    Amazing shrimp pasta, and wine.

Love Goldie's for a special dinner out including happy hour! Last time we were there, Charlene was our server and was really wonderful and enjoyable to engage with. We got there close to opening and didn't have a reservation but got right in. We got to sit in a booth, the atmosphere is casually, elegant, and cozy. The chef staff does amazing work. They also have a new menu. I forgot to take photos of enough things, but everything we had was delicious. Goldies is on our restaurant rotation! It's wonderful to have such great places in our neighborhood to eat. Support the neighborhood!

This neighborhood restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere has a fun vibe, the service is great, and the food fantastic. Recent favorites include the pork Milanese, seafood pasta, chicken thighs, duck and the banana split dessert. Go and enjoy!

OMG. My cousins took us here. Let me just say the Bone Marrow Bruschetta is to die for. I could eat a whole order of this and a glass of wine and I would be happy! We had two orders between 4 of us. So so good. Dinner was two orders of the Home Style Pork Chop, which were excellent! One order of the Magic Chicken Thighs which I would definitely order for myself next time! Big order and so so good! I was looking for a lighter dinner so opted for the Tataki off of the appetizer menu. Yellowtail sliced thin and cooked to perfection with ponzu, crispy onion and wasabi. It was an awesome mix of tastes and textures. Oh, I can't forget the banana split we shared for dessert! WOW! Different but delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. I will definitely be returning! Make a reservation. It's getting very popular.

I made reservations at Goldie's for my sister's birthday and I'm so glad I did! Upon entering you're met with the most cozy, warm decor. Dim lights, velvet seating and floral arrangements throughout. We were immediately greeted by the most amazing hostess. He instantly lead us to a larger section of restaurant and we were seated in a 4 top: half standard chair and half booth. Minutes later our waiter arrived and took our drank order. There's so many wonderful cocktails to choose from. We opted for the Pony Boy, Classic Martini and NY Old Fashioned. All of the drinks were exemplified true craft; well balanced and flavorful. Now.. the food. Absolute perfection! I'm just going to let the pictures do the talking. From beginning to end, exceptional service and food. 10/10!

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and so glad we did! The food and drinks were amazing and so was the service. The restaurant is beautiful with neighborhood vibe. We loved all the dishes, braised beef egg noodles, the branzino, the magic chicken thighs, the banana split. The ponyboy gimlet and monkeybird were great too. Also a bonus that it is kid friendly, our server made us feel very welcome and my daughter loves her just mac and 20 feet fries. Highly recommend this gem and we'll definitely be back!

Food was not worth price. I got the pork milanese, which was very bland. Served with dry salad greens. My daughter had the steak frites which she liked. Service was great everyone very friendly and nice. Ambiance was nice in the front room but then we got put in the back room which had no personality.

We visited Goldie's December 2025, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The service was flawless; Charlie, our server was warm and friendly and made the evening feel so special. The restaurant itself was lovely, and the attention to detail was impressive (for example: without asking, my white napkin was exchanged to a black one as I was wearing a black dress). The food was incredible, and for the first time maybe ever, we were surprised that the bill was less than we expected! Highlights from the meal were the Pony Boy Gimlet, bone marrow bruschetta, and the favorite of the night- the German style potatoes!! I didn't want the evening to end, and I know this will be one of our new favorites!

I had an amazing dining experience! The bone marrow bruschetta soaking into the toast must have been a treat, and the magic chicken thighs with that crispy skin sound irresistible. The homestyle pork chop was juicy and paired perfectly with the German potatoes and broccoli. And a moist German chocolate cake is the cherry on top! Kudos to Kathy for providing excellent service. It definitely is a place worth returning to! A nice intimate setting and good for large groups as well. The music was a hit... see you all again

My boyfriend and I went for Valentine's Day and had an amazing time! The host was amazing, servers were attentive and on top of things. The food was spectacular, drinks were also great. We had the Valentine's Day prefix menu and steak/scallops were cooked to perfection. The ambiance was great, with oldies playing in the background. Everyone had a time!

Yelp led us to this non-descript place and what a great surprise! Cutest little hole-in-the wall! Our waiter was marvelous (don't remember his name but I'll call him 'Mr. Cheers.' The wife and I split the Session Salad which was very tasty! Had the charcuterie board and homestyle porkchop. I'm still dreaming about the porkchop weeks later. Banana split and port to top off the evening. Great food, great service. Easy parking. So good.

Great roller skating music ! lol Water was tasty. Vodka tonic was a good pour Magic chicken thighs were ok but not "magical" Fried cod was good with house sauce but Cole slaw was not tasty to me Burger was ok and fries were ok Nice ambiance and comfortable seating Kind of cool inside so we went back to car and got our jackets. Service was great! Thank you

The apps were fantastic! I could have had 2 plates of the beet hummus. Plus, the mussels with fries were fantastic. The broth was rich but perfect for dipping. The mussels were nice and plump. The fries tasted as if they were cooked in duck fat. My friend enjoyed the fish dish. The pork chop was tasty the potatoes tasted a bit too vinegary to me. The Mac and cheese could been creamy with a pinch more seasoning. The ambience is great and service was stellar.

Here is what we ordered - **Starters** Korean Fried Cauliflower: I was the only one that ate this and omg it was really good, it satisfied my cauliflower craving lol 10/10 Truffle Parmesan Frites: these were outstanding 100/10! The freshly grated Parmesan on top was chef's kiss. Tuna and Avocado Roll: this was fresh and paired nicely with the sauce. 10/10 **Entrees** I got the Joey Classic Steak (on accident lol) but I'm not disappointed. The steak was cooked perfectly. The "crispy mashed potatoes" were unexpected lol. They were more like mashed potato eggrolls/flautas, but tasted fine. Id give this plate a solid 8/10. My cousin ordered the New York strip and she had just about the same notes on her dish. 8/10 My other cousin ordered the Steak Ravioli Blanco, she cleared her plate so I'm going to assume that she really liked it lol. 10/10 Lastly our waitress brought out a complimentary dessert since we were celebrating my cousin's bachelorette weekend, this was such a nice gesture, I think it was cheesecake and the flavor was delicious so 10/10

I ended up only ordering a drink and an appetizer because I was so disappointed I didn't want to go further. $23.75 Joey Martini - just a simple dry vodka martini w Kettle One. But the description lured me in with the promise of a fantastic martini with an "extra martini on the side". What I received was a half of a martini with the rest of my martini in a shaker next to it. The martini was fine but nothing special. Not the first time I've overplayed for a drink but I do feel a little funny about the way their menu sold me then undelivered. $19 Hummus - The food was an issue for me though. When I order Hummus, I expect to receive hummus. Like the dish should be 70-80% hummus with some light toppings and some good pita bread. What I received was a pretty plate but very little actual hummus and a disaster of pita. First, they made a pretty plate circle of a small band of hummus then filled it with extra stuff to make it APPPEAR as if the center was filled with hummus yet there was zero hummus except for that small outer band. I estimate 49% hummus and the rest tzatziki and garnishment. Don't get me wrong, very aesthetically pleasing and tasty "extras" but the menu item isn't titled "EXTRAS with a little hummus". It's titled "Hunmus". And the pita... oh boy, what a mess. Proper pita is lightly grilled - served warm with a nice sponginess yet bite friendly approach. This pita was way over saturated in their butter/oil, and crisped up to the point there were burn marks and char on every piece. Horrible pairing with hummus and JOEY should know it. I feel these other reviews may be fake honestly as the prices are insane and the execution quite poor. Be careful. $45 for a $15 meal isn't worth it. Go somewhere else - I'm including a pic of the "hummus" reveal so you see what I'm talking about

The hotel property is like four legs under the table - a great location, a great hotel experience, a great restaurant experience, and a entertainment experience (The Mansion Bar). At least one leg has been kicked out, one is suffering. The Mansion Bar used to have a great recipe for success - proven by how busy and regular the customers were and loyal (or was), and the top tier talent that was routine for 10+ years. Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. I'm hoping whomever is making these decisions can revert back to what was working. Dallas has a lot of great venues that will fill this void.

We were told to get there early because there is not a lot of seating and the place fills up quick so once we finished dinner, we just went straight over there and we got there around 7 PM and it wasn't very busy. It was also such a special day for the club because it was the owners anniversary of owning the club and they were also honoring one of the musicians who is a long time performer at the club, so I got to be a part of such a great celebratory experience for this venue all around and it felt so special. You can see that the owner has curated a space where not only musicians come to show their talent, but people come for real love of music and community.
