The vibes in the shop were nice and cozy, the playlist was kept me singing the entire time, and Nancy was so nice and knowledgeable about my nails. The salon does not allow for regular polish, you can get Gel Nail polish bcus it dries faster. I was advised due to the space they cannot accommodate regular nail polish because it takes longer to dry. This is not advised prior to your service. It's ridiculous that you have to pay an additional feesnd receive service you don't want because they don't have the space to accommodate the time it takes for regular polish to dry. I did not want the gel polish because of the products that are used in it. I asked to go ahead and get regular polish and I would pay the fee for gel nail. They would not accommodate. Therefore, I had to risk health reasons in getting the gel nail polish rather than regular. Again, ridiculous. read more

Not only are they so nice, but every tech is really talented in what they do! My go to is Jason. He's amazing at shape and application. He knows how to do a smooth finish for dip nails And most shops leave your dip application a bumpy mess. Especially if you're like me and like long nails. If you like the up-to-date modern nail designs, jasmine (the owner) is your girl! She is a master at what she does. And not only is she amazing at nails but also such a personable person. Found out about this location on Yelp and the reviews were aeesome! I wanted Jasmine to work on my nails but I did not call and set an appointment. So upon my arrival she was booked to capacity.... However I was able to have Mike work on my nails and he did an awesome job with no complaints over here.... Since coming have got nothing but tons of compliments on my nails!!! I'm so upset with myself about not making an appointment first.... So I told Jasmine that I would definitely be making appointment going forward and I look forward to my next experience.... It was such a warm and cozy feel talking with the other clients and with Jasmine, Mike, Ashley and Hannah! You will pay for what you get!!! However if you're looking for the latest Styles and nails with rhinestones and the ballerina (Coffin look) then this is the place to be. She can do anything if you have a look if you got a picture of it bring it it can be accomplished!!! I got my nails dipped and I got a pedicure as well.... The owner is rude! I had an appointment as a first time customer and when asked how long I had to wait she was rude, then the make worker tried to repeat it and I was about to bounce until she cleaned it up. I guess she think because she can do modern styles she can do what she want...no ma'am, your attitude sucks! And they have limited gel colors. Worst of all she speaks like she's ethnic or like she's cool or whatever when Black customers come in and then is overly friendly and tries to be "super professional" when White customers come in, like TF, your weird! The lady doing my pedicure was ok, but definitely mediocre! First and last time there! She not that good and I refuse to spend my money with people playing games like that..we don't have yo be treated that way when spending our money! It's a million nail shops boo! I was recommended this place by my Aunt but this was by far the worst nail shop experience I've ever had. I'm pregnant and I brought my 3 year old with me. I was in there over 4 hours for a simple nail set and pedicure. I had one hand that needed my old set taken off and when Jasmine took them off, she did not care about the level of pain. She used a sharp metal instrument and peeled the old set off one by one with me having a pain reaction in the chair. I had to tell her "you're hurting me" for her to use less force and consider that this was painful for me. A part of the nail on my index finger came up STUCK to the old set she was peeling off. Then I told her when she started to do my nails to please not make the acrylic on them thick, but natural looking. She did not understand this request and assumed that I was talking about where I wanted a "line." I requested an American manicure and I've gotten this for many years at other nail salons and THERE IS NO LINE. It simply fades from pink to white - it is not a French Manicure. She gave me a line and it was high up which made me look like I had a short nail bed. I stopped her on the first one and showed her on Google what it is supposed to look like. Jasmine argued with me and Google in front of her customers. She then proceeded to pass me off to a younger nail tech which I was fine with. She gave me a bowl to soak off the acrylic she put on me and the overpowering smell of the acetone hit me in my face. I tried to sit there and deal with it, and not make a fuss. Then I was becoming light-headed and I asked her if she recommends acetone for her pregnant clients. Her response was"It depends on the individual," which made me wonder if this was my payback for disagreeing with her. She had me continue soaking my nails in the acetone for ten more minutes while she worked on other clients, until I said I couldn't take it anymore, then she easily drilled off the acrylic. Thank God my 3 year old went to sleep. The younger nail tech was nice and so was the pedicure guy but I was charged an additional $20 for what she calls ombre and everywhere else calls it American manicure. She is stuck in her ways and I would not recommend this nail shop. They took everyone that walked through the door which made everyone wait for an insane amount of time. Her staff is good so the customers waited. American manicure with one hand nail removal, coffin shaped short, and one Basic pedicure ran me $118. I came from California and it was cheaper there. I won't forget how she left me feeling. read more

I didn't get to finish nails and she was rude to her staff, but definitely"put-on" according to certain people. I am not satisfied with the quality of my service I received today as a first time customer. I got a sloppy pedicure job which you can see in the photos where the right corner of my toe is clearly uneven and misaligned with the rest of my toenail and also the paint is just sloppy and ugly in general. I asked her a simple manicure and she did not ask me how I wanted the shape or length to be she just did her own thing and as you can see my nails are the shortest they have ever been. I contacted the owner and all she offered was for me to come back but there's no way I'm going back there. Before I left the tech actually did try to fix it and I sat back in the chair where she just complained so what makes the owner think that I wanna go back at this point? I have been frequenting this place for 8 months and they still don't know my name. No problem. Finally made an official appointment for which I was super early. No problem. I don't mind waiting because it's "me" time. I walked in with NO greeting. The owner Jasmine, looked toward my direction first then quickly turned back to her client while I was signing in. (All within my peripheral.) After I was finished then I hear, "Hi. How are you? What would you like?" I shared that I was there for an appointment for dip powder. I was quickly seated at a station for my service. Fast forward.... I chose 2 colors: black (my favorite color in the world) with a pop of gold accentuated on each ring finger. Always bet on black but to my surprise, the gold included specs of green. Had I known, I would have chosen something different. It doesn't look bad but it isn't what I wanted. AND there seemed to be an issue with the clear coat Helen used. I believe the clear polish was old and almost gone. It left streaks on my nails that SHE couldn't see. I will admit, my vision isn't 20/20 but hell, Stevie Wonder would have noticed. It took 3 tries but Helen finally fixed my nails though not to my satisfaction. I gave up. I was tired after being there for over 2 hours. Her saving grace or I suppose MY saving grace (for not making a scene) was that my service was discounted through their rewards program. When a customer pays in cash, stamps are received on your loyalty card. Earn 10 stamps and you receive $10 off. I usually enjoy my experience at Jasmine's. I did not this time. First time visiting this place. They were busy 10 minutes after they opened on a Sunday. We were doing two pedicures and they said they could take us both right away. Apparently what this meant was that we would both sit down, they did my pedicure and then the same person did my step mom's after mine was done. So the "express pedicure" meant we were there for over an hour. The place was nice and their methods were clean. The pedicures came out really nice and the staff were friendly. We had a good time and were happy with the results. I just took away one star for the fact that my step mom had to sit there and wait for me to get mine done and then I had to wait for her. I don't live in Texas so I don't foresee myself going again but my step mom took their rewards card and she may likely return. read more

I went there yesterday, and my experience was awful! I decided to try this nail salon because of their advertisement. They appear to be able to do the type of designs that I pin on my Pinterest. Well, it seems that the only person that can do those designs is Jasmine, and she does them by appointment only. In addition to not being able to get the design that I wanted, I was charged an additional $5 for my top coat. My pedicure polish looked like a 5 year old did it, and when I asked if I could have it repainted I was told that I had to wait for the nail tech to finish with the client that she took after me. I was very unhappy about the wait. I ended up being in the nail salon for about three hours! The only reason I gave it one star is because zero was not an option. I also left a review of the nail salon on Facebook while I was waiting to get my toenails repolished. The owner of the establishment, Jasmine, saw my review and confronted me abt it in a very disrespectful way in front of other clients. Very unprofessional!!!! read more
