday. I'm unhappy about that because I had a good experience Saturday. I like the nail shop and each staff I've encountered has been professional so honestly I will still come back for pedicures. This is my go-to nail salon. I've been coming here for over 3 years and I always leave happy! I usually get the Nex Gen nails (gel dipping powder) and they have tons of color choices to pick from. Helen always does a great job on my nails and makes sure I am happy with my nails. If my nail happens to chip, they are always more than accommodating in fixing it for me, at no charge. They recently got new massage chairs while you get your pedicures and it is definitely relaxing! All the nail techs always do a great job with my pedicure and take their time. They also offer eyelash extensions here and they do a great job. For those who have sensitive skin, they have eyelash glue for sensitive eyes so it won't irritate you. Parking is a b**ch-- the shopping center gets pretty packed almost nightly (I drive by often). BUT the actual salon wasn't too busy at all! I'd say less than two handfuls of women getting various services. The nail techs that work here are unsanitary. A piece of acrylic flew in my eye and the nail tech proceeded to dip a papertowel in the water my feet were in and tell me to wipe my eye with it. My nail shop cancelled before a business trip to Dallas and I am grateful Nails Now could fit me in. Super kind on the phone and greeted me when I came in. There was a big selection for Nexgen dip powder - lots of brands and colors. The original color I picked didn't end up matching the number they had on the label but I went with it anyway (it's hard to say no once you're at that point). The pedicure was relaxing and the man made sure to match the color on my toes after the mix up with my hands. The woman giving the manicure finished the manicure with a little massage which was a great way to end it. Not the best I've experience but I would consider it a reliable spot! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Spend your money elsewhere! I have never had such a bad acrylic manicure before. On top of the I told her I have an appointment after so I was on a time limit to be out at 1:20pm. I came in at 11AM left at 1:50PM! I can't even take a picture of my nails because of how horrible it looks. I might as well ask a child to do this her job. The guy that did my gel pedicure was great, but this lady ruined my experience all together. On top of that the manager didn't really care to fix the problem taking $20 doesn't FIX it I still have to look at these "wedding nails" till I go elsewhere to fix them. The good: The guy that did my Pedi was great. He really cared about his work and did a great job. The bad: Horrible, unprofessional attitude from the OWNER. I brought my own gel polish. She came to tell me that it was going to still be $20 because it's a different technique. I said it is not a different technique, you put it on the same way. And then she said, they have to put a base and top coat too. I told her, you have to do that with regular polish also. She then said, "Well, how we supposed to make money?" And I said," Exactly, that's real reason." But then I said okay and went back to looking at my phone. She proceeds to come up to me three more times saying the same things over and over and I said, okay, okay. I get it. And then she still goes to where others are at and tells them that I didn't want to pay $20 for gel And I said it's my gel, not yours. And she said again, how are we supposed to make money? Why did she think she had to go and tell her other customers what was going on with me? She caused chaos. One of her customers was staring me down, others were making comments, all because she had to go in the middle of her place to let everyone know what was going on. And then, before I left, I spoke to her and asked if she was the owner. And I told her that she caused a lot of chaos because she thought she had to go and tell everybody else what was going on. And instead of her talking softly back to me, she got loud again for everybody else to hear. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they are nice. read more

Okay first, yes they offered your girl a drink; margarita, white wine, red wine or water - Yes please to the margarita which was pretty tasty! Came in on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. The manager or owner was there to greet and was so friendly. They even passed around chocolates for guests for the occasion. Overall we had a great experience. My manicure was done excellent - he gave me new fresh gel nails after they were incredibly damaged/broken/short from some Nexgen. The only thing I would comment was that my massage for my pedicure was super light, I wouldn't really call it a massage. My boyfriend said his was great though. First of all- are you serious?! The under nail was not cleaned- acrylic left in clumps to dry. The topcoat has a clear line of where it was applied and reapplied. The shape is off. The acrylic is nowhere near the cuticle- looks a week old. There were marks where the white nail polish was completely missing. I'm thankful a friend paid for her and not myself or we'd be right back there waiting for a refund. Do not go here. read more

I walked in and there were 2 people ahead of me that got sat maybe 5 mins after I walked in. The staff is all friendly, and the owner is very professional. They take their time on your nails and pedicure as well. I got a pedicure package that came with fruits, hot stones, aloe vera and a 15 minute passage. If you are on your feet a lot, I recommend getting a package as they take their time. The first time I visited, the vibe was relaxing. The nail tech stated she could ombré my nails. Cool.. so, I pick my colors and proceed to the designated seat to start my pedi. There were a few issues I had with this visit.. 1. When utilizing the drill, the nail tech drilled too much because it my nail got warm and the drill started to burn. While creating the ombré, the tech tried to ombré my nails but had already cured. I did not have the time to get my nails redone but I feel what I paid was not worth what I got. 2. My pedi was okay, but I couldn't really enjoy it because although the pedi tech was professional, she also used the drill too much causing my nails to feel like they were burning and the fact that she was too heavy handed with clipping cuticles. My pedicure was half way done which resulted in me coming back within thirty minutes because they instantly messed up. One of the ladies was extremely demeaning and aggressive when handling my hands. If you're looking for a fair experience and are willing to pay the money just for that. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
