So hubby and I were passing by after having dinner at Lonestar Burger and while walking to our car we passed by this nail salon. I had been looking for a good nail salon and have never been before and decided to go in. I was immediately welcomed in and I asked did they have time do my nails. They said yes. A told the nice little lady this was my first time and I did not really know what I wanted. She placed several nail color swatches in front of me and I selected the color I wanted. She asked did I want to try the dip? And of course I said ok because I did not know what nail stuff was. She was very gentle , asked me what length I wanted and through out the whole process she kept asking me did the shape look ok. It did. Then another little lady came by and brought my husband and I a bottle of water . What a nice gesture! There was. TV mounted in the wall behind the lady and had gentle, soothing music playing and serene images on the TV. It was so relaxing in there I wanted to fall asleep. She finished in about 45 minutes. She oiled my fingers and then put lotion on both my hands and then began massaging my hands and fingers! Bones were a popping and cracking and I looked at her and we both burst out in crazy laughter because I told her that I was not expecting that! She asked did it hurt? I said, no, keep going and we could not stop laughing. My nails look so beautiful ! Everyone was so sweet and professional! Thank you so much T. Number one excuse for a nail tech messing up the shape of a nail is that "your nail is just crooked". I absolutely hated this experience. I've been getting my nails done for ever 10+ years and never had a nail tech tell me my nail was crooked. This was just beyond uncalled for. You can see the strokes of the brush on my nail. It's all dark and not what I wanted. He argued with my mom telling me that he knows it crooked and that it was just how it is. $55 for the worst paint and shape ever. I was just beyond upset. Will never return to this location. After he fixed the shape, he painted my French tip crooked... Beyond fed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROSE NAILS. read more

very rude service, i was rushed trying to pick out what color i want then once he sat me down i should him the color i wanted and he said that it's the same color i picked as my inspiration picture. it is DEFINITELY not even close to the same color. he made my mail VERY crooked and my mom asked him kindly if he could fix it and started getting very angry and raising his voice saying that it's my finger that's crooked and that he was going to take all my nails off and that it's going to burn if he fixed my crooked nail. i got these done jan 6 it's now the jan 9th and it already looks like i need a fill. very bad service and i do not recommend coming here read more

Waited for 10 min while everyone just looked around finally someone walks to me and tells me that I have to wait because she has an appointment like seriously it would have been nice to know ahead before you made me wait. I really wanted to give this place a 2nd chance but not anymore. Do not recommend this place. Nope. Nope. Nope. I came here with a friend to be pampered and have a relaxing girls day to get our nails done. When we got here, we asked for the dip colors and they gave us about 5 rings full of colors. We asked them if we could sit down and look at the colors, they told us to sit at the stations. About 4 employees came and stood around us literally with their hands on their hips waiting for us to pick something. NOBODY LIKES TO BE RUSHED WHEN PICKING A COLOR! We wanted to be seated next to each other while getting our pedicures, but they put us about 2 chairs apart. When I took off my shoes, they literally looked at my feet and started talking to each other. They all looked at my feet! Lol I know it sounds funny, but literally one lady came from the back to look at my feet! Rude! I mean, I have chubby feet but jeeze, they literally made me feel like a monster. Haha. Moving on, the pedicure was fine, not worth $35 at all though. My manicurist was doing my nails while I was getting a pedicure. She got super glue on 3 fingers. It dripped under my nails and got on the tips of my fingers. She forgot to put top coat on 2 nails. When I asked her to come fix them, she grabbed my hands and said, "what?!" I said, "Fix them, my nails feel rough and I want you to take the glue off my fingers and put oil on my cuticles!" This place made me irritated. She did a half ass job and walked away. When I get my nails done, I rarely say anything but I just could not wait to get out of here! When I was paying, she would not give me my card until I signed the receipt. Not going back. I am not sure if the owners are Tommy and Dina (the older gentleman and woman who sits at the first desk when you walk in) but even if they aren't, they are so great! I can't see how anyone can have a bad experience here. They have the greatest selection on colors, they will accommodate doing your nails and a pedi at the same time if they can. You get a neck massage by hand after you're done with your pedicure and a hand and arm massage after your nails. It is also refreshing as a Christian to go to a nail place and not see Buddha everywhere. I have always had a good experience here and I will wait as opposed to going somewhere else. I highly recommend rose nails. There's a reason they're rated number 1 every year. read more

I will never come here again! I came in Friday evening for a fill and by later that night, two of my nails were lifting off and the top coat on one was chipping away. By the next evening the tip of that nail had broken off because it was so thin. I came in to get the nails repaired and was basically ignored. I sat down to wait my turn, but was passed over 3 times for customers that came in after me for pedicures. Not real sure how people can say such nice things about this place. read more

I went in today with my daughter and we both got a deluxe pedicure and manicure with gel. The pedicure was the best I have had in a long time!! They take great care in making sure you are relaxed. They used hot stones on your legs to massage and they also massage your neck and back when you are waiting for your toes to dry. Seriously the worst nail place in Midlothian! We only went here because my mom heard they did dip nails (SNS). The guy that works there is absolutely the rudest person and he basically kicked me out his chair because I changed the powder I wanted. He ended up doing my sister's nails and 2 fell off the next day. They weren't just rude to my family, some other lady came in with an appointment but wanted to add a pedicure and they acted like it was impossible and it was her fault they couldn't do it. No one greeted me when I walked in. I waited for 30 minutes when there was open chairs and all they did was talk. I got acrylic nails and when she was done I told her that one of them was not rounded. It was uneven and she said no it was fine. I brought my own nail polish and they charged me extra to put my glitter on my nail. So if you want a clobber top coat. Do it yourself or you'll have to charge an extra fee. Don't go here. read more

Went to this nail salon just the other day with a friend to get dip nails and didn't have the best experience. Reasons being, whenever I walked in, no one was there to help rather you needed to walk up to someone and ask around, communication was very very poor, the women who did my nails was not only rude, but probably didn't understand English, which I understand not everyone knows English perfectly. However she was very quick with everything and if I haven't had said to stop with some of the things she was doing, she probably would've messed up my nails. Already all but two of my nails are actually the same length and there are a few that aren't level (got coffin nails). The nails they put on looked a little chipped or 'worn' in a way as well. I was still satisfied to an extent, but for what I paid, I could've gotten something much better somewhere else. read more
