Always too busy and only one tech was able to do the dip set it in the past. Called today and was told I could come now to get a dip set and pedicure. I had a hectic schedule and thought it was a great opportunity to see if the same level of service was the norm. It wasn't. Same phenomenal environment I recalled from before. The customer before me said her nails were too thick. Should have been a red flag for me. I told the tech my nails were too thick. Looked like press on nails on my nail beds. I will not post a pic. I will not be back. My nails beds are swollen. Waiting a week to go see my favorite place to let the swelling go down to get it fixed. $98 for basic pedicure (0 stars) and dip set. Not including the tip. Much love to the owner. I'm not posting pictures. Have had my nails fixed a week later. See my reviews.

My pedicure was ok other than the polish is not covering my full toes. So when I went to leave and settle my bill they tried to make me pay for the removal of the full set. I refused and told them I would pay for the pedicure only. The manager was a jerk and demanded I pay the full bill or he would call the police. Needless to say I will never be returning to this salon and if you don't want to be charged for bad service you would too.

I actually decided on a full set of acrylics with white tips. He did a very good job & they were thin, like I love them & he did so, without me asking. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my nails. The pedicure was good as well. He really worked my in-grown nails. It was simple & I didn't want anything special. I just needed my feet to feel good afterwards & look good with clear, regular polish. There were only 2 things that I didn't care for: 1. The fact that I have to pay extra if I wanted to have my cuticles pushed back & 2. That he used a kitchen utensil in order to buff my feet (that thing REALLY hurt ).
