I've lived here for the past 5 years and I can tell you that the restaurants around this area are overpriced hipster crap. But soirée is the only hipster overpriced place where the help think they are better than you. They constantly block the driveway to get through for stupid reasons. And are disrespectful to the community. I'm not sure why they think we would be respectful back. Here are pictures of their nice vehicle illegally parking and making it harder for the community for "reference" the food tasted okay not the best.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Are you looking for a comfortable place to do some remote work, while enjoying your morning coffee?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe you're looking for something to eat, then you will enjoy gleaning over their food options. Soirée's is definitely the place you're looking for. Customer service is wonderful.

I had a nice brunch at Soirée. The staff was friendly and there was live music. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great vibes and family friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered fish & grits and it wasn't bad, it just wasn't my style and I didn't care for it. I prefer cheese grits with a cream sauce versus a gravy. I'd go back and order something else.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Amazing spot. It has art, culture, elite vibes, and fried fish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What more could you ask for. This is a coffee shop. But it offers so much more. You could leave business cards. Get a hot lunch ( I had fried fish and shrimp Alfredo. I came here two different times and the staff were consistent. Friendly, helpful, gave recommendations, and answered questions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Decor was beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The people were too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This place is a must if your in the area. What a creative spin on a coffee shop.

Came here for a girls' brunch and we basically ordered the entire menu to share -- no regrets. The rasta pasta must be a star because it was already sold out, and we were so sad to miss it. Next time for sure. The catfish and grits were cooked perfectly and full of flavor -- highly recommended. The fried chicken was seasoned just right, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and juicy inside. Waffles were soft and fluffy, exactly how they should be. Get the Avacado toast for a lighter option. The mimosa flight was a nice touch, and they make a killer espresso martini. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Huge bonus points for the live jazz -- it really elevated the whole brunch experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great food, great drinks, great vibes. Perfect spot for a girls' brunch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A win for Soirée Coffee Bar! I love a good coffee drink. The Billie Holiday (Dulce de Leche) was a dream! It was a warm and sweet treat for a midday break. The baristas were eager to answer my "first timer" questions. I thought it was great that they made me aware of their lunch menu and weekend brunch. Look forward to return visits.

I'm determined to try the food here one day, but unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure to eat at Soiree yet. The food menu looks delicious though. That said, I have gotten coffee here twice, and my drink and the service have been good both times. I've gotten a lavender vanilla iced latte with almond milk both times I've come. They have a lot of flavor options to choose from for beverages. I will say that the prices are a bit high though. My small sized drink was $7, which is more than Starbucks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of Soiree is nice and they had live jazz on Saturday when I arrived at 2pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd return for sure. I came on

Really nice Black owned spot to remote work, grab brunch with a friend or sit on the small patio and enjoy coffee or tea! It's counter service and there's plenty of free retail parking in the back! I came here for brunch with my sisters for a birthday lunch and this was the perfect choice! The food was super fresh and filling! We ordered the catfish Po' boy which came with a side of fries! Caesar salad with salmon and Alfredo pasta! For drinks we ordered the Miles Davis: a spiked latte with rum. I like it but the coffee flavor was a bit stronger than I liked. My siblings both got a "spiked" lemonade with (D'usse) that was incredible, perfectly sweetened, and blended! Everything was made fresh and service was pretty quick. It was also wonderful to meet the owner. He took the time to greet all customers which was so thoughtful! I'll be back when in the area. I LOVE that they have live music & a great brunch menu on the weekends! Highly recommend!!

4.2 out of 5. Black-owned gem We visited Soirée Coffee Bar during happy hour and enjoyed a great mix of great music, small bites and drinks. We ordered the fried zucchini fries, Southwest egg rolls, spinach dip, salmon fries, and the "What a wonderful Rita" cocktail. The standout of the visit was definitely the zucchini fries--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Southwest egg rolls were tasty, the salmon bites were good, while the spinach dip was a bit too oily for our liking. The "WHAT A Wonderful Rita" lived up to its name--a refreshing and well-balanced cocktail that hit the spot. Take home message: a end of week happy hour vibe with solid food and drinks. We'll be back for those zucchini fries and another round of ritas!

Enjoyed coming here for brunch as it's been on my list to try for a while since the Brunchaholics partnership ended. I ordered fish and grits with a strawberry mimosa. It was really good. The fried fish might have been a little over seasoned/salty but still edible. The Gouda cheese grits were perfect. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love that there was live music on Sunday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the vibes inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress was really nice.

I initially came here thinking I'd have the opportunity to enjoy their brunch menu. I went on a Monday morning to learn that brunch is revered for the weekend. Though I was a little upset by that, I did enjoy a really good caramel latte with almond milk! I spoke with the sweetness lady who was so patient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely a nice establishment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll have to return the next time I'm in the city to try their brunch.

This place is so amazing I went to their weekend brunch two weekends in a row. The food is spectacular, made with quality ingredients, clean and delicious. The Rasta pasta is the star of the show. It's perfect. The oxtail, shrimp, chicken and waffles are all 10/10. The ambiance is nice. It's a very clean establishment and the service is excellent. The craft lattes and bar drinks are delicious as well. All positive here and I can't wait to go back

The cutest coffee shop! When I walked in, I literally said "Ooooo this is cuuuuuute!" I'm a true coffee lover so when I see a shop, I have to stop. We walked in to a beautiful mural of jazz musicians and a cozy couch. There is more than enough seating with the options of booths, tables and bar seating. There is also outdoor seating. The menu items are named after musicians and the entire shop has a jazz/blues theme. They serve food and the fish seemed to be the go to because while enjoying the shop, there were four different orders of fish brought out. I ordered a Billie Holiday and my husband had a Lena Horne. The Billie Holiday was okay but I tasted the Lena Horne and it was really good. The service was good in terms of what is expected. The background music was at a level where you could hear it and could have a conversation without screaming or talking loud. This place is perfect to study, have a quick meeting with a colleague, enjoy coffee with a friend or some alone time.

The apps were the Aguachile which was the better of the two, and the other were the crab croquettes which were packed with crab but lacked in flavor. Of the entrees the blacked catfish was the better one. The only issue was the huge portion of mashed potatoes which were reminiscent of powered mash, but the catfish itself was outstanding. On the other side I've never had a lobster roll before but this genuinely has no flavor and has experienced some serious shrinkflation when compared to other pictures here on yelp of it. The fries were great though. The dessert also was nothing memorable and was a very basic bread pudding that could've been warmer. Overall, I was not impressed by Pesca as the reviews may have led me to believe, but it is still a solid place in trinity groves that deserves be more attention.
