At this point I'm not going to stay and pay for something if my service cannot be fulfilled. So I kindly asked if he could soak the nails off before he proceeded to even paint and get any further. Nail tips were just glued on my nails mind you. He calls the ladies over and they try to ask me if I could let another person try. I said no thank you can I just get the nails removed. The guy doing my nails gets upset and has an attitude. And starts to RIP the nails off my fingers and then CUTS my natural nails down so short and painful. I just sat there, ready to just leave. Once the nails are all in his palm of his hand he tosses them on the counter and shoos me away like I'm an animal and said go somewhere else. I turn and said hey I was never disrespectful to you so don't disrespect me. He continues to tell his employees in an attitude so I turn again and asked if he just doesn't disrespect me. She suggested eyebrow Microblading only that's permanent and I'm scared I might not like the final results. Currently my brows look like Burt's from Bert and Ernie as I need to allow them to finish processing. I have had my brows laminated before elsewhere when I left that establishment they gave me an at home kit for brushing and moisturizing them along with detailed instructions. At Perfect Brow today, I received no at home kit or any after care instructions, the dos and don'ts are fairly important so you don't ruin your brows so instructions should be given at least on a hand out to clients. I guess all in all it's a shop that that provides a fairly inexpensive service or services and the end results are fairly mid so maybe this is one of those things you get what you pay for, so my recommendation would be just that; if your looking for "ok" for the price give them a shot, if you're looking for a personalized experience and some pampering, Perfect Brow doesn't offer that on the menu.

I wrote my name, Rx, & pharmacy on a slip of paper & tried to hand it to Jocelyn, but she said, "I'll tell her nurse." Did she? NO! She seemed to be uninterested in helping me.

I scheduled the appointment in August. I am a busy executive, and had a meeting come up for my appointment day/time that I couldn't miss. I sent a message asking if I would be able to move my appointment rather than cancel because I didn't want to lose my deposit and I only needed to reschedule. I sent the message at least a week prior to my appointment but received no answer. I then sent another message via her contact us button but once again never received a response. I then sent a message via text. She answered and asked for screenshots which I sent. I never heard back. I've now followed up two more times with zero reply. To be treated this way is unacceptable. I have been a supporter of her business, even referring four clients to her. I love supporting women-owned businesses and believe in referring business; however, I will not be treated poorly by anyone. I'm quite sure her business will go on just fine without me or the 4 people I referred, but she'll never get another nickel of my money. Too many people out here doing this same work for me to put up with this BS. I also put the deposit on my AMEX, so they will make sure I get my money back thank goodness. Never again.
