I've used this nail spa several times since moving to the area in June 2024. When they are slow, they give very good service. If they are busy; you are rushed and they cut corners by not preforming services like lotion and a hand massage after a manicure. My most recent visit, was horrible! Three weeks prior, I let Helen perform a Dip Manicure on my nails (first time in my life getting a Dip Manicure). Today when the dip was removed, I had brown spots under my nail-beds. The tech didn't know what it was and asked a colleague. It turns out it was fungus. The tech did not finish my manicure (no polish, no lotion, no hand massage). The tech went on to the next customer while I discussed with his colleague what the brown spots were. The check out person tried to charge me the full service fee. And argued with me about the statement I made to him, "I am not satisfied with the service I received today". He took no responsibility at all. No apology of any kind.. read more

I started going to Wynn nail Spa about 6 months ago when I was a little more comfortable with going out during the pandemic. They've been great every single time! They are always very nice and hospitable and they go above and beyond when they are providing services no matter which tech is working on you. Tonight, I needed to do a quick drop in and Tom and Ruby were sooooo great! They had me in and out in about an hour and a half and had me looking good as always! They don't talk you to death like some nail techs do; they allowed me to enjoy my music and the relaxation they were providing. Ruby would check on me whenever she needed to use hot stones, hot towels or the hot water just to make sure she didn't scald me LOL! I will definitely keep going here, plus it's 3 minutes from my house so I'm ecstatic about that since I no longer have to drive a long distance. Check them out!!! read more

I am a regular here and see Helen who does an amazing job with my dipped nails and pedicures. Helen always takes care of my nails which are always still healthy with dip removed.This review is not regarding her but another Tech named Anne and another lady who made decisions there. Anne did my dipped nails and drilled and filed my nail horribly she made them a super narrowed oval and thin when I asked for square round. Powder (red) was left on the sides of my fingers . She had a crap attitude about asking to fix anything. I never sat in any else's chair except Helen after that who also noted that nails were damaged from Anne's job. Fast forward to getting my cousin's nails done the day before her wedding. I brought her to Wynn nails because I love this place minus Ann. Somehow appointments were mixed up and Ann was the person to do her nails. My cousin asked for simple white dipped nails and one finger with stones. Anne filed her nails EXTREMELY short passed the end of the fingertip. 1/4 of the ring finger wasn't even covered with powder when asked to correct this she had the WORST attitude. We were called to come back to correct problem. I was then told because her nails were too short they would have to put tips on. So we would have to pay for a whole new set. On top of what we already paid no refund for short hot mess of a job that Ann did because we LIKED it. No woman wants to pay for half crap nails filed past her finger tips with dip on it and her cuticles were torn up for her wedding pictures. Unfortunately I will not be returned. IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET TETANUS, READ THIS BEFORE ENTERING. I seen rust on the cuticle nipper being used on me, i went to cosmetology school and rust means that they didnt put it in the autoclave or sterilizer oven. I brought it up to their attention and the guy, i think he might be the owner, but he said that the state board said they clean their tools properly. Hmmm, funny, because the state board wasnt their, how can they claim that they are clean when stateboard isnt there all the time. They may not know this, but if i had let them cut my cuticles and they accidentally break my skin and cause me to bleed, the rust can give me something extremely lethal that would make me have to get a tetanus shot. No doubt this place looks very nice and clean, however these looks have definitely deceived me. I will definitely not be back, i brought this up to their attention and the guy at the front exhibited negligence that puts the public in danger. read more

I've been to this place a few times and they're slowly getting worse as time goes on. The service is hit and miss even from the same people at this location. Sometimes the older guy at the front is helpful and other times rude. Just like with a lot of nail places the nail techs are hit and miss as well. I've been in for a mani - pedi and gotten out in about an hour with good work done, other times it takes almost two hours and the work on my nails has sucked. The color selection seems limited to me also. If I return to this place, it will only be out of convenience to the location. The reason for the 3 stars is because every time I've been here, they've always been clean and they've always come through with good eyebrow waxing. read more

When I walked in, no one greeted me. Also, after signing in, a girl that walked in 10 minutes after me got seated and had her pedicure started before me. I waited a total of 1 hour after walking in for them to start my pedicure. The girl that they started on told them twice that I was before her but they just ignored her. My sisters and I used to come here a lot but I'm going to start going to Bella's instead. That was the worst costumer service I've ever received. I don't recommend walking in to this salon. For starters, the atmosphere just isn't very relaxing. I came in for a gel pedicure. My favorite thing about a pedicure is the sugar scrub, but today's srub was painful. She scrubbed fast and hard. As she attempted to soften up the calluses on my toes, that was painful as well. However, I have walked out with calluses still visible on my big toes They give a shout out to their hygiene and cleanliness on their menu, but as I was sitting in the chair a cockroach crawled by on the floor. I didn't know prices changed every time you come in and things get added to your bill without your knowledge. When you bring this to their attention you get the "oh, I don't know" then I asked if I could use my points (which I have plenty) and the lady told me she didn't know how to use them. Also, I wanted dip on my natural nail and the lady said my nails are too short... well they're short because you're sitting there FILING them to my skin. Of course, they're going to be short when you file them ALL THE WAY DOWN!!!! Then I said there was something stuck under my nail and she proceeded to dig with the CUTICLE cutter under my nail and when I said OW - she just kept going. I'm done. Ok. This place is brand new & beautiful. I had a pedicure & they did a good job on that. I asked for a full set of glitter tips. Easy right? He soaked off my nails and then started to dip them. I've never had a dip before but I figured this is a nice place and he must know what he's doing. Not so much. My nails didn't necessarily look busted but they were uneven and sloppy with glitter interspersed throughout and it just looked unprofessional. I complained and they said they would have him do it over again but it was getting late and I had already been there two hours so I declined. Today I went back and asked to have them redone and they graciously allowed the same man to do my nails again. He did them the way I asked but they are still very sloppy, uneven and you can even see my grown out nail underneath because he did not put enough glitter on the tips. I paid $40 for this & wasted 2 hours of my life? The lady that normally does my nails is in Cedar Hill and I was really hoping to not have to drive that far every couple weeks. But now I not only have to do that but I also have to have her fix what this man has done to me, twice. The manager was nice about it and told me next time have somebody else do my nails. Ya think? Yesterday I went to get a pedicure/manicure for my daughter and I because I have an upcoming trip to Florida for my 10 year anniversary and 40th birthday. From the start I felt rushed and the women who did my nails dd not look happy about doing it and it looks like a kid did my nails. While she did my manicure she repeatedly stated how terrible my cuticles were and made a point to repeat it about a 10 times and just laughed about it. Not only did she make a point to laugh about it but she messed up on a nail and somehow a tiny piece of lint/ stringy material got on my nail and she tried to quickly paint over it. I asked her to remove it and redo the nail and I could tell it frustrated her. Long story short my nails do not look good , waste money and will not be returning here. read more

Giving 3 stars because they generally do great pedicures. I would advise not to go during peak times! Would not recommend for manicures, etc. as this is the second time I have given them a try and I have left disappointed both times. I was bullied into getting dip on my hands (this costs more btw) and was promised it would match my toes. Not only was it a totally different shade, there were some weird flakes all in the dip powder that left my nails looking speckled. When asked if it could be fixed I was told it was the powder I chose so I am at fault. When asked if I could simply get gel on my hands instead I was told I could come back another day-I would still have to pay for the fix. read more

It looked like my 10 year old polished my nails. I asked the nail tech to clean up my nails and she didn't see a problem with them. I give my service provider 10+ for making sure I was completely pleased with my outcome of service, but I was denied service of alcohol because the owner believed I wasn't old enough and didn't bother to follow through so I was denied wine or any other beverage. I have been going to Wynn nails since they have opened and I have NEVER had a problem. I have recommended Wynn to all of my friends and they have loved it just as much as me. I have been getting dip nails done by Diana for a year now. I mean regular 3 week trips to go see Diana and I am still so sad she no longer works there. On April 22 I went to Wynn to get my nails done for my engagement photos that were happening that evening. I picked out color 300 on the dip nail board and Jennifer began doing my nails. I need to admit, I was not carefully paying attention, because I was distracted by events that happened earlier that morning and that is not anyone's fault but mine. When I started paying attention I noticed that my nails were looking more hot pink than a dusty rose color. When brought to her attention she insisted that she should keep going. When I told her no she began to get irritated and say that she would keep going and put Gel nail polish over them. Let me remind you that these nails were for my ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS. I started to cry. Actually cry. From all the stress earlier in the day to this. She then got mad and said that the color on the board is faded and not the true color. I have been getting dip nail colors from that board and NOT ONCE have the colors been wrong. On top of that she started yelling at me and the front desk man in front of the WHOLE salon. I had to get up from her station and the front desk guy got the stuff to allow me to soak off my nails. Meanwhile I am still sitting and crying over this, while Jennifer is talking about me to another customer. I have NEVER in my life felt more disrespected. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER experienced this with Wynn nails. My Mom, Dad, Sisters, even my fiancé have all been going to Wynn nails and have loved it since day one, but now we don't know. The pictures below are my nails and the color on the board that I picked out. It's been two days since this happened and I still am so upset over the whole situation. If Jennifer thinks it's okay to talk to customers and her employees like that, then maybe she needs to think really hard if this is the industry she needs to be in. I have never had problems with her, until on Monday. Talking to customers like that is one thing, but your employees should not feel disrespected like that either. My rant is over and I hope this never happens again, because Wynn nails is the only place I love going to. The point of me spending so much on my pedicures is to enjoy my experience not to feel like it's being rushed! They say you get so many minutes with each pedicure but in reality they really only massage you for a few minutes.
