I've enjoyed every time I've been to this nail salon. I see Ben there and he is kind, friendly and an excellent nail tech. He does a better job on my nails than anyone I've gone to. He listens to me and does my nails like I ask unless he thinks there's something that will look better and we discuss that. I really like the salon. The young ladies at the front are cute and sweet as well as efficient. The place is beautiful and has every amenity desired. I highly recommend Villa Nail Spa! read more

I came here with high hopes as someone recommended it to me. I had a full set done and a pedicure. My pedicure was great, and the tech was very gentle. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the tech working on my hands. She cut me on 3 different occasions while filing my nails. The length of my nails are uneven considering I had tips placed. I told her they were a tad bit longer than my preference but she insisted she'd file them down. Which she did not. I also expressed the length again and she brushed me off. I have been getting ny nails done for many years and she missed so many steps in the process. She definitely rushed her work just to be done. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because again, my pedicure was great. read more

Trash, leaving now and the woman broke my natural nail while lilly the owner/manager proceeds to over talk me and want me to "relax" and be ok with her drilling my natural nail when all I asked for was a soak off. NEVER again! Horrible service, horrible management and poor Tina who was working on my pedicure I tipped her ten for simply taking my polish off. Learn how to run a business. Donkey behavior. When I got my nails done I loved them. 3 days later I noticed they had become yellow. I understand that nails get "old" and UV hurts the color but it was only 3 days!!! More yellow splotches had began to appear and they said it was normal when I went to ask if they could fix it. I still don't believe that after 3 DAYS nails could do that bc my past sets have never. I think they were not cured enough or correctly but I do not recommend their nail spa! read more

Best nail salon I've ever been to. I've driven 2 1/2 hours to my last mail location but now I have the best just across town from me. Great service great quality great skills ask for Ben he's the best here but there's others here that do great too. I've been coming here since they opened and I came Garry from another nail salon by Walmart and they had me happy when I left and I've come ever since always satisfied. Lilly, the "manager," there, is soooooo RUDE and HATEFUL. The second I walked into the door, she seemed offended. I asked an opinion of which option fill wise I should go with. She started to raise her voice like I was a dumb individual. Then I had questions to why my friend paid $35 last time for a fill and why I'm being charged $50 unaware that it was a different type of fill than my friend had. All I did was ask one simple question. She then became so loud and obnoxious in front of ALL clients bc I questioned what I was being charged for. Then she had my friend sit while I got my nails done and NEVER asked my friend if she was ready to start her nails. 45 mins of wasted time for my friend! It's one thing to overcharge people and then be rude on top of that. Prices change depending on which manager you get that day. They just lost TWO customers. We will NOT be going back. I've been disappointed in the customer service and the price. The owners do not have good customer service, the charged you for everything, and the price changed often. To cut down my nails because they were too long, I was charged $5. I'm 58 years old and never had anyone charge me to cut my nails. It was always part of the service. I tried this salon for the first time today. Was very conveniently located. I had my previous dip from another salon soaked off, and I got a unique chrome design. They had a good selection when it came to color options. You have to specially ask to see the chrome ones. It took a little longer than normal, I was in there a total of 1.5 hrs for just a manicure. Obviously the design was more complex, but still a lot longer than other places in the past. My nail tech was Ben, he was good and listened to what I wanted with my nails. Love how they turned out, but disappointed with the price. I don't get tips on my nails, and they charged me $60. ($15 extra for the chrome) read more

Love the place, just not the services. I've tried many times to give this place the benefit of the doubt but one visit after another and I think it's time to drive further for a better experience. I use to do manicure and pedicure however I quit doing my manicures there. I would do the dip powder and within the same day if my nail hit taped the coat would crack. And since it would still be intact with my nail it wouldn't fall off so I would have cracked dip powder until it eventually fell off. I think quit doing my nails there because I noticed this wasn't just a once time deal it was every since time I got my nails done there. It's like there choice of brand is not the strongest. So I said okay let's just stick to pedicures. But ughhh no again, this is the next morning from getting a pedicure yesterday and my soles don't even feel replenished or soft. You can even feel a softness coat from the oil. I know all massagers are different so that I don't mind but the quality in their work just isn't great, I'd rather drive towards Mansfield and leave with my toes on cloud nine and soft and slippery from the oil versus leaving with a foot wash. read more

I'm gonna be honest, this was my third stop on a Thursday afternoon. Apparently, that's when all of Midlothian get their nails done. I started at the most highest rated salon in the area and worked my way to this one. Maybe that's why I able to get right in. Regardless, I really needed a pedicure and this was my only day that I had time. I was slightly worried considering the reviews, but I had a really great experience! I was greeted promptly, offered beverages as they sat me in my chair. Ryan, my nail tech, was friendly and really took his time. It was the best Pedicure I've had in a long time. I typically do my own nails, but I'm pregnant and can no longer reach my feet. Pedicures do seem a touch pricy these days, especially when you get gel polish. But since I'm only having to get them temporarily, it's worth it to keep my toes up to standard. It could be tech specific in regards to your experience but mine was good and thought Ryan should get a shout out for it! read more

This review is about 3 hours later after we left I was debating to post it because I hate leaving bad reviews.First, I taught that the nail shape size would be include with set of your choice. Well no they charge more for shape and length. Really absurd but oh well we were already there. Second, our nail techs were such in a hurry that my nails came out so ugly that I literally cried because I have never had an experience like this. Third, they have complimentary drinks and wine and not one single time, my daughter and I, were offer anything. We did see little ones getting slushes none stop. Yes, I know, I could of said something but by the service we were already getting we just wanted to leave. Our nail techs looked like they didn't even wanted to do the work. Wife went in to get her nails done. Said we would have to wait outside for 10-15 minutes due to COVID. No problem. We go out and sit in the car and just watch woman after woman coming in and be allowed to sit and wait inside while we are outside. This went on for 15 minutes. They never texted her when it was her turn. Nothing. So why the discrepancy? Only thing I can see is my wife is Hispanic and the women were white. read more
