This place is great! They can always fit me and my husband in when we walk in for pedicures. They also wax my eyebrows. Love this place!

Just returned from a pedicure and next gen here and don't think I will be back. Pros: beautiful decor/ambiance....that's it Cons: they rushed. I paid for a pedicure and I think she spent all of 5 minutes rubbing my feet. To make things worse the nail painting job she did was not good. Picture attached. I do not believe they are using all of the sanitary things needed here either as there are no plastic covers on the bowels and I didn't see anyone scrubbing the bowels out after. They did not offer me or my daughter drinks. They just started working on my feet and didn't offer a pedicure menu- I usually got for one of the top ones so that is their loss. At the end they give you a little piece of paper with your total but ask you for cash for the tip which I really don't like. All in all there are way better nail salons up and down Preston. Save your time and visit one of those. read more

I spent some time looking for a soft pink color. I wanted like a ballerina slipper. I thought I picked it. A30. The woman, Gina, was amazing but then a man came in that apparently was a regular and I had no issues changing woman. The new woman was super nice and listened to what I wanted. Then the color came in to play and I discussed it wasn't the color I wanted but she said it wasn't done yet. Well when it was it was nothing like I wanted. NOTHING! The owner was sitting next to us and so I asked her to pull up the sample I choose from to show him and compare. It was a HUGE difference. He simply shrugged and said "they fade during time". These wouldn't fade in the sun for YEARS sitting directly in the sun like the difference this was. He was a pampas a#$. Even his niece who works the front desk agreed. He made her redo the color on the example right then so I couldn't argue it. Sad the service is so great yet the owner is SO HORRIBLE!!! Too many nail places to be like that. read more

This was my first visit to this salon. I had a Dip Mani and a spa Pedi. The mani tech's drill was so fast and hard, she was literally hurting my nail bed and made me bleed around my cuticles. I told her twice about it and she just said, "sorry, I am going slow". I came in with a long coffin shape. She asked if I wanted them shortened. I told her just a little. She clipped my length down by half. She missed areas of my nails with the dip bond, so I have spaces on my nails with no dip at all. She proceeded to shape my nails into a soft, thick square. The pedicure felt nice but looks terrible. I have nail polish all over the skin around my toe nails and she put my flip flops on while they weren't completely dry so there is a huge fold on my big toe nail. I couldn't wait to get out of there and I will NOT be back. read more

Didn't speak a word for me. Chose my colors, then proceeded to paint them all different colors. Wiped it off (while I'm being nice) I asked for black & hot pink. I got grandma pearl & black. No communication, waste of money, do NOT come here. Didn't even care that she was throwing my hands around so much there were literal fingerprints in my nail polish. I came into this salon after work for the first time this past Friday. I was greeted within seconds of walking in and seated right after I picked my polish. ** I would like to note that I just moved here from Florida and normally nail techs have never engaged with me so I brought headphones and spoke to a friend majority of my time here. Nam gave me a gel manicure and Ann gave me my pedicure. Both women did an amazing job!! I felt so rude having been on the phone because they showed genuine care the entire time they did my nails. Ann was consistently asking if I was comfortable or if she needed to alter her massage technique. Nam fixed two of my chipped nails without getting rid of my length even though I gave no direction to. Honestly could not have exceeded my expectations any more than they did. Ann, what a gem she is. She waited with me while my toes dried and told me how much she loved taking care of people and how the salon has been here for 24 years. She asked me where I was from and gave me her card. I came a few blocks east to Top Ten after being under-appreciated by my previous salon (I had been going there for over 10 years!). Not all of the employees but some were starting to get lazy. I go to a salon to be pampered and to relax. But I also what my nails and cuticles to be takes awareoI got Amy the first time and LOVED how she did my feet and massages me also. Nam did my hands and they were fine but gel. So the next time, I still got Amy but I wanted to try the dip and they gave me another girl because Nam was busy. I've been going to Ann for ages (18 years?) for pedis and she is the best! I came in to get an eyebrow wax. I had been here a few times before on my lunch break, just for wax. The lady who was taking care of me asked me if I also wanted mani and pedi, which in every salon they always try to upsell you, so I just politely said no. The lady took me to the back and did my eyebrows and she asked me if I wanted upper lip too. I agreed, then she said I needed to do lower lip, which I know I don't need because I am not very hairy and I have been waxing forever and nobody ever tried to sell me lower lip. I said no, thanks. She said, you needed, it needs to match, it's only $4 more dollars, blah blah blah. I wanted her to just be done and I wanted to leave, I felt pressured to say yes because she kept insisting. She proceeded to put wax in my whole face!!!!!!! I was seriously pissed, and asked her what she was doing, I said that I know good and well I don't need my whole face waxed and she just kept saying she was going to give me a deal for $30, it's only $4 more dollars that you were already going to pay so you may as well. She told me this in secret because she didn't want other people to hear "what a deal she was giving me". I was so freaking upset. I had wax in my whole face and neck. I know I didn't need it, I only came in for eyebrows and I can't believe she did that. I came back to work with my entire face greasy and irritated. I think that one thing is to politely ask if you want other services, and another is to pressure people and do whatever the hell you want in the end. Absolutely a horrible experience and I will never go back. It's a shame because the owners are so nice and friendly and the salon is very clean, but having employees that just push you to do things you don't want will absolutely keep me away forever. read more

Finding the right nail place for me has always been tough so when I moved from downtown Dallas to North Dallas I decided to try my mom's nail place since she has been going there for over 10 years.
