I hate when my underside of my nails are curved in at the ends. I asked her to please "flatten" them. Make them so that the underneath was not curved. She said it was not possible to do it. I just got them done today 10/07/2026 and had to go home and use an 80/80 nail board to fix them myself the way I wanted them to be.

I had made an appointment for Lucky nails for a Saturday morning around opening. When I arrived the…read moregirl at the front didn't seem to care I had an appointment. I first received my pedicure which was rushed and my toes are crooked. I had chosen one of the more expensive pedicures so it sucked that she was skipping steps. My friend had the same pedicure next to me so you could clearly tell I was being rushed. We thought they would start on our nails or at least soak my friends off but they didn't. Meanwhile another lady walked in and was able to get her nails and toes done at the same time. After are pedicures they left us waiting then finally took us to the other side of the shop for our nails. I must say all of Stars are for the nails! Sonny did the most beautiful THICK dip nails for me! I love them thicker so they won't crack. All my nails are even and gorgeous!! The down side was we were there over 3 hours with an appointment so having one really doesn't help. We did a lot of waiting around. I do see myself going back for dip nails by Sonny! I will be skipping the pedicures though unless he's able to do both.

Very classy and elegant. Anna has been doing my nails for over a year now and she is super sweet and extremely talented. My pedicure was amazing. The chairs are so comfy and relaxing, but the foot massage was incredible. I would highly recommend this lounge and would give them 10 stars if I could. will be telling others about my experience I had there.
