Rapturous Modern Afternoon Tea. Mesmerizing flow of champagne and beautifully brewed and perfect pairing of exotic teas. Memorable Three Courses. Highlights this spring include creative bites of lemon turbinado raspberry scone, caviar tartlet, wagyu sando, and from kid's menu, fried pbj "empanada" & deviled egg! Exquisite is Mirador's dining room. Children friendly. Impeccable was the service. Love the fact of not needing to bring out my credit card in front of guests when finishing, fabulous it is to have prepaid with reservation! CHEERS!
Super cute place. My girlfriend and I came here for lunch on a weekday. Loved the decor inside, service was decent, the menu had a great selection, we ordered a few appetizers and had entrees. Everything was pleasantly delicious. The chicken appetizer seemed so generic; however it was very delicious. Cooked perfectly and the flavors were great. The whipped ricotta was nice, and the deviled eggs were great. I ordered the chicken entree and it was refreshingly delicious. Definitely would come back to try a few more items.
The food is okay to decent, but the vibes here are the real deal. Beyond gorgeous interior, such a great spot for appetizers and drinks! Don't expect the most amazing food--it is just fine. You are paying for the ambience and view. Downstairs is the coolest bougie boutique to browse before/after your meal!
I had tea time this afternoon with my husband for Mother's Day and it was top notch! The dining room is small so the service is on point here. We had 3 courses of small bites paired with exotic teas and a bottle of champagne. Every course was amazing and very flavorful. We visited London this year and visited the tea room at the Ritz and this experience was on par. Our server was very knowledgeable of each course as well. And the views around us of downtown Dallas were great! From parking our cars to the tea time to a little shopping after - the entire experience made us feel very VIP and we left satisfied.
Mirador in Dallas is a fancy lunch spot. The restaurant is beautifully accented with pink, gold, and flowers, creating an elegant and vibrant atmosphere. It was packed. Plus, the stunning view adds to the overall vibe. I enjoyed a fresh and well-balanced salad, creamy deviled eggs, and crispy/savory ahi tuna cones. Always get as many items as you can. Don't settle for one thing. Loved it all. I sat at the bar and it was buzzing! So much going on! Wonderful experience!
First of all, the restaurant is beautiful with a great view of Dallas. I never go downtown, but this makes me actually want to go. The dining room was beautiful as well. I got the tea mocktail and it was so good, would absolutely recommend. Compliments of the chef we were sent earl grey tea cakes, which were also amazing. We also got the whipped ricotta with sourdough. For the second course we had the lobster Cobb salad and the steak and eggs. I cannot tell you enough how great they both were. The Cobb salad was fresh but with a ton of lobster which was not at all overpowered by dressing, it was perfect. The steak and eggs had roe and was over fried rice. It was perfectly cooked. The service was great and our waiter and busser were extremely attentive. A lot of times rooftop like this attracts the Instagram food posting crowd, but the food is so so and overpriced. That was certainly not at all the case here. It is definitely Instagram worthy, but the quality of food was top notch. I can't believe this place was not packed on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend if you're looking to impress someone with a Dallas hidden gem!

Mirador, I love you. The elegance my goodness. The place isn't fancy, which I love, but my God it's gorgeous. The detail. The chairs, the cups, the floral centerpiece - I'm obsessed and can't wait to come back. If you're in the Downtown Dallas area, you have to stop by this place for lunch. It's a must. You may miss it honestly. It's tucked away above a luxury boutique, forty five ten. They take walk-ins, but you can also place a reservation. Before I get into the review, you have to get the wagyu sandwich. It's a must. The flavor is crazy. Now.... Mirador - I love you, and this is why... overall- you're a gem. Dallas needs more places like this. The service is absolutely amazing, I never had to ask for ONE thing. Our server was Miracle, and I truly enjoyed her. She gave us lovely recommendations. We started with the crudo and crispy chicken bites. The crudo was absolutely refreshing. It was salmon, and a great portion. I also really loved the texture of the jicama added to it! I would have loved a little more salt, but it was good! The crispy chicken bites and aioli were average, and could have used a little more seasoning. The lime saved the dish. I enjoyed the crunch on the chicken though. I normally would knock a start off for seasoning, but the rest of the dishes made up for this THE WAGYU SANDWICH, WHEW. The milk bread, the spicy mayo I wanted to enjoy this forever. I didn't want it to end. This is something I want to come back for, but also know I need to try other dishes lol the wagyu is soft and buttery. It's perfectly cooked. My man got the lobster roll and tomato soup, and he didn't talk to me. He cleared his plate. He did mention that he's had better lobster rolls, but he really enjoyed it. He loved the tomato soup. For drinks - I got the Paloma and a glass of Pinot Miracle recommended and I enjoyed them both. Now dessert...cleared the plate. I wish I could tell you the name, but all I can tell you is, they switch this dessert out so it's not here to stay, but it's so good it's a cornbread cake with ice cream, a yummy compote, and popcorn!! All of it together - absolutely fire You have to check this beautiful place out! Next time I come, I'm grabbing the deviled eggs ands the burger!
This was a very elegant rooftop bar. It's located on the top floor of what looks like a high-end boutique. Go in the boutique and up the elevator. We got two drinks - the high fashioned and Berry elixir. They were decent but not the best. Service was good, they were about to close for the day so we weren't there long.
It's been written many times and it'll be written again- the views are absolutely breath-taking at Mirador. The interior is clean, well-maintained, and the staff has harnessed the art of customer service. The complimentary valet was also nice when I visited. Unfortunately, the food is below average and doesn't match the price they charge. We started off the bread & butter, followed with deviled eggs, and ended with the chicken bites. The appetizers were great which compensated for the under-delivered main dishes. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which was disappointing; the eggs lacked flavor and had a weird spongy texture. No matter how many times I tug into it- the sandwich just didn't sit well with me. My friend got the steak and eggs which was "infused" with nothing special. The rice was disappointing- super sweet- and the steak meh. The majority of the food was left on the plate. We did appreciate our server who was superb and acknowledged us often. The food was under-delivered. If you're looking for a place with immaculate aesthetics, good views, and wonderful customer service- this is it.
The afternoon tea was delightful! The modern twist on a classic high tea featured a chef's tasting style sampler of appetizers. The wagyu sando and caviar tart are two of the best apps I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!
Elegant ambience with views of the giant eyeball in the heart of downtown Dallas. The food was good, we got some complimentary cookies to start which were lovely. Service was efficient and friendly. My only complaint is the opening hours. I'd love to go on a weeknight and Sunday.
Food is incredible. Well portioned, and you can tell the chef cares. Service was personable and fast acting. Ordered the wagyu and it was 10/10

Amazing experience! There was a mixup with resy and we booked a Christmas tea service for a day which they actually didn't do the service on. We were really bummed out, but as soon as we spoke to Amber (the general manager) she went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We made our on little tea (ordered apps and champagne) and she was even able to serve us the tea that they would have served during the tea service. She truly went above and beyond, we couldn't have been treated better. Food wise, we got the whipped ricotta, caviar deviled eggs, tuna coronets, tomato soup, and we split the lobster roll, and had 2 deserts ( I can't recall their names). EVERYTHING was amazing, like truly very delicious, but my personal favorites were the tomato soup (it had a Parmesan foam and some little crispies on top) and the tuna coronets. Our waiter, Dorian, was also very attentive and very helpful! He definitely added to our wonderful experience. All in all, this was one of the most above and beyond experiences I've ever had at a restaurant, especially when the fault wasn't even their own (it was because of resy). read more
We celebrated a good friend of mine during our time here. The food was great and the drinks were even better. I did order the mushroom dish and I didn't care for the consistency. They quickly allowed me to order something different which came out promptly. I would definitely recommend. read more

Beautiful! The afternoon tea was one of the best that I have had in Dallas - the atmosphere of the restaurant itself is just lovely but the staff is also just the best. We had an amazing time and every course was delicious and flavorful. I was amazed by the presentation and work put into the dishes. The tea pairings were literally perfect and I had an overall wonderful time. I will be back forsure to try out other menus. I loved my experience. read more

I love love the idea of this place. I walk by everyday and never quite knew what it was. Finally walked in yesterday at lunch time and found this super cool luxury boutique. As I walked around forty five ten everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I smelled food and they directed me to the restaurant. The attractions on the way to the top floor were worth the walk... I was seated immediately. Great bright space. Huge windows. Casual yet really avant-garde. Service was slow to start but it picked up. The servers were personable. And attentive. They even have models who walk around the restaurant so you can view the clothes while u eat. It's not annoyingly in your face...yet very subtle... I had the caviar deviled eggs, they were great. The chicken bites had some sort of crumb coating but it was burnt and dried. I tasted more of the burned taste than I did the chicken coating. Next I had the chocolate mousse cake. It was definitely a work of art. It had splatter paint on top which was unexpected and gorgeous. Even with all the glitches, I will come again. The ambience...the experience period was different and enjoyable. read more

The food was absolutely amazing there. Went to there with friend and we ordered sandwiches for lunch. The tomato soup was the best tomato soup I ever had in Dallas. It was great quality food. Plus, the price is so reasonable. I don't see any reasons of not coming back. read more
We celebrated my birthday at Mirador with friends. We felt so special being escorted through the bottom floor department store, up the elevator, and to our table. The restaurant has a good amount of room between tables so you can talk without disturbance. The decor is mod and bright in colors, but dim lit enough to enjoy your time in the dining room. We started with fabulous cocktails and wine while we enjoyed the most incredible shrimp and grits I've ever eaten. We all liked our dishes, although my salmon was well undercooked at rare to medium rare, but I did not want to cause a fuss and just ate the edges. The sweet potato slices served with my salmon were absolutely divine! Wow I would order those sweet chunks again in a heartbeat. We ordered one of each dessert available that evening because... birthday! The blueberry tart was handsdown the favorite at our table. The service was spot on and overall it was a lovely evening at Mirador. We look forward to taking others to this lovely restaurant. *Note: Bonus, the parking is off the street and super convenient right my the door; no panicking to find a spot on a very busy road in downtown Dallas! read more

Took my husband to Mirador for on a Friday evening for his birthday. We loved this place! It's located on the top floor of a high-end department store setting. We made reservations, but it's probably not needed as it was pretty empty at opening (around 6 PM). We loved the light, airy ambiance with all the large windows. We enjoyed surrounding views of Downtown Dallas (including the cantilevered pool that hangs over Main Street at the Joule Hotel!) The food portions were on the smaller size, but they were tasty and felt like high-quality ingredients. We also ordered two desserts -- the Lemon Pavlova (so unique! Would return just to eat this) and the Blueberry Tart (husband didn't leave a crumb). Our server was also kind enough make a small gesture to celebrate my husband's birthday; a very pleasant surprise. Thanks for an enjoyable evening, Mirador! read more

This restaurant is amazing! The food and view do not disappoint. We went on a Friday and it wasn't packed, so I'm not sure if reservations are needed. We were able to get a table outside and we had a great view of downtown. This was the perfect spot to bring my family who was visiting Dallas. It's a bit pricey but you're a paying for really good food, a good view and a beautiful ambience. I would definitely come back! Probably one of my favorite spots in Dallas. And you need to try the shrimp and grits! That was probably my favorite! The service was super friendly as well. If you are going after 6pm the entrance is a bit tricky. Make sure to get dropped off at elm street. You have to go in to the store to get into the elevator. read more

I often visit downtown Dalla as a business, but this was my first time to use this restaurant. Great place to have business dinner or a dinner with your precious ones. First of all, taste of dishes were so nice. Well balanced with salty and sweety. It's not normal American foods. I love so much. Volume of dishes were a little bit small. So for some Americans it would be not enough. Second, atmosphere was great. The owner of this restaurant is the same as boutiques and "giant eye" sculpture. Interior and atmosphere were stylish and sophisticated. Price is not cheap, but I think it is reasonable taking quality and atmosphere into consideration. Location is complex and you might lose your way if you use google map. read more
A nice dinner experience overall. My date and I shared the deviled eggs and tuna crudo. Both were pretty good, but I've had better. The eggs seemed to be missing a certain zing, and the tuna crudo was slightly on the fishy side. My entree was the salmon, and it's probably one of the best I've had in recent memory. It was cooked to perfection...slightly pink on the inside with a crispy skin. My date had the crispy duck. I had a taste and, though it was good, I didn't love it. I like skin and fat with my duck, and this duck was lean and clean. Just a matter of preference, I guess. The highlights of our night at Mirador didn't involve food. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Large windows really seemed to bring the city into the dinner experience. And after dinner, we took photos in the outside patio area. I also loved our server--friendly, attentive, and very professional. I recommend Mirador for those looking for a sophisticated and metropolitan dinner. read more

Miraaaaaaaaaaaaador. You are a gem. Boyfriend and I planned our Valentine's day date for the day after so it wouldn't be as crowded, but oh my lawd you guys are so intimate and delicious. The restaurant is located on the fourth floor of forty-five-ten building, which has its own courtyard and right next to the infamous giant eyeball. Once we went up the elevator to the restaurant, we got seated per our reservation. The restaurant has so many floor to ceiling windows that makes me want to come back in the summer daytime to sit and overlook downtown, but that'll be for next time hehe. Once we got seated, we ordered the caviar deviled eggs, cod cake, whipped ricotta toast and chicken paillard to share. The eggs were so good! We were really curious about the caviar and realized it added the right amount of bite to an ordinary classic. The whipped ricotta came on a separate plate from toasted bread and it was so rich and made me wonder if I could make it myself, but there are so many elements that would be difficult to recreate. Cod cake was great with a nice texture. They were thoughtful enough to split our chicken on two plates, and omg I've never had chicken so moist and tender as this paillard. I kept thinking it would be under-cooked but it was P E R F E C T. We couldn't leave dinner without some dessert and got the lemon pavlova. I've never had anything like this and the raspberry sorbet on the side added another element. You're gonna have to order it to see what's inside! Mirador is presented so lovely in their decor and food, it's somewhere I'll be recommending to all friends and family. I can't wait to come back! read more

Decided to have a Sister Day and after our mani/ pedi, we were starving to say the least. We decided to go somewhere we've both wanted to try for a while now, but haven't been to so, of course, Mirador came to our minds for lunch! It's located on the top floor of Forty Five Ten so I'm sure it's a great place to sneak in some people watching, too. The decor is fresh, bright, and airy. The service we received from Yesy was amazing as she was so attentive, thoughtful, and charming. ...but aside from those amazing points, what are we really here for? THE FOOD! ...so delicious! Loved our appetizers - the creamy and fluffy ricotta to the refreshing bites of our tuna crudo, I knew our meal was off to a wonderful start. My sister and I literally got quiet and caught ourselves saying, "yuuuum" at the same time, LOL! My fresh orecchiette was the perfect portion and I loved that they were able to make it spicy for me. I love pasta so that was a winner for me. Rounded out my meal with quite possibly one of the best desserts I've had, the lemon pavlova - don't leave without getting it. You can thank me later. read more

We were in Dallas for real estate convention. Found on Yelp, and we were not disappointed. The service was THE best we have had in YEARS, and we eat out a lot. Would come back just for that. We ordered the Ricotta Toast and Chicken Bites for apps, and were great. For lunch, 3 had burgers and I had Tomato Soup. Hands down best I ever had. With fresh cilantro and the cream, mmmm. read more

A tasteful, upscale setting for lunch. It sits above Forty Five Ten, on the fourth floor, and offers a gorgeous view of the city. The windows run from floor to ceiling, and there are balcony seating options with hedges between each table for a more private, scenic lunch affair, if the weather is nice. The service is wonderful - courteous, attentive, quick to refill drinks and remove unneeded utensils. You pay a pretty penny for the great service and food you receive. Every plate is presented beautifully. We started with the cod cake. Definitely recommend it! The creamy, crispy on the outside cake is perfectly complimented by the herbs. I had the farro bowl, after seeing the recommendations on instagram. It was definitely interesting, unlike anything I was expecting. My date described the texture as that of trailmix - crunchy and a combination of ingredients I couldn't make out separately. It was surprisingly flavorful and light, but filling. The most unique salad I've had to date. He had the Mirador burger, which was delicious. Indeed a gourmet burger, from the special, grainy buns to the juicy, perfectly cooked patty. He also ordered a cup of tomato soup, which was rich and savory. Overall, a great experience! Beautiful, classy atmosphere, wonderful service, and fresh, perfectly prepared plates. read more
