I visited this location 2 days ago. The last 3 visits were the worst ever. Had been coming here for 7 years. On SEVERAL occasions Francis would be late to my appointments, either her kids or her mother. I could not make one of my appointments Frances charged $45 on top of the $85 dollar service fee. I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out. Im only leaving this comment because a previous comment was spot on with Frances unprofessional behavior and attitude. Would not recommend Frances for any service offered at this location. read more

A+ Donna and Sherry the massage therapist are "Cedar Hill's Best Kept Secret!!!!" Ladies please take the time and book with either lady. Stress, relaxation, peace and Awesome sound music. Donna has helped me many times with my last minute appointments which help me when stress tries to take me out. Her deep massages relaxes me and removes the tension from my shoulders and neck!!! The F+ goes to the owners for placing the massage therapist rooms right in front of the busy and loud hairstylists station. No No No this has to change if she cares about having ladies come in to relax from a long stressful day. Salon Prices with rushed sub-par service. I was visiting and actually made an appointment for my pedicure. The station was not professional in the least... I felt like I was sticking my feet in an old wash bucket. No massage chair. Water lukewarm. No foot massage .The tech made it clear she was in a hurry to pick up her kindergartener. I have children so am not unsympathetic but... Why make the appointment if you do not have the time to do a good job??? Just asking.... Poor service, facility, and tech. Also I need to add that I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage and I received a 60 minute massage.Donna immediately called me and apologized. We always eat at the Veracruz restaurant and with stress levels so high I decided to get a massage. The therapist stayed late to fit me in and it was a great experience and massage!
