When we first came a little over a year ago, this place is super clean very well laid out. We have tried some other places in the past and nothing compares to the welcomeness and the home feeling you will get here. Every time we have came the nails have came out perfect. If you haven't tried this place give it a chance you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Diamond Nail spa since they first opened. They treat me with courtesy & respect. They know me by name and service my entire family. Trish always does my toes (she also does my husband's sensitive feet). Elain does my hands. The owners Tommy & Becky are great too! I started going here because of the specials they ran, but I stay for the service. They are literally family to me. My nail techs have been with me through COVID season, my heart surgery, life's ups and downs. We talk, we encourage each other and I look forward to my monthly service. Oh and that's another thing, my nails last at least a month! I get gel toes, dip hands on natural nails, and a wax each month.

Best experience ever! I was taken back immediately to get my full set dip nails done. Was offered a drink, the lady was super gentle on my nails. And she did an amazing job. Even got a little hand massage. Was charged only $52!

It really depends on the service you get at this nail salon. Pedicures are great and very relaxing. I have tried dip and gel nails and the work is very inconsistent. I've had a Wonderful dip and gel one time each. Now multiple times in a row I have had cracked dip nails from being made to thin 2 days after having them done. I decided to go back to gel since the dip is often made to thin. This time the gel has bubbles and is chipped one day later. They also charge more then other salons in the area so I wouldn't expect this to happen so soon. I've had gel nails from other salons last 3 weeks. It's really a shame because it's a beautiful salon.

This is the first place my husband and I came to when we moved to the area three years ago! We still come on a regular basis. Service is amazing. The owners and staff are very friendly and get to know you by name. Relaxing environment. Highly recommend coming here! read more

I DO NOT recommend gel Nails here. They don't last not even half a week. I went back to get the ones that started chipping, and the manager/owner questioned me what I had been doing to had them chipped. Instead of apologizing, she told me I could have them done again with a discount. First of all, I didn't have time for that, second of all, I didn't want to pay again in less than a week. I had them fixed and after 2 days, they chipped again and I DO wear gloves to wash my dishes btw. Walked out of there and still the manager/owner did not apologize. read more

Susan did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. I don't take the best care of my nails, so they had their work cut out for them. Tommy did my French dip nails. This is the best set of nails I've ever had. His attention to detail was beyond what I would expect. He made sure I looked beautiful. I can't wait to come back here. read more

Pedicure was good but don't put your phone number in for the rewards as they apparently sell your phone number. I hadn't had a single spam call in months and now I've had 8 different spam numbers call me in the last 24 hours after giving them my number for the "rewards program" read more

It really bothers me when I tell someone i don't want something and they do it anyway plus charge me. That was my experience at Diamond Nails. I specifically asked for no massage on my legs, I only wanted a basic pedicure. Get the callouses off, add moisture and paint my toes. They tried the massage and then charged me for it. If that is your thing fine, but it isn't mine. I hate massages because I don't like to be touched by strangers. I will NEVER go back. My tech wasn't very good either. read more

Pedicure was okay, but the service was not good. From the minute i came in you could tell that they didn't want people coming in that day. Waited 15-20 minutes for my pedicure to start, which i wouldn't mind if the rest of the experience was good. At the end, the lady said to wait a few minutes before i left for the polish to dry, pretty standard, but no one came back to check on my nails to see if they were dry and good to go. I waited another 20 minutes with 3 of the nail techs sitting next to me scrolling on their phones with their backs towards me, and no one seemed to notice or care, so i finally just checked the polish myself and went to the front. again, not a friendly experience checking out. Came home and my pedicure is patchy and really not good. Not worth the money at all & the way i was made to feel so uncomfortable was incredible! Don't waste your time. read more

I've been going to Diamond Nail for about 2 years now. In those 2 years I have been so pleased with the atmosphere, the service, the excellence and it is always delightful to go to. I had only 1 bad pedicure, I told the owner about it, and never had that person again. They aren't even there anymore. I was able to get a same day appointment in the afternoon. When I arrived, they were pretty busy, but they were able to see me immediately. The nail tech was really nice and did a great job on my gel manicure... like a really great job! The nail salon was spotless and offered many booths for manicures and they had many seats for pedicures. I guess soon they will be able to offer margaritas to customers (always an added plus)! read more

Well apparently if you're a male and walk in for a pedicure they give you Someone who doesn't know what they're doing.... Apparently they hire anybody off the street with no experience This is our ingrown toenails happen from Personnel not knowing how to give the correct pedicure.... Oh and also did I mention that I called ahead and asked for somebody that knew what they were doing I'm on my feet a lot I want to take care of them... so it's very important how are you supposed to find a reputable business read more

This place is amazing. I've come here about 4 times since i moved to the area. Each time I have had a different staff member work on me and every single one of them had done an outstanding job. I always get a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure and my hands and feel always look and feel so amazing when I leave. I can't forget to mention how kind everyone. The atmosphere is every clean and chill. They always have HGTV and Bravo on the TV screens and soothing music. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. read more

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place to get my nails done and this place did not disappoint they were amazing. The nail tech I had did a great job I had pink and white ombré grown out from my previous salon and he paid extra attention to try and color match the pinks and explained he might not have a perfect match because he didn't know what kind of pink they used. I appreciate his attention to detail and going to above and beyond to make me happy. They came out perfect and I will definitely be coming back to get my toes done read more

After a terrible experience in another salon, Vanessa fixed their irregular, too thick nails and turned them into beautiful natural nails that I'm so happy to show at an upcoming wedding! I just happened on this wonderful place through yelp. I highly recommend this salon! They're friendly, super clean, knowledgeable and the prices are more then fair for the service. Extremely dedicated to detail and customer oriented. This is my new place!!! Tim did my pedicure and did a fantastic job!!! They're surviving the covid outlines and smiling about it. It's sad to see a hometown place like this so empty when they should be packed!! If you're looking for a great nail salon this is it! Right between Kroger and 7-11 7/30/2020 Update: Midlothian this place is not a fluke! Went back today, had an appointment with Tim and unfortunately I didn't get the Lady's name, however, this place is super clean! The folks here are so friendly and so great at what they do! Suzanne was so pleasant and gentle with my ticklish footsies! I did the hot stone pedicure and it was luxurious! The gel polish is definitely the we way to go even though it's an extra $15. It's super shiny snd your toes are dry before you leave so no pedicure sandals are needed! I will go back and ask for Suzanne! read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I had a 10:30 appointment and I was not seen until 11:10. I made the appointment the day before and I had come a week prior and they were already messed up. They would not fix my nails because they said It was over a week even tho I had made the appointment the day before. I ended up getting gel since I had a flight to catch and literally an hour later on the way to the airport I noticed the gel on the nails were peeling off. First time and I will return! It's very clean, nicely decorated and service was great. I had a deluxe pedicure with gel, it was reasonably priced. My tech was Kim and I will be asking for her in the future. And the best part is the examples of gel polish aren't on those gigantic rings with plastic sticks, they are in books! It was so much easier seeing all the colors side by side and just easier to manage in general. Very pleased! read more

I visited tonight for the first time as a walk in because it's near my house. I only had to wait maybe 20 min to get to a chair which is good considering it's before a holiday and when I walked in everyone was already with a customer. I got a gel pedicure by Ms. Susan, she was very friendly and did a great job. I wanted a French manicure with dip but didn't realize the steps and precision that goes into that! Ms. Becky ended up staying after closing to finish my nails... she was so patient and thorough, I truly appreciated her and will definitely be back! read more

Not even four days later, my nails started popping off -- and not just lifting slightly, but completely coming off. Within five days, five nails had fallen off entirely. I paid $90 plus a tip, so I expected them to last much longer than that. I called the salon on Saturday after having my appointment on Monday and was simply told to "come in." I live 30-45 minutes away and chose this salon because I had heard such great things about it. When I explained my situation, I was told I was reporting the issue "too late" and that I should have come in as soon as it happened. I tried to explain that I couldn't immediately make the drive, and that the nails were coming off due to improper prep or not enough glue being used. After going back and forth on the phone for quite some time, asking either for a refund or to have my nails fixed for free (since they didn't last at all), they finally agreed to fix them at no charge. I arrived right when they opened at 9:30am, only to be told the manager was running late. She didn't arrive until 10:00am. After looking at my nails, she then told me she could only offer 20% off because it was my fault for not coming in sooner. At that point, not only had I wasted my time and gas, but what I was told on the phone was not honored. Even the receptionist looked at my nails and acknowledged the issue, yet I was still only offered a discount. I left feeling frustrated and upset. After I got home, they called and offered 40% off -- but this was after I had already made the long trip and left. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The customer service felt dismissive and rude throughout the entire situation. To make matters worse, after my boyfriend posted a review about our experience, they began repeatedly calling our phones again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on how this situation was handled

Unfortunately I can't say the same about the tech working on my hands. She cut me on 3 different occasions while filing my nails. The length of my nails are uneven considering I had tips placed. I told her they were a tad bit longer than my preference but she insisted she'd file them down. Which she did not. I also expressed the length again and she brushed me off. I have been getting ny nails done for many years and she missed so many steps in the process. She definitely rushed her work just to be done. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because again, my pedicure was great.
