Very classy and elegant. Anna has been doing my nails for over a year now and she is super sweet and extremely talented. My pedicure was amazing. I got up to leave after about 8 minutes and the man said "oh just one minute maam she's coming." He then shouted something else out to her. She came out of the room, stood and drank water, walked around the desk at the front another couple of minutes, then rudely shouted at me "so what do you need?" I'm not sure why she asked because he had already told her. I said "regular polish on my toes." I brought my own polish, but she then shouted to me "it's $22 for regular and $25 for gel." Now, just yesterday, my friend who I'm going to dinner with today, went to Bella and paid $15 for polish only on her toes. It seems the lady was trying to price gouge because there were no customers.
