Winsome Prime delivers an elevated dining experience that balances refinement with genuine warmth. From the moment you settle into the sophisticated dining room understated elegance with ambient lighting and carefully curated wine displays you understand this restaurant takes its craft seriously. The bar program at Winsome Prime definitely delivers one cocktail and you feel it! The kitchen clearly operates with both confidence and creativity. The Hawaiian Ribeye is a showstopper, truffle lasagna and the crab claws all were perfect. Everything was a 10 out of 10 know I wouldn't do the potatoes that came with the steak again but overall still a hit. They have a 20% gratuity added and normally I don't dine at establishment that requires so but this one was well worth it. Service, Ambience, Food , Drinks 10 out of 10. Also validate your parking free for 3 hrs... Location hidden but once inside it's a Vibe. Definitely would be returning and recommend you try them. Reservation highly recommended!

Deathly worthwhile and worth a visit. Dynamic happy hour and the food is beyond amazing. Service is wonderful and the ambience is really nice and very much so enjoyable. You can grab a seat at the bar or you can cozy up to a nice table for a one01 dinner or dinner with family it gets my vote. I am a fan. We all win.

Trinity Groves has a winner with Winsome Prime. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day/week. While you certainly can come casually dressed, making the extra effort to have on cocktail attire will help you feel more comfortable and fit the overall vibe/aesthetic of the space. Laya S was the server I had & they were professional & prompt. I had two cocktails, the spinach artichoke dip, and the lemon pepper truffle wings. Special shout out to the bartender that had me hearing colors LOL. Although they were generous with their pours the drinks were still very tasty, and the food was great. Just be aware that this establishment does automatically add a 20% gratuity on the bill.

I came to Winsome Prime with friends for brunch on Saturday morning. I wanted to go after hearing many people talk about this place and seeing it on social media. The ambiance was 5 out of 5. Upon arriving, the entrance is really nicely decorated. The attendants there took us to our table and the restaurant was exquisitely decorated. The bar area was very nice. There's a nice seating area near the bar and another dining room area. We were taken to the dining room area. I decided to get the Hangover Cure Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary was very strong and tasty however it was missing the celery, olives, and pickled okra. After asking our server brought us olives. Seeing that this cocktail is $17, I think it should have come with all of the items listed. I wasn't very hungry and decided to split the fried chicken wings with a friend and get the all hail Caesar salad. The all hail Caesar was very disappointing. The Caesar dressing was just ok and there wasn't much cheese in the salad. The dressing needed salt and pepper. The salad looked good but was average at best. The wings were flavorful and fried well but pricey at 4 wings for $15. Overall I think the restaurant is a beautiful space. I would go back for happy hour, but I feel that for brunch and I know dinner you just don't get the value for what you pay for. I paid $50 with tip for a Bloody Mary, 2 wings, and Caesar salad.

Dirty Martini and Smoked old fashioned

I absolutely loved everything--from the vibe and décor to the service and, of course, the food. We went for dinner on Sunday evening and arrived just as they were starting dinner service. The restaurant was beautiful inside--swanky, elegant, and very well designed. There were large booths perfect for group dinners and nicely spaced tables so you don't feel crowded. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. All of the servers were in uniform, smiling, and speaking to guests. It genuinely seemed like they enjoy what they do. Our server's name was Leah. She was very personable and patient. I told her about my allergies, and she took great care to check on an item for me. She came back and recommended an alternative because she didn't think what I originally wanted would be safe. I really appreciated that level of attention. We started with a dirty martini, a smoked old fashioned, chargrilled oysters, and crab beignets--FANTASTIC. The man ordered the wagyu ribeye (Leah's suggestion), and I ordered the blackened snapper. Both were excellent. For sides, we chose the lobster mac and cheese and the garlic mashed potatoes. Everything came out promptly, at the perfect temperature, and seasoned beautifully. Portions were generous, so we had leftovers of everything. We also ordered the carrot cake and tequila even though we were stuffed. The carrot cake was very good at the restaurant, but it was fantastic once I warmed it up at home--cream cheese frosting warmed up is my favorite. A photographer came by and offered a complimentary photo. She said she'd bring the free one and also bring framed versions we could purchase. The photos were done really well, and the frame was very nice. I had no plans to buy anything, but I ended up getting all three--$20 each. Lol. The manager stopped by to ask about our experience (I told him how much we loved it). He mentioned they have live music on Fridays and Saturdays, and they also offer weekend brunch. All in all, I loved everything about this place. My only gripe--and this applies to every restaurant with this policy--is the automatic gratuity. In this case, the service was fantastic, so it didn't matter. But I've been to places where the service didn't warrant the 20% they automatically charge. That's just my personal pet peeve. Otherwise, it's a 10/10. I'll definitely be back on a night with live music and probably for brunch one weekend. Our total was $390.

I've been hearing so much about this place. I finally came to try it out for Happy Hour. They do provide HH M-F on a first come, first serve basis from 4-7pm. I came around 5p. They have the main bar seats, and right behind it is more lounge chair type seating in the same area. The food and drinks were amazing. The drinks I had were the lemon drop martini and sidecar. As far as food, I enjoyed chili glaze shrimp, the dip, and truffle lemon pepper wings. I enjoyed it all! Be aware they do come in small portions. They also charge a 20% gratuity fee to all parties. The inside area is much smaller than I expected. I would highly recommend booking a reservation if you want to dine in. I liked the atmosphere inside and the decor. The bartender was John who was nice and had great service. I do want to dine in for either dinner or brunch to see how it's like!

The food was absolutely amazing. The appetizers of spinach dip with crab and the cauliflower, chefs kiss! I love them more than my brunch order of a garden omelette with potatoes but this was good as well. Ordered a carafe of mimosa with cranberry juice to share, delicious. The service was excellent, our waitress was knowledgeable and offered great suggestions! The ambiance was classy, with very nice decor. It's a bit pricey but worth it! I recommend for brunch so I will be back to try the dinner!

Disappointing experience. I was in the area for work and stopped in for dinner, sitting at the bar since I was alone. Shortly after ordering, the bartender came back and asked me to repeat my main because he forgot. I also asked for the Wi-Fi password, and he said he would check but never followed up. I ordered the crab beignets and snapper Orleans -- both had good flavor but unfortunately were served cold, which was surprising and made it seem like the food had been sitting out before being brought to me. To top it off, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill, which felt odd for one person at the bar, especially given the lack of service. Overall, not a great experience and I won't be returning.

Wow! I had an amazing time at Winsome Prime celebrating my friend's birthday. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure about the parking situation so I was happy to see the large "free" parking lot. Once inside, I was blown away from be stunning decor. It truly set the tone for the birthday brunch. The service, drinks and food were all top notch. I ordered the sweet potato chicken and waffles which was an excellent choice. The waffles were infused with sweet potatoes and the small pieces sprinkled around plate were absolutely delicious. The chicken was seasoned and crispy, just the way I like it. From start to finish, my experience was flawless. I'm looking forward to my next visit to experience the happy hour vibes.

I have been to Winsome Prime twice now and upon my first venture I fell absolutely in love with the restaurant from the decor to the different private rooms that they have for celebrations. I also love that it's black owned which I always love to support. To start I ordered Expresso Martini, entree the AMERICANA CLASSIC $21 traditional breakfast plate served with your choice of sausage or bacon, 2 eggs your way, Texas toast, and green chili. My friend ordered the WINSOME CHICKEN N' WAFFLES $29 classic butter pecan waffle served with crispy fried chicken. Both dishes were amazing. I love this restaurant, so much so that I came back again the following week... ordered the AVOCADO TOAST 12 smashed avocado atop a toasted crostini sprinkled with everything bagel spice, goat cheese and microgreens, finished with hot honey and a balsamic glaze to share pictures to follow...a MUST!

Winsome Prime has typically has been a to spot for a lot of us in this area. It's very nice classy environment to go meet up with friends and they have excellent drinks I must say! Also for the price on happy hour is unbeatable. But recently I went and I was not happy to see that they are charging 20% gratuity now at happy hour and also that they have changed the menu and up increased the prices on some of the menu items. Yes, I understand that you do have to increase with time but $11 for the shrimp when it's only three is crazy. I feel like a lot of time establishments put the automatic 20% gratuity because sometimes service can't lack and they want to make sure that they are guaranteed. Will I come back probably if I'm invited but just going on my own I don't know. I still have not made it for dinner. Honestly, I saw the menu and I didn't see anything I wanted to try.

Great ambiance. The food was also good. I gave 4 stars because the service was lacking somewhat. We were there during live music on a Friday night and that really made it special. Great times.

On the other side I've never had a lobster roll before but this genuinely has no flavor and has experienced some serious shrinkflation when compared to other pictures here on yelp of it. The fries were great though. The dessert also was nothing memorable and was a very basic bread pudding that could've been warmer. When we were seated we found a frame on the table holding a message congratulations us on our anniversary, with our names included. It was very sweet! Our server was prompt, attentive, and very charming. She asked us questions about ourselves and also gave great recommendations throughout the night. The drinks were good! However, the Passionate Kiss started to taste very chemical forward the longer it sat (I'm a slow drinker) so I only finished half of it. Not sure if it was because of the print on the foam originally or what, but it wasn't pleasant. The meatballs felt like they were missing something flavor-wise, though the calamari was good. The sides -- mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes -- were also a bit underwhelming. My daughter's lobster pasta was just okay as well. On a positive note, the service was solid and the Old Hollywood cocktail was perfection. I'm open to giving Evelyn another try because the atmosphere really is beautiful, but my husband has officially retired from future visits.

The place has an energetic vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxed evening out or to catch a game on the big screens. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The appetizers were crisp and fresh, and each main had a unique twist that made it stand out. The portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly made.Drinks were perfectly balanced and served quickly, with just the right mix of creativity and quality. You can tell a lot of thought goes into their menu, and it really pays off. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. It's definitely one of those places you look forward to returning to--great food, fun energy, and a welcoming team. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot that gets everything right!

Foodie Alert! My friend and I recently dined here on a Monday for their holiday pop-up. I was so…read moreexcited to go because I've seen all of the IG and TikTok videos of the decor and fun-looking drinks. I arrived only to find out the pop-up is only available Wednesday-Sunday and requires a separate ticket purchase. So unfortunately, we didn't get to try any of the festive cocktails. However, I really wanted to like the food, but it was so bland and lacked seasoning. My friend and I ordered the following items: Matchatini (0/5) Trash 75 (3/5) Brussels Sprouts (5/5) Mozzarella Log Jammer (2/5) Pasta Zepp and Fried Chicken (2/5) New Orleans Tasso (4/5) To me, the food and drink didn't live up to the hype. The service was good, but overall, the food and drink experience was just okay.

It's definitely more delightfully eclectic and kitschy than neighborhoods around Downtown Dallas or East Dallas. Atlas has a funky lounge design that is warm, inviting and screams that you made it out of the house so you're ready to rage. They always have great energy in their music, creative cocktail menu, and food. I had a tasty Sidecar variation called Between Da Sheets (photo 2). They added rum to the classic recipe of cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice. The rum gave it a bit of a vacationy feel which was nice. It was well-balanced and quite tasty. We highly recommend checking out Atlas next time you're in Bishop Arts and want an elevated cocktail in one of the funkiest spaces in Dallas. Do it!!! Salute @thejohnnycocktail

I had the absolutely worst experience last night. My girlfriend's and I went to the restroom and…read moresecurity decided to bang on the door immediately once we got in there. They banged the whole time , which we didn't know it was them until we opened the door. There was five of us, and once we opened up the door, they were telling us to watch our mouths because I yelled at them asking did they work there , obviously confused what was going on. They then decided to kick us out because we had too many people in the restroom. I only got one of the security guards name his name is Anthony another man in his 40s who had an accent decided to put his hands on me and push me. We were all so confused why we were getting kicked out. I will never be going back! That is absolutely insane. We did not take a long time either and they said it was gonna take too long if we all went together, which makes no sense. We took MAYBEEE 5 to 7 minutes in the restroom. The owner needs to get a grip on his security guards. Especially the ones that look like their on drugs sneaking people in from the back and the one man who put his hands on me for absolutely no reason!!! BEWARE LADIES: You cannot go to the bathroom with anyone or you will get kicked it and man handled !!!
