Hubby planned my birthday dinner here, this place was really really good. No complaints about the food, the service was a little slow but the food made up for it. I forgot to take a picture of my sweet potato but it was soooo good! Stunning restaurant & rooftop, would definitely return.

I've been here countless of times but only have dined in 3 times. I went here yesterday after dinner for dessert. We ordered the caramalized banana split and it was a 10/10 we also ordered mocktails. I forgot the one I got but it was too sweet. We obviously know RH has a stunning atmosphere especially at night. I will ofc be back

This is a beautiful rooftop restaurant. The ambience is very elegant and welcoming. Come for dinner and catch the sunset outside. Our waiter is Matt. He is very good in taking our pics and recommending food! All the starters are delicious. Crispy artichoke and sea bass are my most fav. My mocktail is great too not too sweet.

I had one of the best lunches here! It was my birthday and me and my girlfriend came here for a quick bite before the State Fair! The sandwich i ate was pretty good! Their sweet potato fries was a great pairing! My girlfriend ordered the lobster roll and she was not disappointed! Service was top tier at the rooftop restaurant! Beautiful atmosphere! Like youre eating in the sky on a cloud! overall 10/10 Thank You RH -Santangelo B. Gonzales

There's two sides to this review. Overall, the food was great at RH Rooftop. Our server was very attentive and friendly. She recommended the Buratta as a starter which is a delicious dish dish of roasted red peppers in balsamic, with mozzarella cheese and perfectly toasted sourdough bread. In total, it was $160 for the two of us. On the other hand, we were purposely seated in the corner, closest to the restrooms, when the entire section was empty. We arrived earlier and the restaurant was only half full. I can see no reason why they would seat us at the worst table, in a section that was completely empty, except for the fact that we're Asian. I will never return to this restaurant. Again, our server was great. The hostess should be fired.

RH Rooftop gets points for the aesthetic, but the overall experience didn't match the price tag. The food was bland and underwhelming especially the burger, which lacked flavor and definitely wasn't worth the cost. Honestly, it feels like you're mostly paying for the ambiance, and even that was a bit subpar compared to the hype. Great for photos, maybe not for the food.

I came to RH Rooftop for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my parents, and it did not disappoint. It's located on the third floor of RH Dallas, and the ambiance is absolutely stunning. There's plenty of greenery and beautiful chandeliers, along with a fountain in the center. It's a picture perfect setting, especially if you love capturing aesthetic moments. It's on the pricer end. You're honestly probably paying more for the atmosphere than you are for the food. We did see a proposal while we were here, which was such a special moment. We had a reservation for 5:45 on a Saturday and were immediately seated upon arrival. I will say that the seats in the booth sections are pretty close together, so it felt a little tight. I was shocked that they don't offer spirits, so I opted for a glass of wine instead. We started with the grilled shrimp and caesar salad. For mains, we ordered the fried chicken sando, petit filet, and broiled king salmon. For sides, we ordered the grilled asparagus and french fries. All of the above were delicious; we had no complaints. For dessert, we ordered the caramelized banana split. They even brought me a complimentary cookie for my birthday, which was so warm and gooey. There's an outdoor lounge style booth seating, but we didn't see anyone seated out there. There's $7 valet parking available. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience at RH Rooftop, and I'd recommend it for celebrating special occasions.

Rh Rooftop is the perfect place to go to dinner with friends or family. The service was great! The food was so yummy and the roof top is stunning. I would totally go back!

I've been here before for brunch but this was my first time for dinner. This place looks absolutely stunning at night. I went on a Sunday (they close at 8 PM) and it was still pretty packed, so I recommend making a reservation. I was starving so I started with my entrees right away! I ordered the whole grilled branzino olive drizzled in olive oil and lemon. This was really good on its own, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I also ordered the roasted chicken with garlic confit and potato purée. The chicken was a bit dry for my taste but the garlic confit and purée were so flavorful, they made up for it. The highlight, as always, was the lobster sandwich with sweet potato fries, my absolute go-to order. It's consistently outstanding and something I always come back for. Service was a bit slow, but overall but the experience was great and the food lived up to expectations.

Absolutely beautiful rooftop. This is definitely a place to come for great vibes and delicious food. However, the value is not there for the cost and I think there are places around the corner with food that's better priced. Firstly, valet is $6 if you can't find any free street parking which can be super difficult to find in that area. I think it should be complimentary if you're eating at the restaurant with validation but that's just me. The service is super kind and attentive all the way around. But back to being overpriced, we've been here for lunch a few times and I still can't get over the prices. The Bellini is literally 25% foam. Do yourself a favor and order a glass of prosecco and the purée separately as the drink goes unbelievably fast. The waitress was super nice about the whole thing and apparently it's the standard pour so there's no influencing the ratio here. So no, you can ask for the Bellini with mostly prosecco and a touch of puree. The Swedish pancakes, lobster roll, and truffle fries are soooo delicious. But look at these photos and look at the portion size. Super cute and worth at least one meal here but expect to spend quite a bit to get full.

Wow, what a hidden gem in East Dallas! As you walk into the building, it's very elegant. This is a furniture company. They do Home designs but it just seemed so upscale. You'd never know there was a rooftop restaurant. The restaurant itself is quite beautiful with their wine bar and outdoor patio for relaxing. I'd say the only drawback was the lighting need to be turned up more. It's a little bit darker than I would've liked. The service was quite on point. We started with the artichoke appetizer which was quite a large size and delicious. The fillet was cooked to perfection with the side of béarnaise sauce and then the prime rib sliced French dipped sandwiches, thinly sliced dipping in Au ju it just melted in your mouth. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Definitely return next time. We're in Dallas.

Ambiance was 10000% there. Definitely a place that you go to when you're looking to splurge. I believe the mimosa was $20. Worth it? Ehhh.. we just got handhelds, drinks, and fries and paid over $100 each sooo... idk lol. I'll definitely go back if someone else is paying! Got amazing pics though

Honestly this place is just beautiful, and great decor , Rooftop is spectacular and very serene , definitely here for the drinks and not the food. Maybe just the truffle fries, the service was okay , I had ordered the chicken sando and it was a disgrace to any $25 chicken sandwich then they forgot the cheese and she brings it out in the side , it didn't even have lettuce . It was honestly the worse most expensive meal and I do not recommend. The Bellini was okay , nothing special just over priced drink. But i do recommend for great pics , and drinks they have great wine selection, coffee , cocktails, and ipas I think there's a couple on their menu. My friend had the waffle and it was hard, the scramble looked good but it was bland. So definitely won't be back here for brunch unless they get some flavor and good food into this place.

I enjoyed the herby sauce on the chips, but wished it was served on the side! Mains: English Pea & Potato Pierogi, Mac and Cheese, and Vegetable Pasta - they were very nice to make a vegetarian pasta dish for us, and it was delicious! The tomato sauce was flavorful. The Mac and Cheese was also perfectly cheesy and I enjoyed the garlic breadcrumbs. My favorite was the Pierogi -- savory potato's, sweet brown butter sauce, and fresh greens to balance it all out! Often times after it's all said & done, you wonder - was that worth it? Thankfully, that is NOT the experience I had at Haywire! I ate here on August 9th, 2025 and enjoyed everything about it. I was with a large party but would love to return for a more intimate experience. On this Saturday, my younger cousin was graduating from Parker University so I was in town for the weekend. At around 1pm, I was one of the first to arrive at the restaurant. Unfortunately the parking is a bit confusing. There was construction being done on the same street when I went but there's a parking garage for customers that's difficult to navigate AND the elevator that connects wasn't operating at the time which was an issue for many (but not me, I got a good spot & walked). My party hadn't all arrived yet so I took a gander. Upon entering the tall doors, the space breathes southwestern elegance: wooden structure, leather seating, separate dining areas with highlighted ranch-style art. The abundance of space gives it an open-concept feel. The lighting fixtures are modern, the space was dim but not too low, with an option to utilize the large windows also. I was quiet impressed at the overall presentation. When my party did arrive, I wanted to keep it simple so I ordered the Chicken Cobb Salad and a Hibiscus Haze with Vodka. The table shmoozed as we ate some of the appetizers: the Crab Dip & Green Tomatoes, both amazing. The food did take some time but, considering it was 10-12 of us, that's expected. The Hibiscus Haze was splendid: smooth & flavorful, a great concoction. Cobb salads are usually pretty thick but this one was HEARTY. It came in a large bowl stuffed with the all the toppings. The dressing it was tossed with was well balanced but could've used a tad bit more. With some pepper & a little ranch, I was set! I defeated the salad but it also left me stuffed to the gills. Satisfying meal that I would order again! There are tons of restaurants to dine at in Dallas & sometimes you never know which is worth your time. Despite the inconvenience of parking, I'd bet my bottom dollar that this is a good place to eat. Whether you want a fine dining experience, it's a special occasion or just want a good drink with a meal, Haywire has enough to satisfy all interests.

I called before deciding where to eat on a Sunday afternoon to confirm parking situations. Parking is not easy downtown so this played a huge factor in figuring where, out of the dozens of brunch places, to eat. Definitely a bit of a walk to get accommodated at the actual restaurant so valet seemed the most reasonably enticing for parking solutions. Well, I called and spoke with the lady at the front desk. I confirmed with this little girl FOUR TIMES IF 1. They had valet available today 2. If it was complimentary. Come to find out it was not complimentary. And $7 for parking just doesn't sit well with me when there are ample free options else where with satisfying beverage, meal, ambiance, and service. All of which, I DID NOT GET AT HAYWIRE. I come in and although I had a reservation that I was 10 minutes early for while noticing tables available, I was told by that same girl who lied to me about parking I needed to take a seat. Reassuring me that it would only take two minutes to be seated. 10 minutes later I see coupled and groups walking in and guess what? They were immediately sat. While I am waiting to be sat at one of the three clean tables I'm staring at. I finally tell my boyfriend I am about to eat at the bar and he goes to the hostess stand to inform them our frustration and guess what? We were sat immediately. I get seated and there are two standing fans placed next to my table that's blowing my hair all over the f*****g place. I had to tell them to turn them off. What? No AC in this place either?? We immediately ordered and got the elk tacos for an appetizer. The tacos are WAY too spicy and way too salty. Too spicy AND too salty?? They're a no for me. You literally can't taste anything because of both! I HATED these little tacos. Probably the worst I've ever had. Ever seen someone attempt to pinch a bit of salt to season and the entire top comes off?? These tacos. My boyfriend had the chicken fried steak. He loved it (loves spicy and seasonings because he's Cajun) but I tried it and it was over seasoned. Again? Couldn't taste what I was eating. The mashed potatoes were divine. Enjoyed those! And then the green beans were tasteless. Hahaha what a joke. I ordered the barbacoa chilaquiles and it was literally too spicy to eat. Inedible. My eyes teared up, my nose started running, and I couldn't taste anything after a couple bites of the spice. I was so f*****g over this place I just ate my boyfriend's mashed potatoes and we left. If I had it my way, I wouldn't have paid for a thing here. They don't deserve our money and I HATE they got a cent from me. I'm livid. I hate this place W I L L N E V E R B E B A C K

The dining room was comfortably serene with just a few select patrons present when I arrived. A charming gentleman promptly extended a warm welcome and escorted me to an excellent, highly desirable table. I also noted a beautifully structured, intimate bar area within the space, which adds a lovely touch of elegance. To begin my mid-day refreshment, I requested a crisp Lemon Drop Martini, which was executed to an absolute standard. For my luncheon entrée, I selected the Beverly Salad from the menu. The efficiency of the kitchen was highly commendable, presenting the dish to my table mere minutes later. The presentation was immaculate, featuring a remarkably grand bowl beautifully abundant with premium, tender meats. The entire flavor profile was a complete delight refreshing, substantial, and thoroughly satisfying. I am entirely enamored with this unexpected sanctuary. The seamless combination of hidden interior grandeur, elite hospitality, and flawless culinary execution deserves full marks. I shall most certainly be returning for future luncheons

It's a lunch spot with sandwiches and a glass of wine or a cocktail. It's the perfect place to work on your laptop or read a book, but also to take a casual date or your family for breakfast. They have a gluten free bread option (woohoo) and I've had both their avocado toast and the fried egg breakfast sandwich (with added avocado haha). Both are sooo good. The avocado toast comes with smoked salmon, which I do like, but I'm more of a basic avocado toast person. It also has a little pico de gallo and red pepper flakes! The breakfast sandwich is 2 over easy eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, and tomato on sourdough (I subbed gluten free bread and added avocado) with a side of breakfast potatoes. It's a lot of food -- super filling and delicious. I also recommend their iced latte with whatever house-made syrup your prefer (usuals like caramel, vanilla, mocha, and then not-so-usuals like coconut pandan, lavender, brown sugar date, etc.). Enjoy!

However they were attentive and the overall ambiance was nice and upbeat for a brunch place. Food wise, everything here was average. Nothing stood out as something I absolutely would come back for. We got two Benedict's that were not very warm and has hollandaise/gravy that was not very flavorful but the home fries were seasoned and fried well. The French toast was quite good but was very obviously put in the microwave right before serving with a steaming hot center. The best part was the blueberry kale salad which had a nice vinaigrette and the cashews were a nice touch. Overall, with the number of brunch spots in Dallas I would reserve halcyon for study/coffee spot as opposed to a must try weekend brunch.

Arrived pretty late, so the kitchen and dessert service had already closed. I was really hoping to try the sticky toffee cake but that'll have to wait until next time. Instead, I tried the Hibiscus Paloma mocktail with grapefruit, lime, and Topo Chico, which was incredibly refreshing after being outside. The Garden soirée was also excellent and refreshing. The NBA game was on, and the whole place was really into it (including the staff) which made for a fun atmosphere. Service took a little longer than usual, but given the energy in the room, I honestly didn't mind. The covered patio was comfortable, dog-friendly, and a great place to unwind.

The night started beautifully--we enjoyed espresso martinis at the bar and were then seated at one of our favorite tables. We ordered a bottle of wine and caviar and were settling in to plan the rest of our meal when the experience took a turn. A tween/teen birthday party was seated in the private room. At first, we assumed the noise was just initial excitement and would settle after a few minutes. The parents of the birthday girl were seated nearby, and when the mother got up, we expected she might ask the girls to lower their volume. Unfortunately, the opposite happened--she brought the group out into the main dining room for photos, where the noise level became even more disruptive. Another couple seated near us--at what is typically a very desirable table--lasted no more than five minutes before asking to be moved outside. Shortly after, a manager approached the private room. We anticipated they would address the noise, but instead, they greeted the party warmly and thanked them for being there, without making any effort to manage the disruption. After so many consistently great experiences, it was honestly shocking. We truly felt as though we were being punked. My boyfriend and I both have children and enjoy bringing them to nice restaurants, but part of that experience includes ensuring they understand and respect the environment. When that standard isn't upheld--especially with no support from management--it significantly detracts from the experience for everyone else.
