I asked for medium but was told this was the only way it could be prepared. It wasn't edible for me & when the server saw that I had barely touched my food she immediately tried to make it right. My party of three ordered the cheeseburger, Korean bao buns and the sushi tower along with boba margaritas, red and white wine. The sushi was delicious and that eel sauce topped it off! The margaritas were tasty but the wine was a no for me. The reason for four stars instead of five was the average waitress and the water that tasted "different" maybe it was infused but should've been told if it was. Also, my chair was wobbly because of the uneven wooden floor but it wasn't too big of a problem because the place is gorgeous! Parking is metered, it's downtown so be prepared for that. The sides do come separately but they give you a piece of broccolini and carrot. Definitely order a side if you'll need more food. The pork chop was seasoned very well but it was extremely dry. The honeycomb butter gave the chop a sweet finish but the only thing that made it slightly better was the A1 steak sauce I asked for. The mushrooms were really good and garlicky.
