I hate places where they try to nickel and dime you for service. I came in for a fill and they charged me an extra five dollars to shape my nails as if this does not come with the fill. I paid extra to have my nails cut down and I paid for the shape of my nails and for a fill that makes no sense to me. I got French tip on my toes and fingers but my toes got infected would not recommend they were sweet people but clearly not clean my fingers were no problem but it was done by separate people it's a blister looking thing on each big toe one left foot it's sorta brown. Plus the nails on my hands were not the best looked super dirty and did not clean them up at all around the skin. They were nice for the most part. I went to Pearl Nails for the first time today with my mum who is a long time customer and I LOVED IT !! I got a dip manicure with a little design and got everything I could've asked for. I don't get nails often, and have a bad habit of picking and biting at them, but it was no issue for Lena! She was so gentle and attentive and always made sure I was comfortable and didn't need anything. At the end, she gave me a hand massage and with the nice acoustic music, I was so relaxed. 100% will go back for my next set of nails and couldn't recommend their business more! read more

I went in today for a pedicure. Henry and Lena, the new owners, are fantastic. They do great work, are super friendly, and they are just the neatest family. I have chronic splits in my nails and Henry always fixes them, fixes them way better than anyone else has. My gel polish looks fantastic, and he never hurts me when trimming cuticles, scrubbing calluses, or giving the foot massage. I'm a very happy customer and will 100% be back. read more

This is my first Yelp review because I've never been compelled to leave a review for a place until now. I have been going here regularly for about 3-4 months, and it's the best overall nail salon experience I've had. I feel like not many people know about this salon since it's kind of hidden off of 287, but I definitely recommend giving it a try if you're near Midlo. Lena is awesome! She's very kind and always wants to make sure you're happy with what you're getting. I've gotten a couple of dip manis here and they always last a solid 2-2.5 weeks before they start to chip (I work with my hands a lot so I'm sure they'd last even longer for someone who is more gentle). My Gel pedis have lasted months. I typically go on a weekday and there is never a wait which is nice. Their pricing is very reasonable and soooo much better than the Dallas salons. Love people great message on pedi sometimes iffy on mani over all 4 1/2 Nov 2 They have no sense of decorum constantly yammering in whatever it is they speak I have ask several times that they not do they during my pedi as it's disturbing to constant hear. I went on sat had horrible manicure so bad that my daughter and I had to go somewhere else (VILLA NAILS ) to have removed and start over . I have been coming here for a long time, but recently the guy who usually did my nails left. I have tried many different people that have not been good, but today was the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The owner messed up on my dip powder and didn't want to fix it when I asked, but did anyway but didn't fix it all the way. While doing my nails she was trying to someone else's as well and then passed me off before even being done. When I was upset about my nails not being done after being corrected she grabbed me and shoved her hands in my face trying to show me she was "right" but wasn't understanding why I was upset. I also got a bikini wax and when I got home.... WAS NOT COMPLETELY WAXED. Down right not worth the money at all. Go somewhere else. read more

Pearl is a new place in midlothian, i tried once for a pedicure. I loved the pedicure but seemed i was there for 2 hours just for a pedicure. The second time i was there i was told they only specialized in dip and white tip only. Since when is that? How do you conduct business ONLY with those limited options? Came here on a Friday night and it wasn't as busy as other salons. I had gel nails done and a pedicure. They allowed my husband to pay over the phone as this was a gift spa from my husband. I really didn't have anything negative happen. I may be back for my eye brows. read more

I really enjoyed my experience here. Pricing was good. Service was good. My tech conversed with me but he also let me enjoy the relaxing side the pedicure. I have been to many salons here in Midlothian that just rush through the pedicure and/or nail services that it's not enjoyable or good quality services. This place took their time. My experience is with a pedicure. This place is beautiful, very friendly atmosphere. They are up to date on all the next level treatments. I was welcomed with all smiles, followed by my drink order (fun drinks also), next was shown to my chair and given a hot neck roll. Heavenly. Don't panic when you don't see a bunch of nail polishes hanging on a wall in tacky shelves, that's not how this place presents itself. Instead you are given 2 professional nail polish books with colors to choose from while your feet soak. They have pedis that range from $30-$60. So far no drawbacks at all. My tech is Anna and she is paying special attention to my feet and their well being. Currently I am 9mths pregnant, and due to constant swelling have skin abrasions that look like burns that she noticed, that I hadn't even noticed. So she made sure not to scrub on them. Very nice! I went for a fill because it's close too my work, co-workers warmed me it was bad but I was desperate. I got the dip. Now they aren't even the same length. I left unfinished after an hour. read more
