This was the worse massage i have ever received and i get deep tissue done once a week. I am hurting so bad and am more tense then i went in. She had asked if i wanted cupping for $20 more since i was so tense so i said okay. My shoulder bruises are turning from dark purple to black from how tight she put them. I had to ask her to please take them off because of how tight and uncontrollable i was. I couldn't take it anymore because she just just kept making them tighter and tighter. Very inappropriate sexual behavior at RELAX SPA. I have filed a report with the City of Cedar Hill and a formal complaint with the State of Texas. Booked a couples massaged, looked up and the Masseuse was COMPLETELY on the table with my husband as he is lying face down - and her knees is between his head. Now picture this: he raised his head and the Masseuse private part is DIRECTLY in his face. I informed her to stop immediately. The Masseuse asked if I wanted to go to another room to complete my massage away from him. I answered NO. I have been to relax spa several times. The pro's are they can normally fit me in with at least a hour notice. They are very nice and give okay massages. The cons are the suite is not dirty but not clean either. It could be better cleaned and decorated. The last time I went I requested her to focus on my neck, upper shoulders and head but that didn't happen. They give great massages. They do a walking method where they literally walk on your back, bottom, and legs. This is great for those suffering with severe muscle tension, as I am. The lady was very friendly. They aren't too pricey either. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that the lady did not ask if I wanted my bottom massaged. She literally just jerked my underwear down and started massaging my bottom. Of course I said something! I didn't like that at all. It made me feel uncomfortable at first..... Well we're to I even begin one of if not the worse massage places I've ever been to if I could give it negative stars I would I walk in to the place and the lady at the front desk tell me do you have a reservation no I said so she says come back in 30 minutes ok cool so I said 30 minutes correct she then says on you want 30 massage no i'm confirming to come back in 30 minutes she said oh no come back in a hour why did you say 30 minutes 2 minutes ago ok so I'll come back at 5:30 no come back at 6 a hour and a half later at this point I'm annoyed ok cool so I drive around for like 15 minutes come back a different lady greats me this time and boom I get a room ok whatever the lady asked if I want a massage where they stand on your back no I said she said no it's ok I do anyways that's not what I paid for but whatever so after a horrible massage doing that she then does a normal massage witch sucked I had to tell her constantly to not be as rough so finally it's done I pay the lady's and I don't leave a tip normally I would but with all this stuff hell no she ask for a tip which I tell her I only have 60 then she proceeds to cuss me out with the lady from the first time definitely don't go there read more
