On SEVERAL occasions Francis would be late to my appointments, either her kids or her mother. I could not make one of my appointments Frances charged $45 on top of the $85 dollar service fee. I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out. Im only leaving this comment because a previous comment was spot on with Frances unprofessional behavior and attitude. Would not recommend Frances for any service offered at this location.

The massage employee didn't apply much pressure and did some disorganized rubbing on my back with her forearms. I asked for a back walk a couple of times and she never did it. I asked for the massage to be harder and it just didn't happen. The person was obviously very inexperienced. I understand some training happens on the job but this was a full price hour-long massage. Another employee came in to redirect. I let her know I wanted to switch to 30 minutes instead of one hour since I hadn't been there long. They kept going and tried to remedy the situation. The other employee took over mostly but I was left very unsatisfied. In comparison to past massages here this was a huge let down. Nova Comfy Zone is one of the few places where you pay ahead of time and I always tip 20% when I come by. This time I wish I could've got my cash tip back at least. But my neck and my shoulder blade have hurt so terribly and have been in such a strain that my muscles are as hard as can be I can't sleep I never get any relief. I drove by and just saw this place and thought I'll just give it a try. The masseuse name was Coco. She was so fantastic she gave me a deep massage she found the muscle that was so hard under my shoulder blade that hurts so bad and she would pop it back and forth and she would not give up she stayed on it and putting oils and Hot rocks and after about 10 minutes that muscle is and when it did my whole body relaxed I just couldn't believe it I wanted to cry with joy. Then she rubbed my neck it was just heavenly. When she went down my back was feeling really good she kept going back up to make sure that shoulder blade was still in good shape, but when she went down the back of my leg the muscle and behind my thigh... When she pressed into it I saw Stars I had no idea that it was in such bad shape it was hurting so bad and I told her I couldn't believe it that she had found this spot again she rubbed on it until she got it out and feeling good I am 66 years old and I've had many massages but I have never had anything like what coco did. I would give her a hundred Stars.
