The manager in charge is already upset because I'm not happy with my nails. I even apologized for complaining, so I thought if someone else was available then they can do another plain almond set. I figured put me back to where I was. When I mentioned it to her, this girl rolled her eyes and yelled, "Why didn't you tell me that before I started taking off your nails!" I told her what is the difference between me telling you now, you can't use this set he ruined the shape. She responded I don't have that many people working. I told her don't do them then, and she responded, I'll just give you your money back. Note 3 people came in asking for nails and they are getting their nails done. Good luck. They were not closing soon either, so there was plenty of time. Not going back there again.

I got cuts on almost all my toes from them filing AGAIN after my nails were already cut and filed (what more did they need to file?) she also never apologized. I was asked if I wanted gel in which I said no, which they then began to talk me into it, practically forcing me to get it. The lady who did my nails seemed bothered when I was asked if I wanted to continue with my nail art (I showed a reference pic first at the front to ensure they can do this) they then proceeded to try and talk me out of it which at this point I was so uncomfortable with everything else that I said no to finishing the set I actually wanted. After this the lady immediately left and I proceeded to pay, still don't know what exactly I paid for since they prefill your sheet and don't review anything again, even after I made changes. Once I paid and wrote the tip (which I still did since I know what it's like working for tips) the lady immediately grabs the receipts and says she can fill the rest and basically rushes me out. I used to love this place years ago and this was my go to spot but after this visit, I probably won't ever be back, save yourself the headache, pain and the overcharging for a much better experience elsewhere.

She's really sweet and knowledgeable about her profession. She's always giving me ideas on new things to try , different places to go , foods to try, etc .. She suggested that I try the eyebrow tinting , and I really want to only I wipe my forehead too much and I'm scared I'd accidentally wipe them off. She suggested eyebrow Microblading only that's permanent and I'm scared I might not like the final results. I sat for a bit, then another assistant came in & said she was just "the messenger" & that I could go. I get a call after 5 that day & said I would need to go back in the next day, because they forgot to get me to sign during my insurane paperwork. I went in the next day, & I told Jocelyn I was there to sign insurance paper. I then told her my Rx I asked to be refilled the day of my appointment was not filled. I wrote my name, Rx, & pharmacy on a slip of paper & tried to hand it to Jocelyn, but she said, "I'll tell her nurse." Did she? NO! She seemed to be uninterested in helping me.

I scheduled the appointment in August. I am a busy executive, and had a meeting come up for my appointment day/time that I couldn't miss. I sent a message asking if I would be able to move my appointment rather than cancel because I didn't want to lose my deposit and I only needed to reschedule. I sent the message at least a week prior to my appointment but received no answer. I then sent another message via her contact us button but once again never received a response. I then sent a message via text. She answered and asked for screenshots which I sent. I never heard back. I've now followed up two more times with zero reply. To be treated this way is unacceptable. I have been a supporter of her business, even referring four clients to her. I love supporting women-owned businesses and believe in referring business; however, I will not be treated poorly by anyone. I'm quite sure her business will go on just fine without me or the 4 people I referred, but she'll never get another nickel of my money. Too many people out here doing this same work for me to put up with this BS. I also put the deposit on my AMEX, so they will make sure I get my money back thank goodness. Never again.
