Not worth the hype, at all. They have a paper waitlist but they pay no attention to it. Tried to skip me until I spoke up and then didn't even read my request to have acrylic added to my toenail, when I told the woman she was shaking, I think it was her first time doing acrylic, she literally looked around for help from her coworkers. She didn't put the top coat on the nails so it looked off. My toenail with acrylic was hurting, I had to take it off. It was so lumpy. I wish I could give it 1 star. the prices are cheap but that's because you will definitely sacrifice in every other area: cheaper quality products, poorer quality work and horrible customer service. I came in at 5pm and was 4th in line for a pedicure and fill. I was not serviced for my pedicure until after the closing time at 7:00. They have a paper wait list but skipped me multiple times. I tried to still be polite and wait it out when I sat down for my pedicure I asked if I would still be able to also get my nails done and the lady asked me if I could come back tomorrow I told her no I had an event to go to the next morning which is why I was coming to get my nails done. She proceeds to I hope relay the message to her coworkers in another language. halfway through my pedicure I see nail technicians leaving and I ask again because the priority was for my nails to be done. as she's putting on my shoes at the end of the pedicure she tells me I have to come back tomorrow and another technician yells they are tired. No apology, no discount and now my toes and nails are two completely different colors and my nails aren't done and it's too late to go anywhere else. I was on a hunt for a new nail tech and this place totally turned a loyal client down. After the rude service I just received from the manager/owner of this salon I'm so glad not to be a client. I'm don't care about cost but I care about the product and the service that I pay for. Too bad this place has some great nail techs but I'm not about to sit at this place for 2 plus hours with some rude a** people! All I wanted was a fill and color change from Lien and asked that I use my own nail products because of health codes and also to avoid any bacteria. Plus i like to know what product is really being used on my nails and not just some cheap stuff put into a brand name bottle. Kinda glad I was turn down! She's quick and precise. $12 for lip and eyebrows. If you're more into a natural look, this wouldn't be the appropriate place to go.
