He's had great success in the Dallas area with Tacos Mariachi, Milagro Taco, and Chimichurri. Pesca features classic seafood entrees with a twist. I've been to Pesca a few times and I'm very impressed. The space is very open and consists of a few booths plus several table/chair combos. On all of my visits, the staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable of the standard menu plus any specials. Add to it, they have a full bar with several custom drinks which the staff recommend. On my most recent visit, I went for dinner and throughly enjoyed the Blackened Catfish & Crab entree which has easily become my favorite here. It comes with a catfish filet, crab on top and served in a lemon butter sauce. It comes with both asparagus and a garlic mash...simply delicious!! That said, every thing I've had here has been super tasty!! Pesca does have a weekend brunch menu which I still need to try. If you have not visited yet, what are you waiting for. Whether it's for a special occasion or just dropping in for a great meal, Pesca Coastal Classics should be on your list.

We had the Jumbo Shrimp Seafood Boil, traditional and Mexico City micheladas with Pacifico, and finished with the crème brûlée. Every dish was excellent. Our waiter, Michael, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made sure our drinks were to our liking and even offered to remake them if needed. Chef Roger also stopped by our table personally to check on us and make sure everything was good. The restaurant was very clean, the ambiance was great, and the service was outstanding. It honestly made me a little sad to see it so quiet because places with good food, great people, and excellent hospitality deserve to be busy. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

This time I came for dinner and was amazed again at the food. We came to celebrate a birthday and I opted for the restaurant week menu. I started with the truffle lemon pepper wings which were delicious and savory. My friends had the spinach dip and the shrimp. All really good. For my entree I ordered the truffled lasagna which was tender and saucy. I didn't get much of the truffle flavor but it was delicious nonetheless and the portion was big enough for leftovers. I ended with the butter cake which was one of the best things I've ever tasted! Our server was a nice young lady that was patient and knowledge and about the menu. She was attentive and checked on us frequently. I like Winsome Prime because there is always some good 90s R&B playing. The dining room was dimly lit and perfect for date night. I can't wait to get back.

You winsome, you lose some... and this one isn't winning anything…read more First, I'll give credit where it's due: the service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. And the cocktails? Also great. We walked in without a reservation and were told they were booked, so we grabbed seats at the bar. But honestly, the place stayed pretty empty the whole time. Felt a bit overhyped. And while we were happy to try it, the whole 'no seats' thing didn't match what we saw. Unfortunately, the food was a completely different story. The menu descriptions sounded SO good that we were actually excited about everything we ordered. We started with the Smoked Oxtail Rolls, which supposedly have oxtail, collard greens, and cheese. What we got was basically a creamy filling with maybe the whiff of an oxtail somewhere in the vicinity. I could not find an actual piece of oxtail meat, and I didn't see any collard greens either. For something called an OXTAIL roll, I was expecting... oxtail. Then came the Truffle Lemon Pepper Wings. Again, the name sounds amazing. The actual wings somehow tasted like nothing. Not lemon pepper. Not truffle. Barely even chicken. I don't know how to properly explain it other than they had almost no flavor and somehow didn't even taste remotely chicken-y. The Asian Sesame Cauliflower was easily the best of the three appetizers. It was pretty heavily doused in sauce, but at that point I was just happy something had flavor. We actually finished that one. And that was it for the food. We were hungry enough that we fully intended to order entrées afterward, but after three appetizers we basically looked at each other and said, "Meh... never mind." That should tell you everything. Now, the cocktails deserve their flowers. The Lychee Martini was really tasty, and My Last Two Dollars was excellent. It's a $22 cocktail with tequila, mezcal, passionfruit, lemon, chocolate bitters, and a little heat, and it had this really complex, layered flavor. Definitely the highlight of the night. So overall: great service, great drinks, very cool-sounding menu... but the food was booty.

Can't believe I've missed this place so many times when I'm the area! We were sitting at the bar so service was fast, though not very friendly, with plenty of showmanship to entertain. These are true mixologist and can make anything but we decided to work through the cocktail menu. My fav drink of the night was my Match Mucho, never had anything like it, but it grew on me with each sip. These are not guzzling drinks, definitely sip and savor. I didn't like all of the drinks (couldn't get halfway through the Red Headed Oaxacan), but I like the variety and that my palate was challenged. Flavors of all the cocktails were complex with many layers. And the vibe of this place was adult, and low-key. Serious cocktail connoisseurs need to check this place out! (Note: Their focus is cocktails, limited snack menu in the form of cheese and meat charcuterie board options)

I must say it looks a lot bigger online than in person. The crowd seemed to be either a group of friends or couples who were a bit older, late 30's and upwards. I think this place is great if you wanted a nightcap or something very very chill. It could also work for a simple date night, but anything besides that I'm afraid it would be a buss.

It also made it easy for my 2 year old to run around a little. The beer was tasty but I was shocked how good the pizza was. I usually am not a big pizza fan but this really hit the spot. The crust was so soft and perfectly chewy and all the toppings so flavorful. The tater kegs were also so delicious and cheesy.

It is a beautiful brewery, with amazing brick walls and concrete floors that give the place a bit of an old time industrial feel. This menu is simple...Cheese Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Chicken Fingers with Fries, Chicken Wings, or Caesar Salad. There is no criticizing these guys for over-complicating things, lol! We ordered Chicken Fingers and a Pepperoni Pizza. Both were better than I anticipated and way beyond the "bar food" stigma so many of these types of places have. Seriously, I would order them both again!
